When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Well, not exactly a rule that I remember, but it used to be more of a tradition at my workplace where everyone was supposed to reach the coffee room at 11.30 sharp every day. About this tradition, I find it kind of annoying at times because I used to be stuck in work and everyone used to go and I just kept on doing my work. Though we had to pay for it every month, but even after the payment, we couldn't enjoy the perks of the coffee room and it was a very mandatory kind of tradition. So you cannot skip the payment anytime. You have to pay it every month and it used to be annoying, but though the good part was that for your birthdays, the committee used to bring cakes and some small gift items like a pen and a greeting card, which is very sweet. Also the social gathering where we used to meet all our colleagues and professors. So from the social point of view, it was a good thing, but I really never liked the tradition much since it was kind of a forced thing as we were forced to go there every other day and forced to pay. So it was like a rule for us at our workplace, though I didn't like it much.

Hi, the rule is about following the discipline all over the school and discipline is something which all the students as well as the educators have to follow and the importance of this is if they break the rules that is important for everyone to follow the rules, if they break the rules we have to make them realize what is the consequences that we have to face if we break the rules and realization that is very important and we have to make them realize in a proper way not in a harsh way and why it is important this rule is important because this makes a person as a good habit no need to follow only during the time when they need or when they go for any higher level jobs so it is important because this makes a person as a daily routine habit so that is that helps the person to ease in their work as well as in balancing the professional as well as their personal life this rule is really I feel good about this rule because this create a lot of good people those who improve in their professional life because the rule that is discipline is very very very important and that discipline gives them consistency in their work and make them shine in a great person so I feel that discipline that every teachers and the students they have to follow to get a very good result.

A rule which is very important in my school was that of attendance it is compulsory to maintain 75% of attendance throughout the academic year because if anyone breaks that rule then the student will be penalized to not sit in the exams and also the fine is also charged by the school moreover there is a special five marks are added in every subject for the attendance however this does not affect the overall performance but it has some effect in the academic performance of a student. So it's very important to maintain the attendance in my school and students who are not able to meet this requirement have to pay the fine of 500 rupees plus they are not allowed to sit in that particular subject whose attendance is less than 75% and also they didn't get full marks 5 out of 5 and there is a criteria to get 5 out of 5 marks for attendance only when a student has more than 90% of the attendance throughout the academic year for 85-90% attendance there's 4 marks for 80-85% there are 3 marks and below 80% there are 2 marks 75-80% it's 2 marks and below 75% it's 0 or not allowed to sit in the exams.

The Q card asks me to describe a rule that is important in my school. A rule which is very important in our school is the rule of no bullying. Our school has a strict policy of no bullying. Earlier in India, there were many instances of bullying because of which a person got depressed and eventually took a harsh step. There have been some cases in India in colleges where a person took his life because he got so stressed because of bullying that it took a toll on his mind. Based on the recent incidences, our school made a policy of no bullying. If there is any instance of bullying in our school, strict action is taken against the person. In the first case of bullying, the person is given a yellow card and is asked to write an incident form. He is also supposed to write a 150-word essay on the mistake which he made and why he should never commit the mistake again. If the person does another incident of bullying, then the person is rusticated and he is also blacklisted from various schools. I believe that this is a very important rule which is made in our school as it helps the student feel safe in the school. No student should ever be bullied as it takes a toll on their mind.

The most important rule in my school is punctuality. As we all know to reach at a time is must. In the classroom if teacher reaches late then students will create the noise and they spoil the decorum of the school. So according to me punctuality is one of the most vital rule which we have to follow at the office as well at workplace. Moreover punctuality shows the discipline as well. Furthermore if at campus we break the rule then certain penalties are there which we have to impose on the teachers. So this is the most important and the essential thing which we have to follow. In campus if teachers break down this rule then they have to pay some extra fines. And according to my perception this is very important. If teacher will follow the punctuality then definitely it will inculcate this habit among the students. That is the reason why punctuality is the most essential thing in our life. It shows that how we value the time. And there should be punctuality among all the persons who are actually working in the organization. Because discipline is also shows that punctuality is the one of the most important.

I think the most important rule at school or at work is discipline. Discipline is important because it creates a learning mindset which is required in both of these settings. Not just in these settings, actually throughout your life one must be disciplined to learn and inculcate better habits than they are born with. At school, discipline is taught to students and made a rule in terms of uniform, completing homework, attending classes and being respectful to teachers. It's very important to keep them grounded and set their focus on studies because that's what they are at school for. At work, maintaining professionalism and decorum is very important and these two aspects can be inculcated via discipline, preparing reports, attending meetings, meeting clients, talking to people on a big forum, all requires discipline. One must work really hard towards their goal, be it at work or at school or even a regular day in life if they want to achieve something and the true essence of it will be accomplished if a person maintains discipline throughout their life. People who are disciplined have better schedules, they sleep well, they wake up early, they eat on time and all this has

The rule is about the presence in the work. It is a major rule because it is an important project in our company so that everyone should be present and not to be in absence or to any cause. If that emergency occurs, we can take the delay. If we break the rule, the company will change over the other candidate and punish the candidate by terminating them and recruit the other candidate. It is okay for me because if an important project occurs in our company, we should take care of the project which we are intended to cope up with the company as well.

    Band 6-7

The one particular rule that is important at my workplace is that we are not allowed to take personal calls in meeting rooms. For example, a call with my mother or a call with my friend, I feel that this rule is really important because it disturbs other people who are at work. With me personally, it has happened that somebody else was taking a personal phone call and that was a long conversation and they were speaking really loud because that was a personal conversation and they did not understand that their tone was getting a little loud. So I got a little distracted about it. And that's what I feel that maybe when I'm on a personal call, I will disturb others. So it's an important rule. However, if there is an emergency situation, you can excuse yourself and go to either the balcony or the kitchen and take a call up to 15 minutes. And I think the time limit is also important because the work gets disturbed otherwise. For example, if I am in a meeting that goes on for half an hour and I go on for a 15 minutes personal call, everybody's time will be affected.

    Band 6-7

One rule that my school primarily emphasised was on honesty. Honesty, even though isn't a rule particularly, it is a virtue and a value that was extremely dear to my school. Moreover, the school always, always emphasised on honesty between examinations. They emphasised and supported the idea of not cheating and having an honest response for better development of their character and for better grades and encouraging and improving their existing knowledge. However, honesty as a policy or as a rule was implemented in every aspect of our lives aside from the exams and cheating that was already existing. For example, honesty or punctuality came a parcel with it. We were always expected to be prepared and ready on time to reach our school on the designated time. Moreover, it always influenced what kind of choices it led to because a lot of our choices of choosing extracurricular and choosing other extra or fun subjects were dedicated or were based on virtues as such that we followed and so yes, honesty as a virtue, as a rule was extremely important in my school.

    Band 6-7

One of the best role at my workplace I would like to say that is punctuality. I love punctuality because it helps me to improve my learning and also to complete my task on time. Punctuality is important because it gives me more respect from other people. Whenever I am on time for a meeting, whenever I finish my job in the given period of time, I used to feel respected by my managers and my colleagues because they believe me as someone who can trust because I finish my job on time. The second thing is that I feel relaxed. When I don't plan my events from the beginning, the day becomes hectic for me. But when I plan my things ahead and I finish and start my job within a time period, I feel much more relaxed so that my stress can be taken away. So keeping timings for everything gives me motivation and worth it. Secondly I would like to say that although punctuality is not a rule particularly for my organization, I would like to say it's a universal rule. It's a value or it's a principle that helps us to grow our own personality.
