When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

So the article that I read recently is how yoga impacts your physical and mental well-being I read it on Times of India which is one of the major newspapers in India and it was there in second page about physical health and how you can improve your gut health furthermore when I read that article initially I was very skeptical because there are a lot of misconceptions that surround yoga and the fact that yoga seems difficult to some people or seems like very spiritual of an activity to most people but as I progressed in the article I understood that yoga is not very difficult there are different different asanas in yoga and the complexity increases so there is no need for you to start with a very complex asana you can start with a easier one, yoga has more to do with what makes you feel better rather than how complex you can do so I like that article a lot and from that I also learned that spending only an hour or 45 minutes in yoga can have an immense impact in my mental and my physical health so I learned that yoga is a very good skill to possess and from then on I started practicing yoga little bit I am still in the initial stages so I am not very good at it but I have started doing it and I have increased the complexity a little bit of the asanas and I find that once I am able to find the pose the asana its uncomfortable at the beginning but it relaxes so I would recommend it to everybody to at least give it a try

I have read about a lot of physical health issues and I read the magazine during COVID. It was about the children getting a lot of physical health issues like weak eyesight, obesity, PCOS, PCOD, especially women or girls, because there is a lot of stuff out there that is inappropriate. A lot of children nowadays procrastinate a lot on the phone and get addicted to it. They don't play outside or they do not do any kind of exercise. Besides, they are so addicted to the mobile, they tend to forget about their homework or their eating habits. So there is a lot of stuff going on the phone that is not appropriate and it should be banned. Besides, there is a lot more health issues during the COVID that had risen up, especially there are a lot of problems that people are getting from the COVID vaccine. The people are feeling dizzy, the people are feeling weak, their bones are getting weak because of the vaccines they got because they tend to see there were a lot of chemicals in those vaccines. So I think that is wrong, that should be checked by the specialists, the doctors, that what were the chemicals or wrong stuff in that vaccine because people are getting worse with their physical health, people are forgetting day-to-day life, people are being lazy, people are procrastinating a lot, people are being indulged into their phone or into their personal life a lot, that they are forgetting the life outside this bubble, they are not getting out of their comfort zone, they are just sitting in that just one bubble and not doing anything.

This happened around 10 years back when I was in university. I was studying in college and I got a 3rd year. So I went to the library there to read the newspaper or a magazine. While reading the magazine I came across an article which was related to the oral health and it was describing what we can do to improve the oral health and what are the current problems that women are facing with their teeth and gum. So I read the article that the toothpaste that modern industries are producing contains lots of harmful chemicals which not only degrade the life of the teeth but also the unconsciousness. People are swallowing it and it is like a slow poison which will affect human life in the longer run. So there was an alternative to that toothpaste and it was to use a more natural based product. Like the best way to clean the teeth was to use a stick like a stick from either a neem tree or guava tree to clean your teeth. This has lots of benefits. Firstly, a neem tooth stick kills the germs and massaging it on the gum really helps the strength of the teeth and increases whiteness.

Last Sunday I was free at my home and I saw a beautiful magazine. Usually I don't read magazines but this time I don't have anything to do. So I decided to read the magazine. And finally I have seen the article about mental health and heart health. Which is very interesting. When I started reading it I was glad and I feel amazed that there are lot of things which usually we are not following in order to maintain our mental health and to improve our heart health. So when I have read out the article they have given very interesting facts that everyday we have to take healthy diet and we have to do some exercise which help us to maintain our health, our mental health and our heart health. We have to take and eat light food so that our heart can easily digest that. We should spend some time with our family and we do not think much about past and the future things which can disturb our overall mental health. So crux of the magazine was that we should enjoy our time whatever we are getting. That is the remedy to improve our heart and mental health. Moreover we have to be very specific about to eat food we should not eat fried food which can impact your heart health. And always use these tips. So the article was very interesting.

There was an article on COVID. It was related to heart attack. It was about that many people have assumed that after taking the COVID vaccine, people are facing more heart attack situation in their life before the COVID. So I was in Delhi for my study purpose and I was travelling into metro and there was a magazine about health and fitness and I just picked up and started reading. It caught my attention because it was about COVID and at that time it was becoming very famous. So the main thing I have learnt from there is how our health and fitness is important in our life. How healthy diet is important and exercise play a major role in our life. It was very interesting because I have learnt so many things from that magazine. For example, what to do and what to not do during if someone is feeling like a heart attack. For example, there was an instruction that if any person in front of you laying and not able to breathe, it's most probably because he is facing heart attack. So you could help him by just pressing his chest by your hand and that pressure will give him some good to feel and he will feel fine.

The article that I read on health was about PCOD and PCOS. Since I am a girl who goes through various hormonal situations, I read an article about PCOD. I came across about it on the internet while I was surfing on Instagram. Since I also go through a lot of hormonal fluctuations, as a girl I would like to know more about these symptoms. I wanted to know if I have those symptoms on PCOD and PCOS. I read it yesterday, since my periods were two weeks late. I wanted to read about the different changes that happen in your body, how you can improve it and how you can go about it. If it's too serious, then you can consult a gynecologist. What home remedies you can take if you are suffering from a certain symptom in your body, during your period or after your period or before your period. It was for women and I shared it across all my friends who were suffering from this. So that at least if I got this information and it was quite useful for me, I thought it would be useful for my friends as well. Thank you so much.
