When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Last year I was scrolling on Instagram, I found a post that was saying the correlation of obesity and diabetes. It also provided me with a few links. One of the links when I clicked, it was an article I believe, that said that diabetes and obesity goes hand in hand. It is often said that losing weight is difficult, where actually losing weight is not that difficult. This was written in the article that I read. It is difficult for people with diabetes to lose weight. The reason they said was their insulin levels strike up whenever they eat something. Even if it's healthy, they have to eat in an order of fiber, then protein, then carbohydrates, and lastly their fruits. If the order is reversed, like if they eat carbohydrates first, their insulin strikes up and it doesn't regulate well with losing weight. With the underlying cause of diabetes, it is really important for one to look up for these and take doctor's advice. It really provided an insight of why diabetes is there. I started implementing the solutions that were provided in my family, especially my friends.

Recently, I wrote an article about the concept of blue zone in sharp health news, which I found in online earlier this year. The article discussed how certain regions in the world call the blue zone such as Okinawa, Japan and Sardinia in Italy are home to people who consistently live longer, healthier lives. The article explained the unique habits of these communities such as eating most plant-based foods, exercising regularly, maintaining strong social connections, and mostly managing stress through daily routines like walking and meditation plays an important role. I learned that adopting just a few of these habits like eating more vegetables or creating a daily exercise routine could significantly lower the risk of chronic disease and improve overall well-being. What made the article really interesting was how straightforward and practical the advice felt. Instead of just talking about medical treatments or supplements, it emphasized a holistic approach to health with simple lifestyle changes. Reading these real-life examples motivated me to recognize my daily habits and focus more on factors like nutrition and healthy relationships. I found it fascinating because it combined scientific research with stories of actual people who thrive well in their old age. That small change in routine can make a big difference in healthy life.

Recently, I read a very interesting article on the internet about the importance of mental health and stress management. I came across it on the BBC health website while I was browsing for some wellness tips. The article was titled, Why taking care of your mind is as important as your body and that immediately caught my attention because nowadays people talk a lot about physical fitness but mental well-being is often overlooked. The article explained how stress, if ignored, can lead to stress-serious health problems such as high blood pressure, sleep disorders, and even depression. It also discussed simple strategies to maintain good mental health like regular exercise, mindfulness, meditation, and maintaining social connections. What I really liked was that the article used real-life examples and scientific evidence which made it both practical and convincing. I decided to read it because I have been going through a busy schedule with my studies and I often feel overwhelmed. The article helped me realize that taking small breaks, talking to friends, or even doing breathing exercises can make a big difference. In fact, after reading it, I tried practicing meditation for a few minutes each day and I genuinely felt calmer and more focused. Overall, this article influenced me a lot because it changed my perspective on health. I understood that being healthy isn't just about eating right or exercising. It's also about keeping a balanced and peaceful state of mind. I believe more people should read such articles because mental health deserves the same importance as physical health.

I recently read an article about rising mental health issues due to overuse of social medias in children. I was sitting in the library of the supreme court reading the newspaper when I came across this article written by Mr. Vishal Srivastava who is also a cyber lawyer where he described how overuse of social media and internet is causing mental ailments in children. He also described how we can prevent children from these diseases by curbing the use of social media and mobile phones and setting a curfew. Children below the age of 12 to 10 years should not be given more than 2 hours of time for using mobile phones. It was interesting because it talked about how dopamine plays a vital role in leading mental illnesses among children and how it can cause never ending future problems.

A few months ago I read an interesting article about the benefits of drinking water everyday. I came across it on health and fitness website while I was browsing the internet. The title immediately caught my attention because I had recently started going to the gym and I wanted to improve my overall lifestyle. The article explained in detail how water plays a vital role in keeping our body hydrated, improving digestion, and every boosting congestion. It also mentioned that dehydration can cause headache, tiredness, and lack of focus. The writer suggested that people should drink at least 2-3 litres of water daily, depending on their activity level and climate. I found this article very useful because it was simple, practical, and based on scientific fact. After reading it, I started drinking water more. Throughout the day, I also replaced sugary drinks with plain water, which really helped me feel more energetic and fresh.

Most recently, the article that I read over the internet was on the topic of health and how it has four facets to it. In the common day's understanding and everyday understanding, we are told that health has two aspects in it, which is physical and the mental aspect. However, in that particular article, it was told that the health has four areas. One is physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. One person is considered to be healthy if somebody has an adequate balance in all the four aspects of health. However, in the social setup, what we usually see is the physical health is given the utmost importance However, the importance on the psychological health, mental well-being, spiritual health or overall mental health is not given a lot of importance However, to have a healthy sustaining lifestyle, we need to have an adequate balance in the all four spectrums One cannot be considered healthy if they have an implicit amount in one category and not much in the others

An article on health I read on the internet was about mental health particularly. The article was about the number of suicides that are committed in India and how we've become the suicide capital of the world, which is extremely unfortunate. It did not interest me but saddened me more than ever to read such news and find out that youngsters are most affected, which means people around me. Kids my age, they have life replete with stress, even though they have huge ambitions, the goals pose so much pressure on them that they don't know what to do. In such times, anxiety and depression can surround them with darkness. I learned from the article that it doesn't cost anyone even a penny to be kind in this cruel world. I learned that day that I would do one kind gesture each day and I will ask my friends how they're doing, not just my friends but anyone around me.

The article that I read recently was about waking up early and sleeping early, that will significantly contribute to one's health and progress one's health conditions. So, I read it where it said, 8 hours of proper sleep is vital to even for adults, kids alike, but it's vital for proper brain development, to prevent brain fog, for better digestion, to enhance mood and also for proper functioning the next day. And it was particularly relevant to me because I was at the time sleeping very late and waking up at odd times and I wasn't very happy with my schedule. And I was looking at ways where I can change my schedule around a bit and experiment with trying to wake up early and try to adopt a healthier routine and have a very energetic schedule throughout the day. That's something that I would look forward to rather than having it forced on me. So, I received this article at the right time, I'd say, and I found it on the internet. And also it was particularly useful because it talked about how digestive enzymes work only on the night and not during the early hours. That's when I usually stay awake and that sort of messes up my digestion. It was a clear signal to start working on my gut and my health better. .

Now it is in a trial of phase 2 but soon it if it pass all of the mental or physical challenges test then it will be allowed to apply. In today's time there are a lot of hair growth transplants, surgeries, wigs. It's because of hair issues due to pollution or we can say water, hard water. So it is an interesting topic to read. It is natural that out of 10 there are 7 people who are facing hair issues and most properly hair loss and hair damage issues. It is right now a very main concern because people are shifting towards hair transplants or hair medicines or hair coloring which damage hairs a bit lot. So it's a bit concerning topic.
