When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Some important things There is a rule called daily lectures. This rule tells us about that we should have to attend the lectures on daily basis. If one should break the rule, if one will break the rule, there is no fine for that but it may face a personal loss. These rules build consistency and showing interest towards things on the daily basis which makes us capable for doing things consistently. I think this rule is really great which increase my attendance also. And I think everyone should follow this kind of rules in our school.

    Band 6-7

The rule which I want to talk about that is discipline. Discipline is must in every profession, in teaching, in workplace, in education and it is mandatory for the life. I can speak about the discipline that it is an important rule which is superior than the other rules. If discipline is missed, everything is missed. So I believe discipline is on the basis of superiority, major rule, when the discipline is break down, everything gets disturbed and which feels the work making hush-posh, hustle-bustle like no discipline, no education, no respect. Therefore discipline is the basic and mandatory thing that which is important to the student life. I can also added that if anyone breaks the rule of discipline, I think it will finish them in later in their lives. So discipline is mandatory for the basic stages of the life at the school time. So it is important for the teaching purpose, if we should break this rule, everything get disturbed.

    Band 6-7

Well, rule is the main basic step for any organization and there are lot of rules that are mandatory to follow to run smoothly a business but I talk about a one rule from all these regulations. The one rule is coordination. I like this rule because when we have a coordination in the work, all the workers can easily interact with each other. In fact, the worker can easily interact with their supervisors. Coordination play a crucial role in every workplace because without coordination, we cannot do a work very smoothly or perfectly. Apart from that, I can say that the coordination is very important and I also feel very pleasant about the rule of coordination.

I am going to describe an essential rule at work. According to me, the essential or the important rule at work is to be disciplined. Many of the people are not disciplined at their work. They do not do their homework and they interrupt another work. I think this is the most important rule that if they did not do, then if they don't do, another person can do their work very effectively and get the result what they want to achieve. I think it's the best.

As I mentioned already, I work as a back-end in a corporate environment, so we have a very strict rules to be followed for that. I'll share two to three with you to get the overview. First rule that we have is punctuality. Our office starts at 10, so we all employees are requested to be there by 9.55 at the office and if we have genuine issues or something, we can talk to our managers or HR for that. And if we don't follow this, then there definitely going to be consequences that they raise that point at the time of appraisal and they might cut our half day salary if we reach office around 11. And second is dress code, we need to dress formally in the work environment, that is also shows professionalism in the work environment, work culture and the punctuality time, it shows and respects everybody's work flow balance, because if we are punctual at our work, that doesn't disrespect anybody's time and our work starts at 10 means that is 10. Everybody knows about it, so they plan their day, they plan their meetings according to that based on the timing that increases our productivity and professionalism in the environment. These two rules are very strict, which we need to follow, if we somehow break it, we face the circumstances according to that at the time of appraisal and at the time of growth.

    Band 6-7

Well, now I am a working professional, moreover I am working under a chartered accountant as well as there I am intern and working as a senior auditor in his firm. And if I talk about a rule that create discipline in our daily routines at work is that we have to come to our job for the maximum 9 o'clock, however breaking of the rule result in the salary deduction, I clearly remember my latest experience, I got a little bit late on a certain day and our senior deduct half of my day's salary and as we all know rules are made to aware the people about his daily routines to make the people follow discipline, moreover I personally don't like these rules reason being an individual has sometime a work at their home, but because of these rules and regulations you are not willing to do your work at home, so overall some rules should be changed, some time should be given to the people to adjust themselves according to their jobs and everyone should be equally

Okay, so I work in a pharmaceutical company and it has various kinds of rules. Firstly, the lab needs to be clean, the apparatus needs to be in place, we need to wear proper lab coat, we need to maintain a log book. According to me, all these rules are important as it helps to maintain a discipline among the people, it also works as a safety measure for the people, like if people they are exposed to any kind of chemicals, the lab coat or the safety gears ensure that person is well protected. So according to me, I think that these rules they are in the best interest of people, they are important and I think all the people need to follow these rules and ensure that safety matters, safety are prioritized. If these rules are not followed, it is loss of people only, the reason is that if we do not use a proper apparatus while pipetting out an exclusive chemicals like HCL, so if the apparatus is not proper, then the chemical may vaporize or it may, what we can say, go out, so yeah.

Currently, I am a student and I do study at Ram Narayana Vrindavan College, which is situated in Matunga. Talking about the rules, every educational institution should have their own rules. In my college, there is a rule about dress code that for girls, one should not wear crop tops or very short dresses like miniskirts or shorts. The guys cannot wear sleeveless T-shirts or tank tops. I think it is very important to maintain the dignity and every student must follow these rules to create the educational environment. Here, the student starts making the mind that the girl dressed like this is superior to me or she is superior to me. Most of the students get inferiority complex because of these dressing sense. Whenever someone breaks this rule, that student is not allowed to enter the college. Once for example, one of my friend has worn ripped jeans which is not allowed in our college. So, the guard at the entrance has asked her to change the jeans and come. She was not allowed to enter the college due to the fact that she has broken the rule.

If I could recall correctly there is a one very strict rule in my school that I remember. I have studied in two different schools from kindergarten to class 10th in one school and the other one is just for two years for class 11th and 12th and both of those schools follow that similar kind of rule which is no fighting in the campus, around the campus and in the area around the campus. So basically we Indians like I said young peoples are very rage-baited they got angry on little things and just put up a fight with anyone and in my opinion I've seen many brutal fights between the school students so this kind of rule needs to be applied on everyone. Every school should follow that rule and in my second school which is the public school government one they follow the rule very strictly because in India public schools are very versatile to do fighting so if anyone caught fighting anywhere around the campus they'll immediately got fired from the school. Our principal is so strict in this matter and he always give a speech at the morning and he always include that word not fighting, to not disrespect anyone and do not fight with anyone. So I think yeah that's the rule that I've seen in many schools and it is a very good one to keep the children's in control.
