When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I read as a hobby and I have been reading since I was a very little kid. I usually came home from school and went outside to read if it was nice and pleasant out and the insects weren't pestering me a lot. Otherwise I would sit cuddled inside my bed and just read pages and pages and pages of books and just gobble them up. It made me feel alive and the way language was moulded and transformed into this beautiful piece of art always astounded me. I do it with my cousin sometimes who is also a very fond reader. All my friends are avid readers and we actually have a WhatsApp group that we send book reviews on every time we finish reading a book. I'm proud to say that I've initiated that move and it is always enjoyable. We gift each other books all the time on our birthdays and we have an annual book exchange programme where you draw lots and gift a book to the person that you drew the name of. It's a very enjoyable activity. I have always found great pleasure in reading. I've found great pleasure in writing as well but reading is just something altogether. I'm always in awe of all the books that have been written and always a little bit sad about the fact that I cannot finish them all. In addition to that I love recommending books and love hearing what people have to say about the books that I've read and all the books that I have disliked as well as liked. It's always enjoyable to surround myself by a community who reads.

After a very hard working day, only one thing which can snatch away from me, one and only thing which can snatch all stress from me, that is drawing or painting. I am very much fond of painting. I appreciate myself that I am a very good painter. I do it only myself. It makes me very happy and peaceful. When I am alone at home, I always prefer to do these activities. I am very much passionate about my art.

An activity that gives me immense pleasure after I'm done with my work would be cooking. Cooking is something I really enjoy and I love to try different cuisines and dishes around the globe. For instance, I research online and read articles about new dishes, flavours, ingredients, spices coming up and then I try to get them online or visit stores to find those same ingredients to make something that delicious. It promotes creativity and gives me a sense of accomplishment when I've made something with so much perfection and love. I think cooking also helps me please other people. I love it when somebody eats what I've made for them and loves or appreciates that particular dish. That feeling itself gives me a delighted and happy vibe around them. My mood lightens up and it soothes my mind so much that when I'm cooking I'm so immersed in the process that I even forget about all my worries and all my work problems related to anything else. Therefore in conclusion I would really say cooking is something that makes me happy, keeps me going and is such a stress buster or a leisure activity for me.

One of my favorite activities to do after school or work is reading. Reading is one of my greatest passions actually. I have loved reading ever since I was a little kid. I think it started when I first read Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling. That series really stuck to me and after that I just read fantasy books. I love fantasy books and then I explored more genres after that. Romance, horror, thrillers, like self-help, every genre. I have read at least like a couple books from it. Personally, I don't have a lot of time for it unfortunately nowadays because of my hectic schedule but I prefer reading late at night when nobody's awake because I feel like in that time I can dive into a world that's just not around me. I can dive into another world while I'm reading. That's what I feel like and I usually like to do it alone but I love discussing about it with my friends. Some of my friends also love reading like me and I love discussing the recent books we've read and I also used to be in a book club before and we used to talk every Saturday about the books we read that week and just you know other general things. So I would like to say that reading is one of the best qualities that I have.

During my high school, when I finished school and came back at home, I would jump into my cycle along with my cousin to go for cycling in the backyard of my house. It had a big space, enough for five people to bike around or even play a cricket match. Me and my cousin who was also my neighbor would go cycling further in the colony road and it made me feel very physically good. It had a boost of adrenaline rush when I kept on speeding up the race. As a sport, cycling also helped me improve my physical health and it became a sort of exercise which would also help me reduce weight and maintain my body. In addition, spending time with my friend who was also my cousin was a good memory as going alone together on the roads while cars passes by, especially during rainy days, was a very peaceful and calm experience. I still remember to this day about how nostalgic it felt during that time. I wish I could go back to those days right now. These are the memories I am very fond of.

One activity that I regularly do after school is playing chess. It's a board game that I've been passionate about for the last couple of years and it has now become the part of my daily routine. I usually play chess in the evening after I finish my homework and other school-related tasks. I either play online on my laptop or with my younger brother at home. On weekends, I often visit a nearby chess club when I play with other students and sometimes even participate in friendly competition. Chess is not just a game for me, it's a great mental workout. It helps me to think logically, plan ahead, and stay calm under pressure. It's a game of patience and strategy, and every match feels different, which keeps it exciting and challenging. I also enjoy it because it gives me a break from the digital world, unlike video games, chess is quiet and peaceful, and it improves my concentration. Winning a tough match gives me a real sense of achievement, and even losing teaches my valuable lessons. Overall, playing chess after school is not only a relaxing hobby, but also a productive way to sharpen my mind and build discipline.

One activity that I like to do after school is going for a walk in a nearby park. I like it genuinely because of which it has become a part of my daily routine, especially in the evenings. Usually I go around 6pm after finishing my assignments. There are days when I like to go alone because I would love to have some time for my own self after thriving through a hectic day. On the other days I would like to take my brother and my close friend along. Then we walk, we talk and we even jog a little. It only happens when they are free. This park is a 10 minute walk away from our home. It is filled with lush greenery, walking trails and even a small pond. The reason behind I do this activity is because it helps me to keep relaxed and is a great way towards relieving my worries. After staying indoors most of the time, by being in the fresh air, it clears my mind. It has helped me to strike a balance between my physical well-being as well as my mental well-being. In addition, it provides me some space to reflect on my thoughts or to listen to my favourite song or even a podcast. This proved to be an effective habit that helped me to reap the same benefits even without going to the gym. It helped me to remain active even after a hectic day. To sum it all, going for a walk is not only a healthy habit but also a comforting routine.

One of my favorite activities is drawing. After coming from college, I sit with my sketchbook and I start sketching. I choose a reference and I start to draw that. I draw at home. That is something that gives me peace. It helps me relax after a hectic routine of my college. It helps me get away from the daily routine and I feel comfortable at home. It's like my me time where I can get into a world full of creativity and colors. It unlocks a lot of new imagination, new worlds that only I can see.

After a tired day at work, I love to come home and enjoy a cup of hot green tea while watching my favorite TV show which is Friends. After that, I love to take a nap of half an hour which helps in boosting my energy and lifts up my mood. After completion of all my chores at home, I try to start working the stuff which I have been not able to complete at my office. If needed, I might have to take some calls or interviews or meetings with my office colleagues. After everything is done, I move to think about the menu of that day's dinner. And I also simultaneously try to prepare my breakfast because I have an early shift which helps me to not rush in the morning hours.

One activity that I love doing after work especially is crocheting. It is one of the most calming activities that I could ever choose. It's become my hobby ever since I learnt how to make certain chains and certain patterns that were very difficult to understand at first. It takes most of your time to even get a single row to be done in a day. But it keeps you engaged in such a way that you lose track of time. And you can just forget about everything and concentrate on that one crochet that you are trying to do. I have recently made bags and sweaters and few other things here and there. It really is a relaxing activity for me. So to get my mind off something I do use it. It can be used on a daily basis. So I do make
