When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I usually do it in the early evening, around 6 or 7pm, right after finishing my work for the day. There's a beautiful park near my place, with a dedicated jogging track, surrounded by lush greenery and tall trees. I often go for runs alone, as it helps me clear my mind and unwind. It's a time when I can focus on myself, listen to music or podcasts, and just enjoy the natural surroundings. Sometimes, I meet a few friends at the park who also enjoy running, so we occasionally end up running together and motivating each other. I absolutely love this activity, because it not only keeps me physically fit, but also helps me relieve stress. Running gives me a sense of accomplishment, and energizes me for the rest of the evening. It's a refreshing break from the usual routine, and helps me stay connected with nature. Overall, it's a very fulfilling and enjoyable part of my day. Of course, when I go for a run in the park, I start by warming up with some light stretches to avoid any injuries. Then, I follow a set route that covers about 5 kilometers. The track is well maintained, and the scenery is quite picturesque, with flowers, birds, and sometimes even squirrels guarding around. While running, I focus on my breathing, and try to maintain a steady pace. It's amazing how running can help clear your mind, and allow you to think about things more clearly. I often use this time to reflect on my day, or plan for upcoming tasks. On some days, I challenge myself by increasing the speed, or adding intervals of sprinting. It's a great way to improve stamina and endurance. Sometimes, I even set small goals for myself, like reaching a particular landmark within a certain time frame. Overall, running in the park is not just a physical activity for me. It's a form of meditation and relaxation. It helps me recharge and stay positive, ready to tackle the next day's challenges. It's an activity I truly look forward to every day.

I practiced a lot to do public speaking and I engaged with public speaking with political parties, meetings and going to colleges and in functions also I used to make public speaking related to various topics, topics all these things the organizers will provide and I will speak at least for half an hour or 45 minutes it took and the audience will cover more than 30 to 40 audience and at times it may go around 50 persons. So I could gather more confidence and I could improve my communication skills a lot. I got the habit of reading a lot of books, watching televisions, watching BBC news, reading newspapers, watching movies and conducting group discussions among our students, among the experienced teachers I could gather a lot of knowledge and I could impart it in front of a group of audience that really improved my confidence level for public speaking. Especially, especially in front of when I was speaking in front of a group they were asking questions in English and without any fear I could answer all the questions they have raised in that group and right now I am engaged with training people, training students to speak in front of a public group. That right now I am a public speaker trainer and I am giving training to more than 30

An activity which I truly enjoy after my work is to dance. As soon as I reach home, I get crashed, I close my room, close the doors, and play the loud music by Taylor Swift. The activity that I'd like to take part in after school is playing the electric keyboard. And I have been doing that since I was nine. And I usually play that in my room, in sort of a corner where I can plug it in. And have some space to myself where there's no disturbance and also so that the others aren't disturbed by the music. And I usually am alone whenever I take part in the activity. And I feel accelerated, rejuvenated and relaxed whenever I am playing the piano. And it is quite an activity to make myself happy.

So one key activity that I do after coming back from work is cooking and that is not only because I have to have dinner but it's also because it really helps me de-stress and unwind. I do this in my own kitchen in my little apartment in JVC where I do the cooking. For cooking I usually get my ingredients from the grocery store downstairs which is also a nice walk and a break from work and phone and everything that we've been busy with during the day. After I get the groceries I come back to my kitchen and I love watching new recipes on YouTube or I like to ask my mother on WhatsApp if there's any dish that I'm craving for and I would like to get her personal recipe on it. And then I would start cooking, making it. And I also mostly do it alone because I like to have my own space in the kitchen but sometimes my husband also accompanies me and helps in chopping the vegetables for example or mixing and stirring the pot or putting the plates on the table and setting it up. What I really enjoy about cooking is the fact that it makes me feel like I have a lot of agency in what I'm creating and the way I present it. Actually more than the cooking I love presenting. So I love putting it in nice dishes, I love plating it in a way that it looks appealing, that it looks a certain way, there's always a candle on my table, there's always fresh flowers on my table and I love to present food in that way. And after a long day of work and very technical stuff I think something like this gives me a lot of joy and a feeling of fulfilment and then after that eating that food with myself and my husband is also a really fun way to end the day.

Moreover, it decorates our home. So, I made many boat lots in my home in different shapes and in different colors and using variety ideas. My first boat lot, I gifted to my sister in her wedding. She was very happy because I made it very creatively using some photos of her and her husband and their marriage date. With lot of sequences, she liked it very much.
