LIKES One film that really made me laugh was The Hangover, a Hollywood movie. I watched it a few months ago when I was feeling a bit stressed from college assignments and I wanted to relax with something light hearted. I watched it with two of my close friends at my own house. We decided to have a movie night and one of them suggested this film because she had already seen it and it was hilarious. She wasn't wrong. The film is about a group of friends who go to Las Vegas for a bachelor party and wake up the next day with no memory of what happened the night before. The story unfolds as they try to piece everything together. It's full of unexpected twists and ridiculous situations like finding a tiger in the bathroom or accidentally stealing a police car. What made it so funny for me were the absurd situations and the deadpan reactions of the characters. The timing of the joke was perfect and even the background details made us laugh like subtle expressions of small things in the scene that you might have missed if you're not paying attention. Overall, the movie gave me a good break and made me laugh out more than once. I even watched it again later just for fun. This was all about the film that I watched and it was really amazing experience that I had watching this movie and I would recommend others also to watch this movie as it has the perfect twists and turns which will really take you over to all of them.

But it presents everything in a humorous way. Rancho was played by Amir Khan. The dialogues and comic timing in the film are brilliant. I watched it a few years ago, but it still sticks in my mind because of how hilarious and unpredictable the storyline was. I saw it for the first time during a weekend movie night with my college friends. We had all heard about how funny it was, so we decided to watch it together in one of our hostel rooms. It turned out to be even better than we expected. The movie follows a group of friends who go to Las Vegas for a bachelor party, but the next morning they wake up with no memory of the night before, and the groom is missing. The rest of the film is about them trying to piece together what happened. The situations they get into are absurd and totally over the top, but that's what made it so funny. A film that made me laugh has to be PK. This movie was released in 2016 and Anil Khan was the lead actor. I still remember that I was a high school pass out just after I passed my high school. I booked the tickets in the nearby theatre and I went to watch the movie with my family. The whole plot of the movie was incredible. It was a story based on an alien who somehow manages to land on earth, though accidentally. He then tries to adapt to different religions that we have here on earth. He finds it very hilarious that people are so restricted towards their religion and they don't see the ulterior motive with which they were sent to the earth. That was to fulfill the needs of humanity, to be human. So this movie actually inspired me a lot. Moreover, the acting of Anil Khan was incredibly awesome. He did an amazing job. He acted like an actual alien. Overall, this movie was a whole package.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I love to watch movies as a way to uplift my mood, hence I love to watch rom-com and comedy movies. One such comedy movie that made me burst into laughter was Housefull 5. It is the fifth movie in the series of Housefull movies and it has always been a delight to watch a movie of this enterprise. I especially loved watching this movie because it features my favourite comedy actor, Akshay Kumar. Akshay Kumar has insane comedy timings and makes me laugh even when I just see him. I saw this movie a couple of weeks ago on Amazon Prime Video. The movie was still in the theatres, however I preferred to watch it on OTT because it gave me the convenience to watch the movie at 11 pm in the night. I watched the movie with my parents and it was a great experience laughing along with them instead of laughing alone. My parents had been waiting for me for more than two weeks to watch this movie. It is the tradition in our family or I would say the practice in our family that we love to watch comedy or funny movies together because it brings more joy and happiness when we all laugh together and see each other's reactions to a joke. The movie was a complete chaos and it truly tickled my funny bone. There were five different couples competing for a huge real estate and the final turn was definitely interesting. The movie even had two versions, Houseful 5A and 5B with different climaxes. I especially loved Abhishek Bachchan's wrong emphasis on words that were not meant to be emphasized.

One film that really made me laugh out loud was The Hangover, a comedy I watched a couple of years ago. It's an American film about a group of friends who go to Las Vegas for a bachelor party and then wake up the next morning with no memory of what happened the night before. The rest of the movie follows them as they try to piece everything together and the situations they get into are absolutely ridiculous. I watched it with two of my closest friends at home during a weekend movie night. None of us had seen it before so we didn't know what to expect but within the first ten minutes we were all in stitches. The characters are hilariously mismatched. One is super serious, another is completely clueless and the third is just wild. So their reactions to the chaos around them make the film even funnier. What really made it memorable was not just the clever writing but the timing of the jokes and the unpredictable plot twists. There were so many observed moments that we had to pause the film several times just to catch our breath from laughing so hard. To me, comedy is difficult to get right but The Hangover nailed it. I didn't rely on cheap jokes or slapstick humor. Instead, it was smart, fast-paced and completely outrageous. Even now, we talk about it, we still laugh at some of the scenes. It was one of those rare movies that made me forget everything and just enjoy the moment.

A film that I watched which made me laugh but also touched me deeply is Barfi, a Hindi film directed by Anurag Basu. I watched this movie when I was in school along with my family members. The reason that the movie made me laugh a lot was because of the comic mannerisms of the main characters, especially portrayed by Ranbir Kapoor. Some of the sequences in the movie have been influenced by Charlie Chaplin movies and the action sequences along with the comic timings of the characters made it greatly amusing for me. I enjoyed how the deaf protagonist in the story made several attempts to connect with others and how he does odd things to make a living. The story was sweet and touching and the humor was not ill-placed or putting down any other character which also made me laugh at the sweetness of the entire story.

So the movie that I would like to talk about is Chennai Express. I watched this movie during my teens, 16 years old to be precise. It was on a Sunday when my parents were discussing to do some activity and we decided to go and watch Chennai Express. So the movie was about a North Indian who was travelling on a train and met a South Indian girl who was running away from her home. And during this journey, the North Indian fellow fell in love with the girl. And the way the dialogues and the situations are presented in the movie are very humorous. Even though the situation is very grim, it teaches us a lesson to go through life with a humorous insight and always have a positive outlook.

    Band 7

A film that I particularly find really funny has to be a film called Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. It basically revolves around the story of three friends. My favourite character from the film has to be Imran which is played by Farhan Akhtar. I particularly loved the way the dialogues have been written. I believe it provides very subtle messages in the form of humour which is particularly my favourite kind of genre to watch. I have watched it several times but I first watched it in the theatres in 2011. First I watched it with my family, however I loved the movie so much that I watched it again with my friends in the theatre. I really like the fact that they face and overcome their phobias in the film by trying out different adventure activities and making sure that their life is filled with fun. Additionally what I really liked was the songs and the dancing that particularly made the film more humorous. I really enjoyed the way Imran's character was dancing in the film throughout and how he interacted with the female character by being a little flirtatious and making his other friend jealous as he liked the female character romantically. Apart from that what I really liked was the way they play some pranks on foreigners or rather locals in Spain.

    Band 7

So, a film which made me laugh a lot was Three Idiots. It's a film I think which should be watched by everyone, especially the teenagers who are progressing to a larger life and are going to face a lot in coming time. So, this would help them to make the decisions and to be guilt free of what they are doing and also motivate themselves to follow their passion. So that's very important in this era where everybody is judging you and you have to go against the judgments of the people and just live your dream. It's hard in this era. So the film is about three friends who come together in an engineering college and a series of events happen to them from ragging to learning together to facing failures, handling them together. The film is amazingly designed and the concept of the film has been represented very well through the actors. The main actors were Aamir Khan as Rancho who is the main character and the most intelligent one who makes others learn the life lesson that how in life we should shout for excellence and if we do that, everything else will go wrong.

Well, I always believe that watching a type of film that you like is the best medicine that you can use to reduce your stress and I am very passionate about movies and whenever I got an opportunity to watch films, I always use it. Here I would like to talk about one of the funniest film I have ever watched was Mr. Bean's Holiday. I saw it a couple of years ago and when I was in college, I watched it with my friends in the hostel common room. The movie is about Mr. Bean who goes on a trip to France but ends up in all kind of hilarious situations because of his clumsy and awkward behavior. I remember laughing so much especially at the scenes when he tried to communicate without speaking and made funny facial actions. What made it more even enjoyable was that I watched it with my friends so we kept laughing together and even repeated some of his actions afterwards. However, the film made me realize how humor with too many words and it really helped me to relax and forget about the exam stress at that time and I always like to watch movies of Mr. Bean because he is such a brilliant creator and his comedies are very relaxing and I was like over the joy when I watched his films and I think Jack of all trades is very much talented in other categories too.

    Band 7

I have a great interest in watching movies during my leisure time, especially those that involve a little bit of laugh and entertainment. Life can sometimes be stressful, and I think comedy movies are one of the great ways to reduce stress and stay relaxed. One such film that I personally found most interesting and entertaining is film called Hera Pheri. In India, majority of people like this movie due to its funny and comedy dialogues and scenes. To begin with, I watched this movie during Corona time. At that time, we all were stuck in our home and we had nothing to do anymore. At that time, I decided to watch this movie with my brother and other cousins. One evening, we all sat together in the living room and watched this movie. Moreover, the movie involves a story of three characters who accidentally get involved in a kidnapping case and try to earn money in a funny and foolish way. One thing about the movie that I love the most is the character of Babu Rao, which was played by one of the famous actress, Paresh Rawal. He is a landlord and whenever I see his character, that time I had a tear in my eyes.
