    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    Well, health is an aspect for human beings to live a quality life. Today I would like to describe an article that I read in a magazine which was based on health. I vividly remember I visited my uncle's home last month and he was engaged in reading a magazine. Therefore, I too had a look on the article. The article was about how to maintain a healthy lifestyle that would help us in the long run. The article had really great recommendations on how a person can have a good approach towards living a balanced and healthy life free from all kind of diseases. It showed us numerous examples of individuals who have been following a very healthy lifestyle by incorporating meditation and yoga sessions to not only create a healthy body but also a healthy mind. I read it on a famous magazine named as the Moscow Times. To be very honest, I learnt a lot from the article. I started carrying out.

    I recently stumbled upon an article in a newspaper that I was going through and it struck me because it mentioned that even though we are having an intake of all kinds of nutritious food that we believe to be nutritious in our day-to-day diet, but it turns out almost more than 70% of the population is not meeting the requirements of the nutrients which we refer to as the daily required value. That is so because we mostly ingest highly processed food because of which the nutrients, especially the micronutrients which are supposed to be present in that item is lost. Hence, in today's generation we mostly depend on supplements which give us the required amount of nutrients in apt doses for our day-to-day life. That article instilled the importance of the supplements that we take, which I especially initially took it for granted. But yes, when I read the article in the newspaper, I realized since I don't live in my home and I am not exposed to healthy food every day, I live in a hostel where we eat anything and everything that is available to us, supplements are actually important for us.

    Recently I was reading a paper in the Angewandte Chemie, which is a journal in chemistry. The topic was about LIDAC, which is presently I am, is a topic I am working on. LIDAC being, it stands for Lysomal Targeting Chimera, which basically targets the membrane the lysomal membrane proteins and targets them via binding to the receptor adjacent to it and then goes on to degrade the targeted undruggable proteins and hence stands out to be the simple solution to the next generation of medicines to cure cancer, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and many more. So basically I am working on designing and synthesizing degraded molecules, which has three parts, the protein of interest, the linker and the tracker to the organ.

    Recently I had written an article about health and cognitive development in children at a young age, which is affecting largely due to the use of smartphones and screen time. The article was especially useful because it efficiently demonstrated the amount of time, the duration of the screen usage by toddlers, that's more than one hour as recommended by the specialists like the pediatricians and cognitive development specialists. Moreover, I would suggest just the parents who are unaware about this should look into the matter and force a strict regime on the use of gadgets, which may hamper the brain development in such a younger age. The increasing emergence of autism and other disorders, learning disorders mainly, are influenced majorly by the use of this screen time and enhances the attention deficient disorders, which has recently been on a rise. Further, I would suggest parents should be given guidance regarding bringing up their toddlers and restricting the amount of time that is 20 minutes at a stretch recommended by the WHO.

    Last week, I was visiting an hospital to meet one of my friends, and he was admitted in ICU, the intensive care unit. He had some health issues and sat back in his ult. I think it was a cardio problem. He was such a nice friend, therefore I was in the hospital to visit him. During the time I was waiting in the corridor, I saw a magazine that talks about health issues. What is meant by keeping safe? What significance do we need to have? The magazine talks about wonderful habits, five habits, the cognitive development in our daily routine. The five important habits, the first thing, we need to walk for three minutes or three kilometers, sorry. For the three kilometers, we need to walk brisk. And secondly, it talks about food. And thirdly, it talks about how to keep our mind perfect. And fourthly, it talks about training our mind.

    First of all, I am a person who loves to read books. In my leisure time, I spend much time to read these kinds of articles. So today I would like to talk about one article which I go through. While I was in my higher secondary education, there is a program, there is a quiz competition about health. So I refer so many health articles or essays which make me more knowledgeable or more aware. Moreover, at the time I go through an article in a Madhubumi newspaper which is read by its editorial staff. I read the editorial and the heading of the editorial was perfection is better than cure. So I read every step and the main message the article contained is that we must prevent the diseases and also we should build a healthy atmosphere then only we can cure our diseases. So diet, exercise which is more essential in our day to day activities for gaining good health and I feel I can learn more things and after that I plan a proper diet, a balanced diet.

    The article which I came across was from an article from medium.com. So the medium.com platform is famous for writing and reading famous blogs, which the authors post or the readers read usually. So the article which I read was on health issues related to junk food. The article discussed the actual data of people having junk food for a longer duration with higher risk of getting a cancer. The article demonstrated that the food which we have in our day to day life is even not pure. The vegetables we buy, the fruits which we buy aren't completely pure. There are several chemicals injected in those natural vegetables and fruits. And even having the healthy and natural food, people prefer junk food over it. So it is a combination of healthy food plus junk food and the healthy food is mixed with all the chemicals. So it is completely that we are having a healthy food with non-useful and good values and also the junk food is not providing us enough nutrition.

    An article which I read was regarding eyesight issue and I read it in the last weekend and I felt it was very useful for me because it is also related to me because even I have an eyesight issue. Moreover, I was really impressed with those visual representations made on the magazine. So, it made me attract towards reading it and I was very curious while reading each points in that magazine. Specially, it was mentioned that during the rainy season, we drive with this eyesight wearing spectacles and it is very difficult for a person wearing spectacles and riding the bike during the rain time. We face many issues like water fills onto the spectacles on the surface and it is really difficult for us to drive and now I have seen that like there is a company which came up with a solution which helps people wearing spectacles with surgeries specially like laser surgeries and it makes very minimal pain when people have these surgeries. So, yes definitely even I am also willing to go for that surgery by approaching many health experts and if it suits me, I mean if it is okay for me also, I will also try to have that surgery and I will not wear spectacles.

    The article I read was about a disease called gout. I read that article in a medical website when I was researching and browsing for my presentation work about a few other illness during my 5th year. Gout is a kind of arthropathy. It is related to a big toe in our leg. Mostly it affects the males who have excess uric acid. In the gout people might experience a painful toe with numbness in the toe and it might cause a very devastating pain that it might spread it to your entire leg and leaving it untreated might cause amputation of the entire toe. I found it useful because I have seen this my father experiencing it because as my dad used to say that he used to have pain in his first toe and I related to it and I understood okay he might have this issue so I got him checked his uric acid and uric acid levels. Thankfully he is not suffering from gout but his uric acid levels are normal and it's just a normal toe pain due to some of his shoes or any walking issue.

    I want to share my experience of reading an article on skin lesion. Skin lesion is also known as skin cancer. And it is very common these days as you can hear of the news in Australia that skin cancer is becoming very common in people as due to the reaction of skin and the UV rays from the sun. So I read it on IEEE website where I have to create my own model. Therefore I read that article. And it completely shows how can we predict the skin lesion cancer on the basis of machine learning model. So the process was we have to gather certain amount of images of different skin lesions and we have to build a model in machine learning which will predict the output of what kind of image you have given to the model. I read the article in my 4th year when I have to create my major project on the same topic. And it was very knowledgeable. I almost created an entire model by just reading that particular article. I took reference of other articles also but the major one was quite helpful and it covered all my needs and all the things that I used to build that model was in that particular article. So I was very happy that I got such a beautiful resource from where I can gain knowledge.
