    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    Recently I read an article on the impact of social media on our health and it just made me realise and put me in the mood of self-introspection on how social media is ruining our lives some way or the other if we don't take care of it. I read it recently only on the internet and social media in general is a thing that is pretty common in our time. Nothing works without social media and it just has a very negative impact on our mental health as well as our physical health. In terms of physical health it has led to problems like obesity. When people are much more on social media they tend to get lazy, they binge eat and they don't exercise or move around a lot. It has led to problems like obesity and this is the reason that many people are trying to work out more and are in the gyms these days because they don't realise it's the social media that has put them in the state of a bad physical health. And social media has a great impact on the mental health as well. The article had many records and it had many reports on how it has put so many people in the state of depression or anxiety and in today's time it's such a busy world we live in. Everybody has, nobody has time for spending time with other people, they're always either on social media or they're working and they don't realise the impact it has on our health. We tend to sit after coming back from work, which are very long hours, we tend to just sit at home, scroll through social media instead of working out, spending time with people, spending quality time with friends, moving around, exercising, we don't do all of that these days.

    So, I generally don't read magazines but recently I started going to gym and since we require a lot of protein intake, I was thinking of buying protein shakes and protein powders but before that I was a bit scared because people have told me, a lot of people who are experienced in bodybuilding and all, so they recommended me not to depend on protein powders and just to make sure, just to have a clarity, I used to search in the internet about the protein powder and their harmful effects. So there are like both, like both perspectives are available online. So some say that it's normal, it's processed but it's made from a natural product so you don't have to worry much about it but there was an article where, I don't remember the doctor name, doctor's name but yeah, so he was saying that directly consuming 30-26 grams of protein won't be easy for our stomach to digest and since protein shakes don't have much of fiber and other dietary nutrition, it's very hard for our stomach to digest and absorb those proteins. So even if we are absorbing, even if we are taking like 26-30 grams of protein, it doesn't mean the body is absorbing those 30 grams since it's a very incomplete source and it's very unnatural for our body to have 30 grams of protein in our stomach without any fiber or other nutrition. So that's why he was recommending if you are, if you can, then please depend on natural sources like chicken or some paneer but don't go for any artificial protein or protein powder.

    I am the person who is usually so enthusiastic about health and I am the person who reads so many health articles and the blogs which are available in New Era. So for having so much of hair fall I usually went down and read so many blogs or articles reporting to regrowth of hair. I recently get to know one of the Amla hair oil or the Amla juice with different items which help us to regrow our hair fastly than other ingredients or other products. I get to know that it is so good to eat also and which having a nice taste and we don't need to add sugar. It is a mixture of Amla, Cucumber and Curry leaves which help us to make so much better our hair growth and it shines our hair so brightly and give a good healthy hair. I get to know that in the page called healthy tips which I get it from a Instagram page which owned by some lady and she making this juices and also distributing all over Kerala itself. So I want to get to know about that and at that time it was out of stock but I want to really get to know that so I read it so nicely. I also shared that magazine with my friends and family which help them to get that. So I think reading magazines and articles about this also make us so literate about what are the things going on about the health tips. Thank you.

    so the recent article on health that I read was you know all about intermittent fasting so it was I think the read from the last week I read it in the internet on the internet like you know I'm like a little kind of you know the person where follows health very much or I'm like you know health enthusiastic person so reading articles on health is like my one of my hobbies so I I will I was always very curious about I mean the weight loss and weight management and also healthy lifestyle while eating things right so from that when I read this article this article is about intermittent fasting which I do follow regularly so the article wrote the article was written by Oxford I guess so this article is very specific about when to eat and what to eat and what kind of food windows that you need to have and you know it made my perspective so right this is very interesting for me and for the people as well because it gives a new perspective in order to have to eat and how to manage your eating habits and lifestyle of you know eating ways so for this specific thing for this specific article someone you know made some comments on this that this is like meth or this is this is something which is very harmful to health but after all these comments and all I read it and in a scientific explanation of the entire article was too good and it conveys an information that you know you should do intermittent fasting in a very you know systematic manner in order to get its results done so that's how this Maxine affected me in a way in a very positive way and it made my it made my kind of you know eating habits good

    So, I recently came across an article on mental health, yesterday morning I was reading newspaper wherein I read an article by SK Sharma wherein he mentioned how mental health is equivalently or directly related to work life balance. In my personal opinion, work life balance is a much needed thing which should be incorporated by every person working in a corporate. In instance, I will share one of my experience wherein a good friend of mine during my college days was a very jolly person, he used to be all around in different events and was a very good with books mainly in fictional category. But after our college placements, I met him after 6 months, he was working in a corporate but couldn't handle the pressure, he used to work extra hours just to achieve the targets. So I asked him why, what is the reason, he said he is unable to manage the work and his personal life. So, I do think work life balance is a major thing and appreciate the article of SK Sharma on mental health.

    Recently I read it, I read in the magazine article about diabetes. I read it in a very detail because my father is a diabetic type 2 patient, so I want to know about everything. So I read it very carefully, and for example, the famous doctor Mr. Matthew Merian was written about why diabetics happen, so the reason was about like, because of not sleeping proper and eating too much sugar, along with this wrong lifestyle is one major issue, so people face diabetes.     Okay, to begin with, recently I read about an article on heart diseases. In the past 5 years, there is an increase of 20-30% of heart diseases amongst the youngsters aged between 20-40 years. This was an article by Dr. Kadhar, a cardiologist from Apollo Hospital. I read it 2 days back when Dr. Kadhar referred it to me. Dr. Kadhar is a close friend of mine. He also mentioned cholesterol is the primary reason for increase of heart diseases. And the major reason for a rise in cholesterol is because of his lifestyle. Lifestyle plays a major role in heart diseases. By having a healthier lifestyle, the risk of getting diseases can be reduced.     A few days ago, I read an article in an online health magazine about the importance of sleep for our overall health and well-being. The article explained that many people today, especially young adults, do not get enough rest because of their busy schedules, or using mobile phones late at night, or having hectic job schedules. Being an architect myself, I am guilty of not sleeping 8 hours every day. It described how lack of sleep can lead to problems such as poor concentration, weight gain, or weaker immune system. What I liked was that the article did not only talk about the problem, but also suggested solutions. For example, it recommended bed at same time every day, introducing aroma to induce sleep, or avoid caffeine in the evening, or keep electronic devices out of the bedroom, etc. I find out this article quite interesting because I often stay late working or even watching videos. I feel tired the next morning. After reading it, I realized that sleep is not just about feeling fresh, but also about staying healthy in the long term. Overall, the article was informative and practical, and I think I can help many people improve their daily routines.
