When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I read an article about health on the internet yesterday, and I discovered two main important aspects. Health is not about just diet or exercise. There are two types, one is physical health and one is mental health. Physical health is keeping your body organized, keeping your body systematic, and keeping your body with more nutrients. It relates with your diet, it relates with your exercise, it relates with how often do you make your physical self get chained and not slack behind. And then comes mental health. Mental health is more about the people you converse with, the identity who you are, the way you think, the way you perform, and the way you think about others. Mental health is formed by others, but you have control over yourself, but physical health is mainly about you, how you treat your body. No one can influence the way you treat your body in any physical manner. It's only the mental way which I influence, but again, you are your own king. You can control yourself better than how others control you. If you know who you are, being self-aware is the most important thing to be healthy. You should be the leader of yourself, you should be a CEO of your life, and you should be the start-up of yourself. If you are all this, automatically your health improves, not just physically, but mentally too. If your mental health is better, you should know how to control, automatically your physical health also gets better. For example, what I found interesting was, if you control your mind into saying, sugar is bad for you, and you're determined and consistent in order to quit sugar, and if you're disciplined enough, then automatically your physical health starts improving, because once you cut sugar, you cut upon the fat that you consume, or if you cut down oils. If you're determined, disciplined, and if you respect yourself, automatically your health improves.

So, there was one article that I saw in the Instagram. It was basically from the BBC website which had a link also to go to the website. This took place when I was going back to Gujarat for my work purpose from my hometown. I was randomly scrolling through Instagram and accidentally found this post named Alcohol Conception and Health Issues. As we all know, alcohol causes health issues. So, I was curious what they will be talking about in this article. And I was just reading through the caption and saw that even occasional alcohol consumption can also cause health issues. That made me curious. Because many of my friends were arguing that drinking occasionally doesn't lead to any health issues because we are not consuming it daily. We are only taking it once in a week or once in a month. So, it doesn't cause that much of a health issue. So, I went to the website and read the full article. In that article, a doctor was saying that even drinking a single glass of alcohol can cause severe health issues even though we are not a regular drinker or alcoholic. And it made me realize that even having drinks for parties and in any type of celebrations will have huge effect in the future. Therefore, I sent it to my friends and put it in my family gang which consists of every family members. And many of them realized the consequences that drinking can cause even though it is taken place occasionally and not regularly. Some of them even quit drinking after reading this even though it was occasionally.

I would like to talk about the article I read on the internet the other day. It was the difference between the cardiac arrest and the cardiac attack in the patients. The cardiac attack was when the patient's heart gets attacked and they get sweating and the pain in the chest and arm, the urge to feel like using a toilet. But on the other hand, in the cardiac arrest, the heart just stops beating. It just does not show any heartbeat and it is relaxed in its own peace. Which gives me a thing that we can actually save a person having a heart attack but not saving a person having a cardiac arrest because of the shortage of time frame. There is almost 80-90% chances of saving a heart attack person. But there is no or minimal chances by giving a CPR to a cardiac arrest person. That was the article about and I found it really helpful because we are not able to differentiate between the cardiac arrest and the cardiac attack which is actually important. So we can save other people, person's life if we see through the symptoms. Thank you.

My dad is quite careful about his health. On some levels, you could also say he is quite paranoid. He is a frequent reader of the Health Today magazine. I never understood why. Why would you worry yourself so much? But post the pandemic, this view has changed. So, this week when the copy of Health Today arrived at my doorstep, I decided to pick it up and read it. I sat in the comfort of my couch, laid back, switched on my reading light, which I did not quite need it in the break of dawn, but I still decided to go with it. I opened the magazine and started reading the first page. It said, Cardiovascular Diseases on the Rise. You could be next, if you eat anything at all. I found the title quite bizarre, but it did catch my attention. So, I went on reading it. It educated me about cardiovascular disease, the rising trend, who does it affect, the associative symptoms, and well, it was quite an eye-opener. On summary, it can happen if you are suffering from hypertension, eat quite a lot of junk food, and do not take care of your health. In these worrying times, it is important that you take note of such trends and correct your diet accordingly. And a bit of exercise doesn't hurt. You can incorporate dance or aerobics, whatever you like. But just...

I once read a very interesting article over the internet, the article was related to the study behind proteins and creatines, these days there is a widespread belief that the proteins and creatines affect the kidneys of individuals and are the main reasons behind heart attacks in the gyms. But the article and the research done behind the proteins and creatines state a totally different thing. I found that article interesting because I have always been told by my parents and the other seniors of the society that these will damage our health and these are not good for our health and will cause many side effects in the long term. But once I studied it over the Instagram and Google Chrome and various articles, I got to know that these are the most researched articles and the whey protein is nothing other than a source of milk as it is made in the same way the paneer is made from milk. Unlike the filtration of milk, it is a slightly different process. I found this article very interesting that because although many people think that these are harmful to our kidneys and our health but no one talks about the harmful effect of cold drinks and beers that are really common these days and people are drinking in a huge amount. So I think that and I also studied this I was keen to know what is how is whey protein made as I also at that time had recently joined the gyms and before buying a protein and creatine I wanted to get sure about how are they made and are they really harmful to our health. So that's why I went deep into this.

Back then when I was going through magazines as I was supposed to present a review on the topic health, so in that magazine I came around, it was, it had, actually it was about the health, how the people are ignoring their health, moreover what are the daily practices that are needed to maintain your health, was described in that particular, was described in that magazine. So I would say that it, it was interesting for me as it highlighted the main reasons why the people are made to deteriorate their health and they also had mentioned that there are ways to maintain your health, so for example you can walk for, you can walk every day for at least half an hour or you can have a balanced diet, all those things were included in that article, so that was the point and moreover when I compare my health to the other people, to the fit people, I just reach up to them and ask them that what do they do for their, for maintaining their health and all these issues I would say that are.

I recently read an article on social media saying Indian scientists have discovered a way to replace the cartilage present in the knees for the older society who couldn't walk properly due to the cartilage being you know like rotted away or like being depleted of cartilage due to the less consumption of red meats and stuff. So what happens in this condition when I read the article was the people who are above 50 years of age they get a depletion in the cartilage the cartilage wears off and the bones start rubbing against each other creating a sense of pain among the older citizens so there is a difficulty in walking therefore the scientists had made a discovery about the titanium or other material ceramic knees to replace the knees completely so that they would be walking without any cartilage issues or bone issues so this was a completely good plan up until when they discovered the process of injecting cartilage liquid into the knees of people I know this by experience as my grandfather who was around 80 at his age he has passed away now he had actually had a surgery regarding this process he had two artificial ceramic knees installed in his legs after which I never saw him complain about any leg pain of any sorts so I would say that was a very good procedure but it was comparatively expensive and the doctor had told us to reprimand him and keep him in a room for about one or two months and avoid him from going outside or he just said he prescribed against him going outside moreover after this process he continued to walk continuously for weeks but the recent article what shows is very controversial because I think it might have a subsiding or wrong effects on the patient regarding the chemical composition of the substance

I would like to give you an insight into my habit of reading whether it is of an online nature or just a paper-based content. I tend to read very rarely. I can even say that the reading habit is you know a once in a blue moon phenomenon for me in my life. However, I recently came across this article in the weekend special magazine of the newspaper. So it was basically about the importance of health related to sleep and how a lot of people tend to overlook sleep as a matter that they can deal with not enough attention and care. Furthermore, the article clearly mentions about the problems or the consequences a person can face just because of the fact of being losing or being you know in a position having had lost a couple of hours of sleep in a single day. Though we tend to believe that losing a couple of hours sleep occasionally doesn't contribute much harm, the case or the truth is actually the opposite and it can really harm a person ranging from the physical effects such as giving early aging or getting wrinkles on skin to complex mental traumas ranging from simple attention troubles to deeper problems such as depression. So the article mentions about the steps that can be implemented by a person who aims to

The article which I read was about growing cases of diabetes which is a epidemic in India. One in four people over 40 years of age are struggling to control the blood sugar levels. I read the article in my local hospital. It was there on a board. The article mentioned various methods to control the blood sugar level. It emphasized on the impact of diet on one's blood sugar level, also the use of exercises and the lifestyle changes which we can make. After reading the article, it gave me a clarity to how to approach this as my parents also are having diabetes. So I researched a lot after reading the article and that has helped me greatly to help my parents manage diabetes and I can see the results, I can see the results which are on the tests.

Recently, I came across an article in one of the magazine. It was about the rise in heart attacks in India, especially not India, I would say in a vast term, Asia. There is a rise in sudden heart attacks in Asian population. And the article was describing about how people are not paying attention to their health. I read this article a few months back, I think five to six months back. It was describing the various factors which leads to this heart problems in young generation. People between the age of 18 to 35 facing heart problems now. Old age people are facing that was a different issue. There is a rise in heart problems in younger generation, young generation. And the major factors which are leading to it are smoking, lack of physical activity, use of oils, different kinds of oils, and high cholesterol in body, bad cholesterol, I would say, not good cholesterol, high cholesterol, which is bad cholesterol. Also, the article was basically describing why heart problems are more in India. Not only physical activity, in addition to that, also lack of movement, lack of...
