    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    When I used to attend the school, there was a rule that's, there's so many rules that we have to keep, but certain rule that I remember is not being late to class, always finishing the assignment on time, and respecting the elders, respecting the staff, everything has to be kept, and what happens when people break the rules, we get punished, especially if we get late to the class, then I have to kneel outside the class with my hands up, the teacher makes us do that, and if we do not respect the elder, then we get scoldings, there's so many consequences if you don't keep the rule, I think keeping the rule is very important for your future also, you get to be disciplined, you get to always be disciplined when you go out in the real society also, I feel that sometimes being under rule, under control is also very important, when you go out in the society, the people will always look, sometimes the people will look up to you, sometimes the people will look down on you, if you want to be looked, if you want to be the person that people look up to, then you always have to be, you have to always perform a nice and clear versatility of your own self, and I think that's important, yes, in future you get to, yes, I think it's important.

    The most important rule which I feel like is very much needed and in school or at work is discipline. When you have a discipline in your life, you can achieve anything you want because the thing is when discipline comes, it comes with lot of responsibility that you have to complete the given task or the task you wanted to complete. Discipline makes you achieve your goals faster and better. It somehow makes you better at human level also. Discipline is the most important thing for me whether you are in a school or at work. Discipline creates you a better human being plus you can do lot of things in your life with proper discipline but if you don't have a discipline, you will fail. You will feel that I am not going to do this, I may not be able to rush it, I may not be able to get what I want but if you have a discipline, you know that you have made a particular aura, you have made a particular timetable for that thing and when you follow that thing in continuation, you will get the results. All you need is proper mind, all you need is proper discipline and I think discipline not only works at school level or at work level, it works at life also that in life if you have a discipline for something, you will able to achieve that particular thing. So, discipline is the most important thing.

    What is that rule about? What if I break the rule? Is there any punishments if I break the rule? Who should follow that rules? Whether the student or the teachers? And how is the rule is? I wish if I were a teacher I make a rule that a student should follow the punctuality. If I were a student I will make a rule that a teacher should not hurt the students physically and mentally. If the rule is in school is about eating the lunch at proper time, attend the class at the time scheduled and leave the school at once the bell rang. That's it.

    So one such rule I would say is punctuality, being punctual is very important and it is actually a sense of discipline that one must have in order to you know do things on time and reach at a particular place in time. Moreover, in school when one used to get late, they were either punished or you know worst case is sent back home and with work in regards, one gets a negative marking and you know after multiple times one is officially fired from their job. So it actually doesn't leave a good remark if you are not able to reach at a particular place in time or being punctual because if you look at a Japanese culture, they are very punctual and they have a certain belief and culture which they follow and which is solely based on discipline and discipline is a very important thing in life because it teaches you a lot of things and that is the one thing that distincts you from the other beings. If you are being punctual and disciplined, you will excel a lot in life, that is one of the main reasons why Japanese people are so successful and it is very important to have these certain traits in your life because it really makes you stand out. It might seem like a very small thing but it isn't and it is a very hard thing to

    In my organization there are many rules and regulations which have to be followed by the employees. So one of the rules which I think it is most important is the break timings because employees tend to break the break timings because they have the limit of one hour but they extend the break for one hour 15 minutes to one hour 20 minutes which will adversely affect the other colleagues because even they have to take a break and they will be waiting in the queue until the person arrives. So this is one of the important rule the manager should take care of and a strict action additionally a strict action should be taken for those who are going to violate these rules. A punishment could be like doing extra work for the extra break time which they have taken or removing the marks from the audit score in this way and management should ensure that each and every employee follows these break rules perfectly.     So I am going to describe about a rule that is so important in your school or at work. So basically that rule is the hard work and dedication. Hard work and dedication are two key factors which are really necessary not only in your school work but in every aspects of your life because the hard work and dedication plays a key role in giving your possible and very efficient outcomes. So generally when you are so hard working and you are so dedicated on what you are working your skills may improve and you will give your full fledged outcome so that you will shine at that place. So basically if you break the rule of hard work or dedication you may not be seen anywhere. You will lose all your strength and confidence and you will be zero. So hard work and dedication are two key factors for you to shine in your life during school or at work.

    The rule which plays a significant role at my school as well as at my workplace is punctuation. In addition to this, it is also known as be on time on the venue or else on the working place. The rule is about to come to the school or college before time because it plays an important role of showing punctuality to others while if you apply this into your life, others will get motivated by yourself and they will also follow this rule to get rid of bad things and bad times. As I remember when I was a child in my school, so all the teachers were before the time, so I also think that I would also love to come before the time because it gives me a gesture of moral values. The rule is to come to the school on time because student will get attracted by you by the teachers or else if you are not available on time to the school, so others other student like young generation would also see that and do follow such thing in future. However, coming on time shows the values of the person or the thing. It is like a well-known sector to everyone, it is important to show because it plays a significant role in our life.
