Goodwill, which refers to trust and reputaion of a business, it is one of the most valueable asset. While some aruge that it is hard to achieve and takes a lot of time to develop, however once acquired it advantages can last for decades. I agree with this statement, because it take lot of hard work and consistent performane to get the trust of people and once it is achived a company can enjoy long term loyalty from customers. To begin with, the main reason that goodwill is hard to gain is that it depends on the consistent performane, integrity and customer satisfaction over a long perdio of time. Unlike material assets which are can be acquired by money, goodwill can not be bought. for example, Toyata and Apple are industry leaders is because not just of their invoative products, but because customers can easily rely on these companies quality od products and services. A single mistake can harm their reputation. Such as any safety issues in cars or issues with the phone. Also, the ethical pratices comes into major role in gaining goodwill from the customers. This show how fragile and difficult goodwill is to build. Furthermore, once the goodwill is achieved a company can have numerous merits. Because the companies have gained trust from the customer. So they will enjoy long term customer loyalty and they can rely on them in time of crisis. Such as Coca Cola, which is one of the customers favorite for decades even though there are so many competitors in market. Similarly, Tata group in India countinues to thrive because of the good will they earned in a century. This demonstrates, how goodwill does not fade away that easily after it is achieved. In conclusion, it can be said that goodwill is one of the valuavle asset to evry company. Even though it challenging and needs a lot od dedication to get it, However once acquired it benefits last for a long time.

Some people say assets like goodwill is an icredible property that require more years to develop, but once it is establihed , its benefits can last for years and further generations. I completely agree with the statement, because very few people can acquire this trait of nature. Country like Japan maintaining a good friendship with a basement of goodwill with India. As well as businesses also run through that good standing from the opposite entity. Although there are benifits, some draw backs also there. On the one hand, good standards are always difficult to attain,once it attained the advantages are lasts for years, because India established Japan's trust after the second world war by helping them in supply of raw material from india for their development. Therefore they are doing business with India till today, because of the trust. For instance, India helped in the manner of supplying iron raw material to japan after the world war 2, since then japan gave infrastructure aid to India that helped in costruction of highways, water reserviors, and railways. Other than that, still it is doing three trillion dollor business, as it has trust on India. Along with that Japan declared 0% tariff trade in future. On the other hand, nowadays gaining trust is very difficult, even after gaining how it has to maintain is more difficult task. People are trusting banks for their money saving, but bankrupts are more common, because of some business issues. in that case how a person can trust another person. For example, business mans are comitting financial fraud in the banks and leaving their own nation and settling in other nations. In conclusion, I strongly agree that goodwill can not be obtain easily, if it is attained the future generations also will get benefited out of it like, financial aid from other countries to our own nation when is it at stake, as well as establishing a good chain of business to the present generation like tax free trade. Following rules to secure the trust along with the gaining goodwill is more important.

Traditionally, it is believed that Goodwill is an intangible asset which is difficult to acquire and takes years to develop, but once acquired its benefits can last for years and generations . But some believe that goodwill once attained, if precautions are not taken could cause more damage than at the time when goodwill has not been developed. Firstly, it takes years to build goodwill which is an intangible asset, but once attained and if maintained properly by taking proper precautions, it's benefits could last for years and generations . This is the primary reason why many private organizations maintain their own teams for brand building .It is evident from the reports published in The Economic Times that most MNC's maintain their own teams for brand building. For instance, companies like Samsung and panasonic earn most of their revenue through the sales in the routine and traditional products which are sold by most of their competitors as well. However, people prefer the products offered by these companies because of the goodwill of these organizations. Next, It takes years to build goodwill and once developed the attained party should work hard maintaining the goodwill else it would cause more damage than before . Many banks and finance institutions devloped goodwill and some fraud takes place, these organizations have undergone severe loss and could never recover . Many a times top brands which offer products and services, if a small issue is identified that leads to damage in the goodwill spend huge sums of money that the image is not ruined . Next , it takes years to build goodwill and once developed, the attained party should work hard to maintain the goodwill, else it causes more damage than before . For example, many banks and finance institutions have incured severe losses and were never able to recover when a goodwill damaging event has occured like a fraud or a scam. This is the reason why many a times, reputed organizations spend huge sums of money in replacing the products and services which were damaged due to unknown reasons that there is no damage to the goodwill . In conclusion, goodwill is one intangible asset which takes years to develop and most of the benefits earned happens due to goodwill . However, if not properly maintained could cause huge damage to the organizations which worked hard in the development of the goodwill .

According to many Hindu scriptures, it is said that it is easy for one to get attracted to bad things and that it is difficult to develop good habits. Goodwill is one such habit which is essential in one's life but difficult to develop. It cannot be measured and it takes years of patience and effort for one to incorporate it in their life. However, once acquired it's benefits are seen for years together. I strongly agree in this statement based on my experiences in life. Firstly, I fondly remember stories from my mother, of her grandmother and her kindness. My mother's grandmother belonged to a wealthy noble family. They had several acres of land in Nellore, a village in India. Yet, she was polite and wished well for all. She would help people in case of any financial problems. As a result, the people in the village respected her. One time, my mother's grandfather fell seriously ill. The entire village came together and helped her during this difficult time. By the grace of almighty, he recovered. She narrated this incident to my mother and explaind her the importance of goodwill and how it helped her in that tough time. She also told her that it takes time for one to develop but it helps at the right time. Additionally, my mom also tells that her grandmother was indirectly responsible for her first job. She tell that her grandmother had helped a person for his education. Thirty years down the line, the same person was the head of a big company. He offered a job to my mother based on her qualification. He also mentioned to my mother that he was thankful for her grandmother as she had helped him then. The goodwill of my mother's grandmother helped her husband and my mother in different times. Hence, I believe that is an essential part of one's life. Though it cannot be measured and is difficult to develop, its benefits are enormous and seen for a long time.

To begin with, It is true that Goodwill is something which cannot be felt by a person and takes huge interval of time to gain it. Once its yours, it will be with you and your family for couple of generations. Goodwill is the amount of trust you obtained by a specfic person or a company. This is something which people can't buy. It is obtained by your good deeds and loyality of one. For instincts, There was a guy who aims for surpanch in their village. He is known for his generous and kind heart. Even he is the one who is in need, He never backsoff helping people. This continued for couple of Decades. One day, all citizens of that village decided to make that guy surpanch ( Head of the village ). His kindness was never dropped dead, even with that power he did his best for the village and developed it into an area which is not completly urban. After he passed away, for his service not only people but government decided to build a statue and it passed to this generation. All people in village still respects his grand children and stood with them till now. Here he gained trust of the villagers and decided to stick with him even after his death. Not only people but also companies gain goodwill, where whole business is done with this. People believed in The Google, they never doubted it. It took years for mankind to trust Google.Therefore, It was gained by them not bought. It is always on the actions you do. With selfish intensions, you can not have goodwill of any.

Goodwill is an important treasure that is hard to inherit and it takes ages to develop however, once inherited, it can benefit several generations for ages. I totally agree with this statement. Nowadays, people are always busy in their lives and hardly get time for gestures that can make someone's day. Goodwill gestures are becoming rare in the society however, once a person starts practicing this and starts giving something back to the society, it gives a sense of achievement. Once a person feels this sense of achievement, he/she may get curious to do it again because it releases happy hormones. It's difficult to find time to do goodwill however, it can be planned well. A person should take out at least a day in two weeks for some volunteer activities that may not require any funds for example teaching someone who cannot afford to pay for education. It's a goodwill gesture that can go places as through education a person can spread awareness in the entire society. Apart from that people can volunteer for other social activities like cleaning the rivers, beaches etc. This act of kindness will not only help the humans but also the other living beings in the animal kingdom. In conclusion, it's understandable that goodwill is a treasure that is difficult to acquire however, by managing time and efforts, a person can achieve it. Once achieved, a person can give value add to the entire society. They only need a little push to begin and then the path is much easier.

I strongly agree that a good reputation is an unmeasurable asset which is not easy to acquire and can have its long lasting benefits in future once acheived as it creates its own space in the market . Many companies today are into the market place race to reach to the top . This has resulted into a healthy competition among the companies for acquiring more profit and revenue . However , this can be acheived if the companies sell their product with the claimed design and features to the general population to acheive a good reputation in the market . Good reputation not only includes to selling the products as claimed by them but also includes providing best services and maintaining their manufacturing standards . Furthermore , this will have an impact on the companies revenue which ultimately will result into impacting countries economy . However , building a strong position in the market place is not easy as it requires strong business strategies along with a courage to take a risk to setup the business . For example , Tata Group of companies have created their place in the market against their rivalry companies like Reliance group by providing the better quality of products within the same price range as compared to Reliance group . On the other hand , Goodwill can sometimes result into declining economy of a country . Once a good reputation is build , it is very difficult to sustain that position for a long run and this can result into inflation problem to manage to maintain the position . Thus , thereby resulting into decrease in economy of the country along with bankruptcy problem from the company . For example , many international companies which were famous for their products have fallen into a hole of bankruptcy during lockdown in India resulting into decline in economy of country . Thus , according to my opinion , I believe that goodwill is an invaluable asset which if acquired can result into the betterment of country by increasing their economy .

Developing a attribute like goodwill is difficult to gain and it takes long time to develop. But once acquired its benefit namely a good testimony in the society can last for years. It is said that a good name is to be choosen than great riches, which is actually ture because every individual needs a good name in society to live peacufully. For instance, consider the like of DR. B.R. Ambedkar, who belongs to a backward community and has faced much embarssment and hardship. Through hardwork and goodwill, he excelled in studies and has helped many people of his community. People still remember him for all the work he has done. Acquiring a character like goodwill is hard to achieve and it consumes large amount of time but it is worth when we consider its long term benefits like a person with goodwill acting as a source of inspiration for all age groups. Being an inspiration adds purpose to life and gives happiness when one is able give hope to others. For example, consider the exmaple of the fictional character the Santa Clause, who was a rich person. He wanted to develop good behaviour in children and he was able to do it by rewarding children only when they dispaly good behviour throughout the year. In other words, it is a kind of non physical strength that has been build by serving during the past years. For instance, Apple a technology based company which deals in range of modern tech products from smartphones to wrist watches. Furthermore, they have been in the market for years now and has build their own legacy and image in the economy that is what is said as goodwill. Once a business, person or a company acquires goodwill and positive reputation in the economy. They get to enjoy various benefits such as they enjoy new innovations and manipulating the prices of their products and services because of the goodwill they have. Moreover, once the goodwill is acquired, it will kept on going and serves the coming generations in profitable terms. However, maintaing goodwill is as tough as achieving it. Lets understand what is goodwill. Goodwill is the reputatiion, respect and admiration eraned by a company through the years of its functioning. Though it can be calculated in terms of money but it has no physical form. It is intangble in nature which means we cannot touch or feel it. I agree that goodwill is an intangible asset which is difficult to acquire and takes years to earn, but once earned, its benefits can be enjoyed for years and generations. Though there are many highly profit making companies but not everyone has earned sufficient goodwiill and some has no goodwill at all. Goodwill unlike profits is not that easy to earn. In order to earn reputation and goodwill a company has to make place in people's heart by adhereing to laws and regulations and contributing towards society for the betterment of humankind. An amazing example of this is the TATA family from India. The TATA group of companies founded by JRD Tata followed by his sons has earned people's respect and love. Well this reputation that they have earned is not easy at all and no other company in the world is viewed with the same respect. Tata company through its foundation, has been running free cancer hospitals and many other social services since hundreds of years. A person who can be cured from cancer is never left out in India. His/her entire treatment cost is happily beared by the TATA trust. Because of this TATA has its own brand value and reputation which no other company has earned in India. Eventually, it benefits the company as people use their products which in turn raises profits, revenues and market share. Hence, I believe that goodwill is an extremely important intangible asset which every company must acquire to enjoy a stable business life in the long term.

First and Foremost, there are many personalities whose names are displayed in the text books of young children due to their great works and deeds. For instance, Mother Theresa could be the best possible example who taught the world to be an empathic personality and develop a peaceful environment for others as well. Moreover, there are numerous legends who remain in many populace heart and also paved a way by encouraging human beings to be extraordinary by displaying manifold talends they have. To add up further, organizations create awareness for masses in the name of of famous people on their birth days as well as, conduct programs like tableau to present whatever they have faced inorder to acheive their Goodwill. To continue, the thing which could not be overlooked is the ways and struggles that are faced by eminent persons, however knowing about there struggles can lead any human an insipration and devotion towards the people who were great and created an irreplaceable position amongst world wide inhibitants. Besides, human can also learn numerous things from them and involve in good deeds in to improve prosperity and diversity amonst every others. Developing a good personality has always been a challenge for many individuals, incorporating good habits takes years to develop, but its merits are enormous and beyond's one expectations. Involvement in social work and spending some creative time with the elderly and youth fosters understanding about good and bad, these help in developing a personality of goodwill. The essay will discuss the merits of having goodwill and will agree with the given statement. One of the major benefits of having such will is the person will always be surrounded by people, for example, a person with goodwill will definitely be good at communication and will always serve a helping hand to needy ones, as a result, an individual will be surrounded by many peoples. Moreover, helping others always offers serenity to ones will, for illustration, a friend of mine was in a tough situation and needed financial help, so I served him a small help by offering him with some amount of money, this provides me peace. I completely agree with this statement. To begin with , a person with goodwill stands out in a group of people. To acquire this asset , its not easy as it seems. There are a lot of aspect that can help a person achieve this , it can be through spiritually journey or inspiration journey. For instance , the author of 'think like a monk' , Jay shetty, started his journey to acquire goodwill though the monks of india. The author talks about his spiritual journey . However, the journey wasn't easy because of negative emotional coming along the way like anger , ego , envy and more. To adapt this lifestyle is unlike any other task . On the other hand, one must think that goodwill doesn't benefit you as a member of the society. There are folk that generally comes with a goodwill mindset but with no patience , they change team which might give them temporary happy in heart but the mond is clogged soon. furthemore , it does come with a lot of benefits. one of the example would be, huda kattan, the founder and CEO of huda beauty(makeup line) showed her stand and support for the ongoing Israel-Gaza conflict ,thus her support lead to more people acknowledging about the genocide. A person with goodwill will always a good and positive influence on people who follows them for years and generations regardless on how negative folks respond. To conclude, in my opinion , goodwill is indeed a amazing asset for an individual to acquire .

I completly agree that Goodwill is an intangible asset that is difficult to acquire and takes years to develop, but once developed, its benefits can last for years if not generations. Gaining goodwill is a Himalayan task to acheive and difficult to retain. Goodwill is connected to many other traits including your professionalism, Conviction to standby for what is right, treating everyone equal, being honest at any given situation and be consistent in all these. I strongly feel most times this is passed through generations and transferred from one to another like an unseen thread in the air. Best example I could think of is a Shop Owner Mr.Raghavendran who started a small grocery store of 50 Square feet near our house which catered daily needs of our community people, He is a gem of a person who never bends his philosophies for any favours, however he faced lot of difficulties over time, he struggled but never gave up, stood like an iron pillar through all these years.Now he is owning a Super market which extends upto 5000 square feet and five floors, which has become Landmark building for our town. Neither him nor his next generation fail to impress us with their cherishable asset goodwill in every small act they exhibit. End of the day what is going to be longlasting in one's memory is the positivity you pass to them by your actions and enduring rewards one could experience for carrying priceless goodwill thoughts all along one's life.
