When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

On hearing this question, I would like to mention an article which actually caught my attention and which actually made me prepare a lot of time, devote a lot of attention towards this. The thing is, it was about cholesterol, a silent killer. I read about this in the magazine Times of India. I came across it very randomly. Me personally being a medical student, I knew a lot about cholesterol, its side effects and all. But I never knew that it had evolved to this extent that it could actually be considered as a serious problem. Cholesterol which we consume without knowing, in our fries, in our fast food, in our daily life etc. usually provides a lot of problems to us. Knowingly or unknowingly, everyday we consume this silent killer. And in the modern world, it has been proved to have a lot of health deteriorating effects. Well, I never knew it had such big consequences and then actually I devoted a lot of time towards researching this. And alas, it actually was so deep than how much it was mentioned. The bad effect of cholesterol was so bad that I actually had a small TED talk among my colleagues about this topic. And I actually researched what I can do or how I can tackle this problem. This is something which I would like to mention while hearing this question. Because till this date, this remains in my mind. It has a huge impact for me.

In this fast-paced life, every woman is facing different kinds of health problems, and one of the most serious diseases that they are being inflicted upon is polycystic ovarian syndrome, which is also known as PCOS. This syndrome has been on the rise in this 21st century, and there are several reasons why women are being affected because of this. In the recent article I've read, it states that this is a lifestyle syndrome. The lifestyle choices that we make is what is the root cause of this syndrome. These causes include bad sleep, high intake of sugar, bad diet, and poor work-life balance. This article also emphasizes on the symptoms, which are facial hair, irregular periods and skin issues such as acne and blow-ups and loss of hair fall. So the article that I read recently is how yoga impacts your physical and mental well-being I read it on Times of India which is one of the major newspapers in India and it was there in second page about physical health and how you can improve your gut health furthermore when I read that article initially I was very skeptical because there are a lot of misconceptions that surround yoga and the fact that yoga seems difficult to some people or seems like very spiritual of an activity to most people but as I progressed in the article I understood that yoga is not very difficult there are different different asanas in yoga and the complexity increases so there is no need for you to start with a very complex asana you can start with a easier one, yoga has more to do with what makes you feel better rather than how complex you can do so I like that article a lot and from that I also learned that spending only an hour or 45 minutes in yoga can have an immense impact in my mental and my physical health so I learned that yoga is a very good skill to possess and from then on I started practicing yoga little bit I am still in the initial stages so I am not very good at it but I have started doing it and I have increased the complexity a little bit of the asanas and I find that once I am able to find the pose the asana its uncomfortable at the beginning but it relaxes so I would recommend it to everybody to at least give it a try
