When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Certainly, school plays a very vital role in everyone's life and people can learn different kinds of ethical values and civic sense from school, as well as how to be in a discipline in whole life people learn from schools. There are plenty of rules in school which are very essential for students. Here I would like to describe about one of them is none other than wearing uniform. Wearing uniform is also very crucial part of school life and it also enhance your personality and it is very important rule because it identify the name of and configuration of school in which school students are enrolled. Apart from this, to wear a uniform is very important because it helps to be in discipline and when people wear uniform on daily basis, they become a good person and become a gentleman. Apart from this, whenever one of student do not wear a uniform, teacher punish them in morning assembly and some of schools impose a fine about 50 to 100 rupees on their student if they missing some part of their uniform such as tie, belt or socks. All in all, this rule is very good because it learn them different kinds of values.

I work as a bank manager in Union Bank of India and I have n number of rules in my bank to follow. The one rule which is to be followed on daily basis is the honesty and integrity in bank which is the far most and the very most important thing which is to be followed. The rules made for the bankers like the honesty and integrity is working for the betterment of the society because the money which is deposited in bank is not the employees, it is of the people and it is to be safeguarded by the bank employees. What happens if we break this rule is that we will be, it is a punishable offence and we will be penalised and even there will be a legal action taken against us and it is important because people with a lot of trust and on the basis of security are depositing their hard earned money in the banks which is to be safeguarded by the bank employees and if it is not taken care of then nobody will ever deposit the amount in the bank and there will be no salaries drawn by the bank employees henceforth. I really feel that honesty and integrity is the top most thing that is to be followed by all the bank employees and it should be followed in their day to day lives as well because that will in turn reflect in their professional life.

So, wherever we learn in school and at work, at workplace, we should have to maintain the consistency in our work or tasks. Because of consistency, we seem like, what we can say, we seem like a good or perfectionist It will help us to become more better than this field or task. So, I think, or according to Dimi, consistency is most important thing to unlock the success. So, with the help of consistency, we would appreciate our personal growth and also professional growth. It is helpful to us to making the quite charm or professional personality of our own.

    Band 6-7

The rule that is vital in my school is punctuality. I believe every student needs to follow this as it will not only make them a better person in the real world but also it will help them to develop the moral values inside them to perform any type of work which they will choose ahead in their journey. One of my teacher, Mr. Bhagwat Sinha, who teaches us personality development, so whenever he comes in the class during his lecture, he initially talks about this value and along with that other moral values such as respecting each other, how to keep ourselves calm during the terrified situation. I think this rule will prove to be beneficial in today's generation either in school or in office as it will allow an individual to process their daily task with a lot of discipline in their real life.

The rule that is present in the school is that students can't bring their mobile phones without permission and also the permission has to be taken from the coordinator but not from the class teacher. I feel that this rule is not so relevant because I think most of the children have reason to bring their phone and then they can showcase it. However, sometimes teacher don't allow them to bring their phone in their emergency too. And if someone tries to break the rule, they are punished severely. They aren't allowed to go home for two days and they are made to study day and night. It also break me from inside because this all not only causes emotional torture but it also causes mental and also physical torture because they have to stay in school for so many hours and also some moreover they are also made to work in school, they are made to do and clean all the stuffs that is in the classroom. It melts my heart for the little children there. Lastly, I want to say that I just don't want this rule in my school and instead the rule can be like that you can bring your phone but your teacher should be informed and there is no permission needed for it and you can submit your phone to the teacher and no one will say anything because there are so many students that go through emergency and you may not know what will happen to them if their phone is not with them. However, there is also one more advantage that they can't use their phone in class and they can't take any unwanted video of what is happening in school. And lastly, that's all I want to say and thank you.

I think the rule that is important at work is to complete your work that is assigned to you. I think if people break this rule then there would be piling up of work which would be hectic for you the next day. So this is important that people are supposed to finish their work assigned to them even though they are doing it for like late hours or extending or like doing overtime it's still essential to complete the work on time so that it won't be hectic for them or others. So I think this works the best for me because you don't have to listen to others or you're just self-sufficient.

The major rule is about discrimination. Students should learn not to discriminate a student or other people with their appearance, like dressing sense. Moreover, students also either discriminate with caste or religion. So, these kind of rules should be taught to students respectively. The student life is the basic place where we would learn many things and adapt in our daily life. And also, if students break the rule, they should get suspended from the school. This is usually happening nowadays. Let me share an experience. In Mandia city, located near Mysore, there was an event going on like Ganesha festival. So, the Muslim people came and threw a stone on Ganesha. Finally, the Hindu people also went beside them to fight each other.

Well, as of now I am not going to any kind of work or for study purposes I am not attending any classes because as of now I am planning to go to abroad so, but recently as I, describe whatever is important in your school or at work. As of now I am not in school and I don't do any kind of work because I am still 18 and my father is the one who takes all of my responsibility and but back then when I was a child and when I was in school there was this one rule in our school which was a very strict rule and I think it was to be more punctual and it was a great rule because I think it had a great impact on our lives and it really helps us to be disciplined and there were many fines imposed by our school if we were not punctual or if we were late to school or if we had long hairs so it was definitely for some students it was definitely a burden to deal with but for me it was a really great thing and I enjoyed it because I think it really helped me a lot later and I am grateful to my school because of that and I also think it can be more beneficial if students try to look at it in a positive way rather than thinking that these are just burdens because many students think that rules are just burdens but it's not like that rules are there to protect us from our own bad things or having a negative impact on our lives so yeah there was this one rule which I really loved and it was to be punctual at school and not being late and cutting your nails, cutting your nails weekly, cutting your hairs monthly so yeah the rule was to be punctual and I loved it

So I think respecting others at work is one of the most important rules that everyone must follow. Respect brings a kind of empathy which traces the fluency of work very smoothly. If somebody breaks that rule then there might be a lot of problems. Like people will not engage in proper discussions. They will constantly debate with each other. Moreover, they will not listen to important decisions that might have a good solution. It is also very important that we value this rule because as human beings everybody needs to be respected and listened to. Only respect can give an impetus to listening and listening with an open mindedness can also help us with inviting ideas that might be fruitful for the success of or for the completion of a goal. Furthermore, it should be personally addressed that without respect as human beings we cannot exist in an environment. To coexist peacefully we need to respect others.

The important rule in our school is to have an ID card in every situation. If any person fails to follow this rule, they would have an implementation of fine, which starts from 100 rupees and reaches up to 500 per each time. Though it might look silly, but wearing an ID card indicates various factors like discipline. It instills a discipline in everyone's mind. Some people try to neglect this and may face consequences, which we can observe in many situations. Using ID card as an example, I would also like to explain about discipline, which is instilled in us. Without forgetting ID card, we use it to leave our homes daily, for checking multiple times, because no one wants a fine on them. The whole situation arises when seniors got into a fight and our faculty couldn't identify whether they belong to our school or not. They instilled this rule and since then it has been followed strictly. While my stance is neutral, because not every time you wear an awesome ID card is necessary, but they still pressure us to wear it all the times. A wearing ID card in school premises is highly encouraged, because we can identify whether he is a student or not. And if anything occurs, which might lead us to conclusion who has done it or what can be done to solve it. Hence, this rule would be very useful. Even till date, I can see my juniors following. I really appreciate it.
