When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

There is one of the rules that is important at work since I am a practicing doctor, we have to reach on time every day for our morning rounds. Rounds are basically a team meeting where we visit all the patients and discuss about their diagnosis, their further treatment as well as how they are feeling after admission to this world. Yes, I really feel this is an important rule because it imbibes discipline into the minds of all our fellow doctors. It is also essential for appropriate patient care. Now what happens is if any of us do not reach on time, we might be issued warnings in the beginning which can further or furthermore followed by memorandums if we are delaying attendance chronically.

In schools it is common to have rules. In my school during my younger age we had certain rules that every student was forced to obey. Like we had a rule that we should wear complete uniform every day to school and in Wednesdays we had a separate uniform. Anyone who fails to come in complete uniform will be punished with a fine of rupees hundred. Even if a tie or a socks is missing our principal insist us to pay the fine. Actually these rules are quite are quite good for the younger ones to have a rhythmic or have a habit of

Okay, I would like to talk about a very important rule that should be assessed in our school. That is restriction of violence. So many schools have become a puppet place for children or a playground for children. That is not very quite interesting. The restriction of violence is very important for schools. That people, the children are coming with their mobile phones in their bags and using the classrooms. And school is a place where children want to study and explore new things and not using the phone. And they can use the phone after the school but not in the school time. So while entering the school, the children want to be in security purpose. And the security want to check if the children are not taking the mobile phone with them. And if there is any mobile phone that should be handed to the security and keep them safe. It is very important to bring this rule because the children are much aware to bring mobile phone in classrooms. And they will not use it. This is a very crucial situation for our school. Because a mobile phone is becoming a dangerous thing in our life. Because the children are addicted to mobile phones. So according to me it is very important to establish this rule.

The rule which I will be talking about is implemented in my workplace, it's the rule of being on time everyday, on specific working hours, so it's really a strict rule imposed in the office, where you need to reach the office by 9, you need to take your breaks on time and you need to leave your office also on time, so it's a very serious rule in my company and you have to obey it no matter what, for example and if you are not able to manage your time properly and follow the rule, they give us penalties or cuts in pay check, for example one of my friend, the latest time he could arrive in the morning to the office would be 9 o'clock, but he often used to reach office at timings like 1, 9 or 1, sorry 9,1 or 9,2 and we had a talk about this also, but he said he does not consider this as a major problem or a big deal, because it's just a matter of 1 or 2 minutes, so he would let it slip, but as the pay date arrived, we came to know that they had cut his salary for the days he was late and he was only given half the salary which he was supposed to get, so this really pissed him off, but at the same time the company said that they were really strict about us and this was already communicated by their end, I do feel this is a little strict, but it does help the employees in many ways, like it teaches us to be punctual and it also teaches us values about self-management and time management.

I think the most important rule that is common in school and in real life is the discipline. Whenever someone breaks the discipline, teachers generally give them punishment to break the discipline of the classroom. And second rule is maintaining peace. It is very much important as well because maintaining peace helps people to study better and to have a quality life better. Thank you.

An important rule at my workplace is that when someone message you on the messaging platform that we use, it's called Slack, you have to reply to them in a short amount of time, let's say 5 or 10 minutes. If you do not reply to them in that amount of time, it is thought that you are not online and you are not actively working. As our organization is in remote setup, this is an important rule to set up accountability and ensuring that people are actually working from their homes and are not just logged into the system and doing other work. I believe that the rule is important and very significant because in these new age startups which allow work from home, what has been seen is that a lot of people are doing moonlighting, that is they are taking other work from their job. So I believe that the rule is important but at the same time I believe that consideration should be given to various conditions. Sometimes the internet is slow or sometimes you get a kind of emergency where you forget to mention that you are going to be offline for some time. So while the rule is important, taking into account the various scenarios or various things that could happen is also important. Also I believe that if employers are more responsible for their duties, if they are going offline or if they are going to do any other chore and they inform prior that I am not going to be able to answer, we would have a better workplace where everybody trusts everybody.

The one rule that is quite important at my college is the attendance policy if a student would have an attendance of less than 75% then most likely they are going to get debarred which is a very big thing because what happens in this situation is that you end up getting a year drop and it ends up affecting your studies and everything. Nextly I also think that having this rule encourages students to attend all of the lectures because they end up spending time in college, they end up bonding well with the teachers, they end up bonding well with the students, their friends, they end up growing their network. It gives you that experience of college life that you wouldn't have had otherwise if the attendance was not strict because people end up taking lectures lightly, they do not show up to college so there are multiple advantages that are there and along with that it can also be problematic at times because there are times when you're working on your own startup, when you're working on your own idea and then because of the strict attendance policy you cannot give time to it, you cannot give the time that you want to give to it so that is there.

I am studying UI UX and in that course there is a rule of submitting your assignment on time. The rule contains that every time there will be an assignment for each session and you have to submit your assignment before the next session. If you delay the assignment for submitting your points will be deducted and you will be then graded accordingly. This rule is important so that the students maintain the consistency and decorum to do their work on time and also to learn and know and understand the importance of time management. Certain assignments are to be completed within few hours and if we don't submit it on time there will be a delay and we will make a habit of delaying our work. For me personally I think this rule of assignment doing it on time is important so that we also remain in decorum and consistency.

A rule that is very crucial in school is definitely discipline. Discipline brings everything in order to maintain a right direction. In school you have to be punctual. There are various rules you have to follow in school such as punctuality. You have to be at school before assembly starts. You should maintain discipline while behaving with teachers and your class fellows and actually with everyone. Apart from that, discipline brings in your confidence, it develops your skills, ability to talk with people and in the past if you see people who are now great scholars or at some great places who are very disciplined in their life, disciplinary in everything makes you a better person, it helps you to grow in life and you may avoid negative things such as lack of confidence and rejections from

First of all, in my school, there are strict rules to attend the class on time, secondly, the student should wear a proper uniform, thirdly, the student should get done their homework or an assignment, additionally, this is important to the student so that they will learn many things from themselves, moreover, these rules are very strictly followed, if you break the rules, you will be expelled from the school or you might end up getting parent's call, finally, if you want to study to a certain school, you should always obey the school regulations so that you respect the school and your education, and finally, this is very important, you should be a disciplined student, and greeting is also one of the very important rules in school and offices.
