    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    A rule that is important in my work would be the weekly reporting to the supervisor about the work done in the week. If one breaks this rule, it would be affecting their efficiency and keeps the managers dubious about our efficiency. To be specific, this rule is important to keep our supervisor confident as well as track our performance ourselves. Hence I consider this rule is important in my work.

    One important rule in my university is punctuality. All students and faculty members are expected to be on time for classes, meetings and events. This rule is strictly followed at my university where I am pursuing B.P. Honors. Punctuality is emphasized across all aspects of university life. Classes have fixed schedule and students who arrive late may not be allowed to enter. Similarly, assessment and project have strict deadlines and late submission often result in penalties. Even extracurricular activities, club meetings and examinations follow a strict time policy. This rule is important because it instills discipline, responsibility and professionalism in students. Professional role in punctuality is highly valued whether in corporate jobs, entrepreneurship or any other field. It helps in time management, improves productivity and creates a culture of respect for others time. Additionally, adhering to schedule ensures smooth academic operation and reduces unnecessary disruption in lectures.

    I work at a school and we have an online platform called Veracross which is used to track student attendance, provide lesson plans for the week for parents and any resources that are to be updated for the students. Our school has a rule to ensure that the Veracross portal for all classes is updated on a weekly basis. If a teacher fails to update Veracross, we typically hear back from parents who would want to know the progress of the child in the week and we may also get a call from our manager reminding us to update the platform. It is extremely important for the platform to be updated regularly so that students can keep a track of the work that is done at school. In case a student absented themselves on a particular day, it will be very easy for them to go back and take the notes for that particular day. I am quite prompt and regular with updating Veracross because I feel that it also provides me a lot of clarity in the work that I am doing and helps me organize my work very well. Hence, I feel that the rule should be enforced for all the teachers, even the ones who might sometimes not pay much attention to this. It's important the rule is enforced and people are expected to update the platform regularly. I feel digital technology is such a boon in these cases where parents, students and teachers get a common platform where they can access the resources and ensure that their child is learning well.

    The most important rule we have at our work is the punctuality. If you are not punctual, you will not be regarded. And I think that punctuality, you should develop punctuality in your daily life to get success in life, to get success in your work. And punctuality is a good habit, I think. And I really think this is a good rule and it should be applied everywhere, not just in school or at work. It should be applied everywhere, all around the world. Because I know many lazy people who don't wake up on time and they get late from work and ultimately their salary got deducted and as a result they go depressed. So if you are not punctual, it will give you more depression. So to avoid this depression, you should reach on time, you should do everything on time.     Well, the rule that is important in my school or at work is, I need to be disciplined and punctual. This is the most important rule that must be followed. If it is not followed, I consider that individual is unfit to do that work and as well as lead a better life. If they do not follow, then the work whatever they do will not accomplish them what they need. It's an international institute for digital marketing. It's located in Andheri, so nearby. Moreover, the rule which I talked about is not a hard press rule. It's more of a directive policy as in it is recommended for people to go ahead and believe in it and practice it. It is very important because it gives people something to believe in. It creates a sense of camaraderie and it makes people believe that if they are stuck, there are people who are looking out for them and they can always reach out and ask for help. Moreover, in this fast-paced world, we usually feel lonely. So creating a sense of togetherness in the workplace, I believe, creates a sense of just being there for someone, which is very important. And how I feel about it, I am very glad about this rule. Initially, I wasn't so sure about my workplace. However, the support that I have received from everyone, including my interns, as well as my manager, as well as my super boss, as in the CEO of the company, makes me feel less alone. It makes me realize, moreover, that I can depend on anyone.

People have to have at least 75% of attendance in their total academic year. Otherwise, they will not get promoted. In many cases, due to attendance, they get demoted too, like in school.
