When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Maintaining at least 75% of attendance is an important rule in our university. However, if a person fails to maintain the attendance, they are not allowed to sit in the examination. I believe this kind of rules are important. It helps the student to follow the coursework properly. It helps them to engage with their classmates and in the discussions. It helps them to create a bond with their professors. In case they have missed, they have not been able to come regularly to the university, they are supposed to fill a condemnation form and they will be allowed to ask the higher authorities to let them write in the examination.

    Band 7

A rule that is important in my work would be the weekly reporting to the supervisor about the work done in the week. If one breaks this rule, it would be affecting their efficiency and keeps the managers dubious about our efficiency. To be specific, this rule is important to keep our supervisor confident as well as track our performance ourselves. Hence I consider this rule is important in my work.

    Band 7

One important rule in my university is punctuality. All students and faculty members are expected to be on time for classes, meetings and events. This rule is strictly followed at my university where I am pursuing B.P. Honors. Punctuality is emphasized across all aspects of university life. Classes have fixed schedule and students who arrive late may not be allowed to enter. Similarly, assessment and project have strict deadlines and late submission often result in penalties. Even extracurricular activities, club meetings and examinations follow a strict time policy. This rule is important because it instills discipline, responsibility and professionalism in students. Professional role in punctuality is highly valued whether in corporate jobs, entrepreneurship or any other field. It helps in time management, improves productivity and creates a culture of respect for others time. Additionally, adhering to schedule ensures smooth academic operation and reduces unnecessary disruption in lectures.

I work at a school and we have an online platform called Veracross which is used to track student attendance, provide lesson plans for the week for parents and any resources that are to be updated for the students. Our school has a rule to ensure that the Veracross portal for all classes is updated on a weekly basis. If a teacher fails to update Veracross, we typically hear back from parents who would want to know the progress of the child in the week and we may also get a call from our manager reminding us to update the platform. It is extremely important for the platform to be updated regularly so that students can keep a track of the work that is done at school. In case a student absented themselves on a particular day, it will be very easy for them to go back and take the notes for that particular day. I am quite prompt and regular with updating Veracross because I feel that it also provides me a lot of clarity in the work that I am doing and helps me organize my work very well. Hence, I feel that the rule should be enforced for all the teachers, even the ones who might sometimes not pay much attention to this. It's important the rule is enforced and people are expected to update the platform regularly. I feel digital technology is such a boon in these cases where parents, students and teachers get a common platform where they can access the resources and ensure that their child is learning well.

A rule that I think is important in my school is that wearing ID cards is compulsory and if you don't wear one then you are not permitted to enter inside the actual school building. The school I go to has a very large premises which also includes three canteens and various grounds which is why all people are allowed to enter in the premises as the canteens also serve as restaurants. So to identify between students and other people I think it is a very important rule and it's necessary. The cricket ground in our school is also used to conduct city level matches so again a lot of public crowd comes inside our premises. Our school also has a small pond or lake which is also a public visiting site.

One rule that I consider very important at my school is the strict attendance policy, which requires students to attend a certain percentage of the classes in order to be eligible for exams. Although some might find it restrictive, I think it plays a crucial role in maintaining discipline and ensuring that students stay engaged with their studies. By enforcing this rule, the school encourages consistency and accountability, which ultimately helps the student develop good work and time management skills. Personally, I have benefited from this rule because it motivates me to attend classes regularly and actively participate in the discussions. Moreover, it creates a structured learning environment where everyone is on the same page, allowing teachers to maintain quality and continuity in teaching. Overall, while it may seem strict, but I believe this rule is essential for fostering responsibility and academic success. Moreover, I believe by enforcing this particular rule, I appreciate that this rule helps create a professional and disciplined atmosphere, which benefits both students and teachers. I have realized that respecting deadlines not only improves my productivity, but also strengthens the trust between the colleagues. Following this rule promotes accountability and professional reliability, which is highly valued in the corporate environment as well. At work, one crucial rule is strictly adhering to deadlines for the

As a grown-up student like me, school was making for memories, fun, but one thing I must appreciate from school that it make my discipline more better because the very important rule that our school has that we must wearing a proper dress, proper school tie and we have a timetable that block our time to a limited time for study and play. This shows work-life balances which help us vary in every field that discipline needs consistency. Discipline builds consistency, it builds persistence, it builds the motivation that we found for doing a work. To do a work more properly, more effectively and to get a best output, we have to maintain a discipline that I must think that school has work on it very properly. The discipline of uniforms, the nails should be in their right positions, the line should be very straight, we might heard of thinking this as a burden when we were in school but now it is a very important task to align everything, compiling everything.

    Band 6-7

The rule that is important at my work is to maintain an attendance of 90% or above. It's the most important rule I would say. This is the rule is important because it helps us maintain a discipline throughout the work. If someone is not able to follow that rule then he or she is punished with absenteeism at their work. I personally feel it helps us create a discipline in our personal lifestyle as well. It is important to be disciplined towards our work or any part of our life. If we would have to do something then we would have to do repeatedly. So attendance is something wherein we have to visit our work repeatedly. It cannot be we are going to office in one day but we are taking a leave on the very next day without informing our manager. So this rule is an important rule I would say and it helps us maintain a good working environment. If someone is not being in office then the work of that person would have to be done by the other colleagues or person. So with this rule it maintains an attendance of 90% and above. It actually helps the organization as well by maintaining a good profit so that the workers who are aligned are being actively working and are not taking leaves here and there. So in my opinion this is a very good rule.

    Band 6-7

The rule we have in our workplace is about the work we have assigned, we have to submit on a specific timeline it has given to us. This is because the work assigned to us is given according to, calculated perfectly according to time and the requirement and how much time it will take to be done. I think this is a good rule because we can track the effectiveness and overall good of the thing and in my opinion it is a good way we can be disciplined and overall it will be beneficial to us to be in a proper way and if someone break this rule there is a policy he has to stay work after hours and complete the deadline because it is necessary for everyone from manager to the lower person everyone has to follow this.

    Band 6-7

Certainly, school plays a very vital role in everyone's life and people can learn different kinds of ethical values and civic sense from school, as well as how to be in a discipline in whole life people learn from schools. There are plenty of rules in school which are very essential for students. Here I would like to describe about one of them is none other than wearing uniform. Wearing uniform is also very crucial part of school life and it also enhance your personality and it is very important rule because it identify the name of and configuration of school in which school students are enrolled. Apart from this, to wear a uniform is very important because it helps to be in discipline and when people wear uniform on daily basis, they become a good person and become a gentleman. Apart from this, whenever one of student do not wear a uniform, teacher punish them in morning assembly and some of schools impose a fine about 50 to 100 rupees on their student if they missing some part of their uniform such as tie, belt or socks. All in all, this rule is very good because it learn them different kinds of values.
