    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    Punctuality is something that is insisted upon in my office. So we are working hours are from 9 o'clock in the morning to 5.30 pm. And you have a rest period of 15 minutes. So the maximum you can be late to work is till 9.15 am. And you can leave by 5.15. But if this continues, a part of your leave will be deducted. The consequences of coming late is that a half day will be deducted from your leave balance. And to many this is too precious a price to pay. Because most people would want to accumulate their leaves so that they can go on vacations or visit their hometowns. I think it is important in a place of education or work because this gives a sense of responsibility. And creates an equal atmosphere for everybody. I also feel that once such rules are in place, these values are imbibed in us and we use them in our daily life. So you wouldn't want to be late for a meeting or you wouldn't want to be waiting for somebody else if they are running late. If they have an appointment with you. Usually that is just unpleasant and irritating. So I feel this is important at the workplace because a lot of things happen in our flow which is important. And which brings everybody together as one unit.

    One of the most significant rules at a workplace or at a school is to follow a uniform dress code. I personally believe having a particular dress code is very important as it creates a sense of unity among the students and the workers within. There are students coming into school with different societal backgrounds. Some hail from a luxurious lifestyle whereas some are from poverty stricken backgrounds. School gives them the environment to feel equal and I think maintaining that equilibrium is very important. At school and at work, breaking such a rule would create a sense of inequality among the students and among the workers causing a bond between them to tarnish. Hence I believe this to be a very important rule in my mind.

    In my opinion, a rule that is important in school or work is punctuality, because punctuality is a very much important tool to determine a person's life as well as his behavior. When we break the rule punctuality, like when a person is not punctual, it can affect his personal as well as professional life, because in work profession as well as school life, punctuality is very important as the student or the worker should be in time and should be punctual about all his things, so he can become a better human being, moreover that I believe a person who is not punctual can be isolated from the society, because it will be very irritating for others people to survey with a person who is not punctual, as we all know that time is very important for every person, so we should respect that time, that is the thing I believe and I stick to stick on, and from my personal experience, I also have a friend who is not punctual in anything, and for the first time it was ok for me, but as the day by day goes, it was very annoying and I got irritated, and when there is a function or an event, we will rather go alone than calling him or than going with him, because we felt kind of irritated, because

    can so definitely I think the main rule that I think it is very important at school or at an office is discipline because discipline is something that if you learn at an early stage let's say in school that will carry over in your later part of the life and it will help you and if the society as a whole is more disciplined that allows for proper functioning of the society I myself try to be as disciplined as I can be at public places or wherever I go so that I do not create any problem for other people around me one of the example is I try not to break lines for ATM queues and so on and I think everybody should follow the disciplines especially at public places which will make our society work better and we will be kind towards each other and I think it is easier that you teach the discipline in the earlier part in school because once you are an adult now you have your own personalities and you have your own biases so then it becomes a little difficult for you to mold and get disciplined at the later part so I think it's better that you start with it in the school and then they definitely carry it to your offices.

    I think an important rule that our school has practiced over the years is punctuality. That is entering the gates within 8 o'clock. If they enter the gates after 8 o'clock, they are made to stand outside the line, out of the line and not allowed to enter the assembly for attending the morning assembly. They are made to stand under the sun, which can seem a little rude, but I think punctuality should be an integral part of everyone's life. Because school comprises of a community of people and because of our lack of punctuality, it can affect other colleagues as well as students, which is not a very good behavior. So that should not be encouraged and that's the reason why this rule has been followed at our school. I think punctuality is something that has to be inculcated from a very young age because even jobs and other realms of life can demand punctuality. Being on time is very important because time is precious and taking away other people's time for your own pleasure and at someone else's expense is not very nice. So I feel that since time is precious, we should use it effectively and not waste it unwantedly.

    So, first and most important rule of my company is to not leak any data from the company to outsiders because the data which I am working on is very crucial. I can't share it with anyone else. If someone break the rules then they might face the termination issues. They may get fired from the company itself and many of the cases already happened in my company so no one take the risk to leak the data from any of the sources to any of the sources. So I am working into the corporate company. The rule which I am discussing about is about the data privacy as there is very huge number of people registering into the different platforms and they are sharing their personal details with the different platforms. All those data is getting stored into the database and we are the one who plays with that data to get different outputs. So the rule is about the data itself that we can't pass that data to anyone else who is from outside of the company or within the company also but not working on to the same project. It's against the rules. If someone break the rules then they might face the termination issues. They might get fired from the company itself. Sometimes if the data is very crucial at that time police case can be happen and a lot of things are there. So it's better to not share all those details with someone else as there are very high number of chances that with the help of that data the accounts and the different things can be blocked and there is very high chances that all those details can be misused to create some critical issues or to create some bad works or to complain some bad things against those. So it's better to not leak the data and keep it very safely so that no one can face the issues including the customers as well as the workers who are working with me as well.

    To begin with, currently I am in college. So, when I was in school, there was a rule that you have to come in proper uniforms with two braids. Like two braids were necessary for every girl to do. If you don't do that, you will get fined or get out of the class for the whole day. So, I have studied in a Christian school, so they were pretty much strict about the rules and regulations. So, they tend to check every student every morning that they are in proper uniform or on proper time or not. So, it takes a lot of time but they used to do that. So, one day I could not braid my hair. So, I was fined for 250 rupees for not doing that and I was out of the class for the whole day. So, it really triggered me since today because sometimes you are not able to do some things but it is not necessary to punish students like that on daily basis. But we can't do anything in this. We have to manage with whatever it is. Although schools are pretty much strict about the rules and regulations, I have rules and regulations in my college as well. Like in my college, you cannot wear make-up or accessories at all because you have to go to clinical postings. I am a physical therapy student, so I have to go to the clinical postings every day for 4 to 6 pm. So, during clinical postings, you are not supposed to wear any kind of accessory or ornament at all.     An important rule which has to be followed in the workplace or in schools is time management and getting into the campus or getting into the office at the right time and putting the punch or the signature on the sheet is very important by time because time management is something I would really recommend to parents, to teachers, to students, to working employees, everyone because managing time is very important in life. That really is a major aspect of a person and being in a place before the given time at the venue is really important because time management would elevate your progress and would actually make a good impression about you. Also, making a good impression is really important in any place. More importantly, in a workplace, being prior and ready for a meeting, for a presentation, or anything it could be. So, being prior for a meeting is really important and also, I would say that following that rule or a quality, I would say, is really important to be the best person around you because that would make a big difference in your performance and in your character.     A rule which is of utmost importance at my office is punctuality. Many people are of opinion that if you are not punctual you cannot achieve anything great in your life and I second that opinion. Because in order to be on the same page with your colleagues you need to be available at the same time as them because it creates a cohesive environment where everyone starts the day at the same time and ends the day at the same time. Imagine if people are not starting the day at the same time and ending it on the same time. It would create lots of confusion and chaos as to who is available when. And if someone fails to abide by this rule it might result into loss of salary for them which is not a good thing considering everyone is working hard. It doesn't matter if they are not able to log in at the same time or be available. So follow said functionality. It's great as it helps us to keep track of everyone's time and its functionality and follow the rules. Punctuality is a great way if you want to show to your co-workers that you are serious about achieving things.
