    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    So this is a very interesting question. The last time I read a magazine about the health issue was back in 2020 during the time of COVID-19. I read the article on World Health Organization website. It was about why we should get vaccination and how COVID-19 can be harmful to human beings. And what are the essential steps that should be taken to prevent it and to let it not reproduce further. So the article started with the situation in China where a man ate a bat that led to the virus spreading. Furthermore, there was written the precautions that should be taken to prevent the virus. And what are the steps that you should take there. It was written that you should not eat food from street stalls. And also you should wear a mask to cover your mouth and your nose from the air. Because the virus could have been spreaded through air as well and through physical contact with a person. Also it was written that you should maintain hygiene in your house. And if a person is infected with COVID-19 you should avoid contact with him. Any contact can lead you to suffer the same disease. And the disease which is COVID-19 can lead to some fatal results. Many people died throughout it. And even my close ones died in COVID-19 which I feel sad for it even now. Furthermore, the article helped me be protected from the virus that was ongoing there. Thank you.

    Although I don't read regularly, one day I just picked up a newspaper back in 2020 year end when Covid had happened and it was on peak. I am glad that I read that article. It was written by a renowned health specialist but I can't recall the name though. It was in the famous newspaper, The Hindu, titled Yoga and Meditation, The Saviors, in which he had mentioned about the benefits of yoga and meditation and how it can help us battle the pandemic in a better way.     Well, an article that I have read recently on internet regarding the health issue was on cancer. I was very curious to know that why nowadays cancer is a wide spreading disease all throughout the world. So, reading the articles in various channels I get to know that cancer is spreading widely due to the food items we consume as it contains a lot of preservatives and chemicals that is causing the activation of the cancer cells in our body. Every human being has a cancer cell in their body but they all are in the inactive stage. The food we feed to ourselves activate them. So it is very important for a human being to protect themselves from harmful food items and eat a healthy food and maintain a healthy lifestyle. So, I also read somewhere that following a healthy habit of eating green vegetables then drinking 3 liters of water every day followed by good exercise and gym will protect us from cancer growing in our body. Cancer is a very deadly disease and even there are treatments for it, it's a very painful process when people lose themselves, lose their mental health and strive to survive when they are suffering from cancer. So, I feel that this disease not only brings bad luck to the person but the whole family suffers when they see their child suffering from a deadly disease and they don't know whether they are going to survive or not. I have also seen that 80-90% of the cancer patients die within 3-4 years of their treatment because they have more chances of reoccurrence.

    I read an article about obesity and how it is connected to different mental health as well as physical health issues. While obesity in a general term we define as someone gaining fat or them having a really unhealthy lifestyle of eating and exercising, the general cause is not always dependent on how much they eat or how much they are walking. Sometimes these kind of health issues are actually dependent on if the person is having a generally healthy mental lifestyle or not. When we address the mental health lifestyle as told by the magazine and the doctor who addressed this topic, they talked about how unhealthy lifestyle or in sense the stress disorder would induce someone to build this coping mechanism by eating a lot of heavy meals and taking a heavy diet. As well these stress eating disorders would culminate in a person and build up several kind of toxins that would eventually lead them to gaining weight and as well having them physically unfit to do anything. In sense the doctor suggested one solution that a person just needs to first focus on their mental health and the environment that they are exposed to, creating boundaries and taking a step back from the emotionally disturbing conversations. They also talked about how it is not always about taking multiple steps at the time but taking small few adjustments.

    So an article on health which I read on internet was all about starting yoga classes so government of India has collaborated with Gujarat yoga board to start yoga in all the part of the state. I read this article yesterday in the morning when I woke up. So it was all about starting yoga for the betterment of physical as well as mental health. So it is an initiative by the government to give each and every resources and practices whichever are needed to the local public so that they can start doing yoga and exercise everyday in the morning to keep their body and mind fit. It is a good initiative and it is very useful for every age of the people because it reduces stress and also it improves and enhance our skills apart from physical health improvement it also benefits for our mental well being so it is a good initiative taken by Mr. Narendra Modi sir and I appreciate the services which is given by the experts of yoga board. There are many experts who give them their services.

    তারারে চাকরে কলো এ? Well, I read this article in the English Daily for the Telegraph. There was a page dedicated for health-related articles. This article was regarding food habits and lifestyle. This described the means of healthy food habits that we have to adapt and things we have to cut off from our daily life. They have forbidden to use too much flour and other things that is filled with much more gluten. They have advised to consume more and more vegetables and carbohydrates in other forms like from wheat flours, whole flours and from rice particularly. So, I benefited from this actually because I used to have a lot of bread and pasta or noodles which are mainly made of flours. I actually reduced that mighty kind of consumption and now I am very conscious. I have become more conscious about my health and try to consume the rava pasta or the whole grain noodles or rice noodles sometimes. I feel more fit internally after avoiding the diet.

    I recently had a chance to go through a new article based on new medications, the novel medications that recently developed through the clinical trials. The platform LinkedIn, through LinkedIn I just saw this article and it was mainly about the interactions, drug interactions and the adverse effects that mainly possessed. So what I have learned through this is that learning more about new drugs or how it can be useful for us in a new treatment guidelines or new conditions of label users and also does it can be given to over the given as over-the-counter drugs or not. As a medical student, as a family graduate, I know that always gaining knowledge about these new drugs or being updated is really a steady and consistent task need to be done throughout your life. Always encouraging and nurturing our own abilities to memorize and knowing what's happening in our industry, medical industry or the healthcare or the pharmaceutical. I am mainly focusing on pharmaceutical, so what's happening in the pharmaceutical industry is really appreciable. So more being updated through these platforms and also the article that I go through just informed me a lot about the unknown interactions that we never had such a thought on these type of interactions. So it's really caught my eyes saying like over-the-counter medications and novel drugs, how it is causing benefits and also these disadvantages.

    I read an article about attention span among my generation, that is Generation Z, is reduced way much. It is less than a goldfish and I read this news in a newspaper called El Pais. It's a Spanish newspaper in which they also showcase about news from among the world or from Latin American countries and also obviously Spain. So it is a general news about the attention span as people are using social media a lot these days. So their attention span has reduced to just one minute and it's sometimes even less than a goldfish. So I read this news one year ago and the consequences of it and I realized that I am actually facing this problem as well because I use Instagram a lot and in Instagram you can find a lot of reels. You try to watch any kind of reels but somehow you end up on reels. So it's very difficult to separate myself from it. So I learned that whatever you do, practice makes a man perfect. So I have slowly started to reduce my watch time of Instagram reels or shots from YouTube and I try to watch larger videos from YouTube to study. Obviously for study purposes or just reduce my entertainment purposes of social media and also replace it with something much more meaningful like reading novels, painting etc. I think it's a very important news and people should actually focus on it because attention is very important as whatever we try to do, we need to focus and put our all concentration into it. So this news brought a light to it and people actually need to focus on it. Parents should start putting it.

    Anger is a wind which blows out the lamp of the mind. We all know what anger is and we all have felt it, whether as a fleeting annoyance or as a full-fledged rage. Yesterday is facing anger issues which have made them aggressive, harsh and hostile. Adolescence is considered as a time of storm and stress. Training adolescence with the anger management skill reduces the negative outcomes related to anger issues. We can teach them some simple steps to fuel them from this destruction. Meditations and yoga, specially deep breathing has helped the young generations to overcome this issue, foster in students the ability to find solutions to problems, communicating with the elders about the conflicts arising in their hearts, involving in some physical activity like sports and dance.

    I recently read an article on health in the Indian Times Magazine. It was about the Yoga International Day. It was like practiced by our Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Damodar Das Modi. He told us about the spiritual health and the advantages of doing the yoga everyday. He says that the meditation gives a new perspective to our life and it's very important. Because if we do meditation in the morning it affects our mental health. It promotes our physical strength and more we can think about like what to do and how to do. It like opens our mind. I would like to say that yoga, I also did yoga a time ago. I felt very good. But in the magazine it was about the Yoga International Day. He was doing, our Prime Minister was doing the yoga with like a thousand people near the Indian Gate. It was like coming on the TV as also there was a photo in the magazine and on the internet. Many people liked it and I would like to say that our Prime Minister is very healthy person. At the age of like more than 70 plus he is doing yoga and inspiring the youth. I would definitely appreciate it because nowadays nobody does yoga and every time just sit on the phone and like them on the internet. I would like to appreciate his contribution to our youth. And I would also like, I also like reading magazines about it. But it was a great time talking to you about the magazine or the article. Thank you.
