    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    So, for instance, in our office, we follow a rule of a test-driven approach, also behavior-driven approach. So, where test-driven approach is like we write a code and then test the following code based on the code quality, code standardization, and code minimization so that the code should be reused, reworked, should be reused, also there won't be a rework, such as like if the code is failed in some environment and it needs a rework, it causes some terrible deadline to be failed. So, every time we follow this behavior-driven approach and test-driven approach so that we could able to make the most out of the code and could able to give quality time for the developers, also the quality standards to be accepted in the office. So, I found this is interesting because when you minimize the code, you find the solutions for each of the code to be worked upon and should be cut out of the quality and it is very desirable and it makes your brain to recalculate the circumstances that might fail

    There are several rules that are very important in our school times but I would like to talk about discipline. This is the first and very important rule in our school days. The first thing about discipline is that to come to school regularly on time. If you are getting late, you have to give valid reason why you are late. Teachers every time tell us about be on time, be punctual of the time. They not only just teach us about time, they also teach us about our career. Time is very important and discipline is also very important. Without discipline, we can't do anything in our life and we have to focus on first discipline. Discipline and consistency is very important to succeed in our life that are very beneficial for us and time is not only important in our school days but also important in our career and our life.     Yes, I would like to describe a rule that is important in my school. The rule is, it is pretty different when compared to other schools. My school had a rule of communicating with juniors about extracurricular activities. When we promote to our 8th grade, every student in the class should communicate with their juniors about these extracurricular activities. For instance, we have to explain about the dance competitions, sports competitions and art related competitions to the juniors so that they could participate and it would help them to prepare and get them ready for the competition as well. However, the rule is implemented by the principal sir of the school and if you break the rule, you are not allowed to participate in any of these curricular activities. So, I personally think it is a good thing and it plays a vital role in communicating with juniors also and others. In a way, it helps our juniors to prepare them for the better performance in their respective fields. So, I think it is a good idea to implement such rules in schools.

And we need to be on camera. So if there are any client meetings, we need to have our camera on. And second most thing is when we are speaking with the client, so we should not use daily phrases. We should be very well in our explanation like what kind of work we performed today. So with the scrum master, we need to explain everything. And that scrum master is usually from our client base. So we need to be precise in our answers.

    An important rule at my workplace currently is that we need to log in our clocking in time and clocking out time every day. It is really important because some people like to bunk their days off and lie about it to the supervisor later on. After such cases our supervisor realized that it was really important to maintain a record because of course our supervisor also has to respond to her supervisor. For that reason I think it is really important to maintain records. Some people also lie about their work progress and hence it could be proved after looking at the records of attendance that is the person lying or not. Also I really feel good about this because I like to clock in my time and show that I am dedicated towards my work. When I leave the workplace I always remember to clock out because I want the supervisor to know that I take their rules really seriously and want to contribute in every way possible.
