Goodwill, which refers to trust and reputaion of a business, it is one of the most valueable asset. While some aruge that it is hard to achieve and takes a lot of time to develop, however once acquired it advantages can last for decades. I agree with this statement, because it take lot of hard work and consistent performane to get the trust of people and once it is achived a company can enjoy long term loyalty from customers. To begin with, the main reason that goodwill is hard to gain is that it depends on the consistent performane, integrity and customer satisfaction over a long perdio of time. Unlike material assets which are can be acquired by money, goodwill can not be bought. for example, Toyata and Apple are industry leaders is because not just of their invoative products, but because customers can easily rely on these companies quality od products and services. A single mistake can harm their reputation. Such as any safety issues in cars or issues with the phone. Also, the ethical pratices comes into major role in gaining goodwill from the customers. This show how fragile and difficult goodwill is to build. Furthermore, once the goodwill is achieved a company can have numerous merits. Because the companies have gained trust from the customer. So they will enjoy long term customer loyalty and they can rely on them in time of crisis. Such as Coca Cola, which is one of the customers favorite for decades even though there are so many competitors in market. Similarly, Tata group in India countinues to thrive because of the good will they earned in a century. This demonstrates, how goodwill does not fade away that easily after it is achieved. In conclusion, it can be said that goodwill is one of the valuavle asset to evry company. Even though it challenging and needs a lot od dedication to get it, However once acquired it benefits last for a long time.

Some people say assets like goodwill is an icredible property that require more years to develop, but once it is establihed , its benefits can last for years and further generations. I completely agree with the statement, because very few people can acquire this trait of nature. Country like Japan maintaining a good friendship with a basement of goodwill with India. As well as businesses also run through that good standing from the opposite entity. Although there are benifits, some draw backs also there. On the one hand, good standards are always difficult to attain, once it attained the advantages are lasts for years, because India established Japan's trust after the second world war by helping them in supply of raw material from india for their development. Therefore they are doing business with India till today, because of the trust. For instance, India helped in the manner of supplying iron raw material to japan after the world war 2, since then japan gave infrastructure aid to India that helped in costruction of highways, water reserviors, and railways. Other than that, still it is doing three trillion dollor business, as it has trust on India. Along with that Japan declared 0% tariff trade in future. On the other hand, nowadays gaining trust is very difficult, even after gaining how it has to maintain is more difficult task. People are trusting banks for their money saving, but bankrupts are more common, because of some business issues. in that case how a person can trust another person. For example, business mans are comitting financial fraud in the banks and leaving their own nation and settling in other nations. In conclusion, I strongly agree that goodwill can not be obtain easily, if it is attained the future generations also will get benefited out of it like, financial aid from other countries to our own nation when is it at stake, as well as establishing a good chain of business to the present generation like tax free trade. Following rules to secure the trust along with the gaining goodwill is more important.

Traditionally, it is believed that Goodwill is an intangible asset which is difficult to acquire and takes years to develop, but once acquired its benefits can last for years and generations . But some believe that goodwill once attained, if precautions are not taken could cause more damage than at the time when goodwill has not been developed. Firstly, it takes years to build goodwill which is an intangible asset, but once attained and if maintained properly by taking proper precautions, it's benefits could last for years and generations . This is the primary reason why many private organizations maintain their own teams for brand building .It is evident from the reports published in The Economic Times that most MNC's maintain their own teams for brand building. For instance, companies like Samsung and panasonic earn most of their revenue through the sales in the routine and traditional products which are sold by most of their competitors as well. However, people prefer the products offered by these companies because of the goodwill of these organizations. Next, It takes years to build goodwill and once developed the attained party should work hard maintaining the goodwill else it would cause more damage than before . Many banks and finance institutions devloped goodwill and some fraud takes place, these organizations have undergone severe loss and could never recover . Many a times top brands which offer products and services, if a small issue is identified that leads to damage in the goodwill spend huge sums of money that the image is not ruined . Next , it takes years to build goodwill and once developed, the attained party should work hard to maintain the goodwill, else it causes more damage than before . For example, many banks and finance institutions have incured severe losses and were never able to recover when a goodwill damaging event has occured like a fraud or a scam. This is the reason why many a times, reputed organizations spend huge sums of money in replacing the products and services which were damaged due to unknown reasons that there is no damage to the goodwill . In conclusion, goodwill is one intangible asset which takes years to develop and most of the benefits earned happens due to goodwill . However, if not properly maintained could cause huge damage to the organizations which worked hard in the development of the goodwill .

According to many Hindu scriptures, it is said that it is easy for one to get attracted to bad things and that it is difficult to develop good habits. Goodwill is one such habit which is essential in one's life but difficult to develop. It cannot be measured and it takes years of patience and effort for one to incorporate it in their life. However, once acquired it's benefits are seen for years together. I strongly agree in this statement based on my experiences in life. Firstly, I fondly remember stories from my mother, of her grandmother and her kindness. My mother's grandmother belonged to a wealthy noble family. They had several acres of land in Nellore, a village in India. Yet, she was polite and wished well for all. She would help people in case of any financial problems. As a result, the people in the village respected her. One time, my mother's grandfather fell seriously ill. The entire village came together and helped her during this difficult time. By the grace of almighty, he recovered. She narrated this incident to my mother and explaind her the importance of goodwill and how it helped her in that tough time. She also told her that it takes time for one to develop but it helps at the right time. Additionally, my mom also tells that her grandmother was indirectly responsible for her first job. She tell that her grandmother had helped a person for his education. Thirty years down the line, the same person was the head of a big company. He offered a job to my mother based on her qualification. He also mentioned to my mother that he was thankful for her grandmother as she had helped him then. The goodwill of my mother's grandmother helped her husband and my mother in different times. Hence, I believe that is an essential part of one's life. Though it cannot be measured and is difficult to develop, its benefits are enormous and seen for a long time.

To begin with, It is true that Goodwill is something which cannot be felt by a person and takes huge interval of time to gain it. Once its yours, it will be with you and your family for couple of generations. Goodwill is the amount of trust you obtained by a specfic person or a company. This is something which people can't buy. It is obtained by your good deeds and loyality of one. For instincts, There was a guy who aims for surpanch in their village. He is known for his generous and kind heart. Even he is the one who is in need, He never backsoff helping people. This continued for couple of Decades. One day, all citizens of that village decided to make that guy surpanch ( Head of the village ). His kindness was never dropped dead, even with that power he did his best for the village and developed it into an area which is not completly urban. After he passed away, for his service not only people but government decided to build a statue and it passed to this generation. All people in village still respects his grand children and stood with them till now. Here he gained trust of the villagers and decided to stick with him even after his death. Not only people but also companies gain goodwill, where whole business is done with this. People believed in The Google, they never doubted it. It took years for mankind to trust Google. Therefore, It was gained by them not bought. It is always on the actions you do. With selfish intensions, you can not have goodwill of any.

Many factors determine the success of a business such as quality and value , however, the goodwill that a business earns is a significant asset, albeit intangible, can benefit the company for years to come. While some people believe that goodwill leads to benefits such as increased business value and customer retention, others argue that it cannot be measured and negative events can significantly damage goodwill earned over the years. I firmly believe that a balanced approach is needed to avoid over-exaggeration of it, while yielding its benefits. Proponents of goodwill argue that it increases the value of the business. This can lead to customer retention, thereby increasing profits. For instance, Chitale bandhu, a regional food business in Maharashtra, India has gained significant profits, expanded its operations and retained customers for decades because of the goodwill the comapny has earned, due to its product quality and customer satisfaction. Moreover, goodwill helps a company attract investments. Investors take into account the companys goodwill and the reputation of that business before investing. Despite the benefits, critics argue that goodwill since an intangible asset leads incorrect evaluation of a business. For example, Buyju's , a leading ed-tech in India was over-evaluated due to the goodwill the company earned over thye years. This led to loss of value of its shares and eventually the closure of Buyju's. Furthermore, any negative event in the course of time can damage an organization's goodwill collected through years of hardwork. To illustrate, Maggi, a noodles manufacturing food company lost all its goodwill, when a study revealed that recently the amount of preservatives added in Maggi noodle was above prescribed limits. This action led to loss of trust among customers even though the action happened only a small amount of time, resulting in company running out of business. In conclusion. I firmly believe that, since goodwill is an intangible asset it makes it quite easy to under or over value a business based on its goodwill. Its important to find a balanced approach to maximize its benefits like increased business value and power to attract investments, while mitigating drawbacks such as inability to be evaluated and potential consequences of bad events on the goodwill.

I agree with the fact that Godwill is an important asset that takes years to develop and is difficult to acquire, but once we achieve it, its benefits last forever. Godwill also refers to having Good luck. It is not restricted to a person alone but also impacts the society. It is important for a person working in business administration to have goodwill to increase the gross profit annually. People strive to achieve their goals, but most of them fail to do so because of their fate. For example, Mukesh Ambani, an Indian entrepreneur and the tycoon of Mumbai, started his career as an employee at the petrol bunk as a ticket checker. Over the years, his business skills and hard work transformed him to be the CEO of a well renowed company named "Reliance".He, along with his wife, runs a school named Dhirubai Ambani International School and earns $256 billion annually. The field of science was always against the superstitions and believed the laws of nature to accomplish their goals. For instance, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, former president of India, had undergone struggles during his childhood. But his dedication, hard work, and interest toward becoming a scientist was an incredible journey and was even honored with an award named Padma Bhushan. In conclusion, Godwill is not the only path to success. Dedication, perseverance and harwork also plays a vital role in shaping a persons' life. However, once the goals are achieved, they last for years and generations.

Yes, Goodwill is an intangible asset that is quite hard to acquire and its takes many years to develop. And once its acquired, its can be benificial for the many years and generations. I would argue that, goodwill is the only asset which has potential to grow any businesses and indiviuduals value. Moreover, goodwiil play crucial role in business and goodwill is created by the moral and ethics beacuse anyone acquire something valuable by the help of money but goodwill never acquire by money it totally depends upon your behaviour and intergrity. It helps any firm and individual to acheive their goals and make different than your rivals. For instance, i was started textile company in the year 2010 and that time no one know my company name even in hometown where i establised manufacturing unit but after a decade i worked in quality and made goodwill of my company with using good CSR policy then now most of the people know my clothing brand name of its became famous within a decade and today i captured more than 20 percent of market share in my region. In the conclusion, goodwill play major role in businesses and everyone's one life, that's why everyone should focus on moral and ethics instead of making quick money. It helps to grow in long term game and differenciate you and your businesses than your competietors. Goodwill is the only key to suceed in personal and professional life.

Goodwill acts as an asset that proves invaluable to firms in every industry. It is an asset that can not be build overnight, it is a gradual and slow process however the benfits last a lifetime or more! In todays competitive and highly advanced world, there is cut throat competition in every industry, hence goodwill is increasingly important especially in the present day and age. I agree with the statement goodwill is an intangible assest is a difficult to acquire and takes years to develop, however when a firm or a brand has fianlly acquired that goodwill in relation to themselves or their brand there can be nothing better as competition is then defeated on the basis on this goodwill alone. It takes a fair bit of work to acquire goodwill in todays market where every brand or firm is selling similar products with little to no difference, however goodwill is much more than just the product and its features, it encapsulates the eniterity of the brand and its founder, the after sale services, the realtionship built between the consumer and the brand and the consumer perception of the brand and the product as well. Goodwill can not be built overnight as its essence is in the slow and gradual process through which the brand or firm is able to repeatedly prove itself throught their efforts. In India the presence of goodwill is of extreme relevance. My family is loyal to a fault and they deal with brands and firms whome have been known for years and have proved their worth overtime. In conculsion, goodwill is an intangible but impertive asset to have or work towards as it has a huge contribution to the success or reputation of a business. It may take time to acquire such an aesset but it is not impossible!

We have been taught the value of helping others since times immemorial. Unfortunately, goodwill is not only strenuous to practice but also time-consuming. However, in my opinion, it can be a boon will long-lasting effects. On one hand, the world seems to be spiralling counter-clockwise on its axis. It feels unsafe to be a generous person these days. For instance, many cases have been reported, where people have fallen into a trap from con artists under pretext of them needing help. Many people have lost their hard-earned money to online scammers. Furthermore, the unfortunate truth is that candor and genuiness is misunderstood as pretense today. It is easier to believe the lies rather than the truth. Nowadays, people find it tough to trust others. On the other hand, goodwill can serve as a basis for a better tomorrow. It is reflective of the triumph of the good over the evil. For example, one good deed can lead to another. Guidance from the parents and the teachers can greatly influence the youth. Setting examples of benevolence can inspire the younsters to be better and cordial to everyone surrounding them forming a cycle of good karma. A person in need will never forget a helping hand. Additionally, it only helps a person to feel better after one has helped others. It is not only the receiver but also the donor that feels content. One such case is the sharing of food. The food always tastes delicious when shared. Many selfless acts such as organ donation, charity and prevention of animal cruelty leads to a feeling of wellness and hope in the society. In conclusion, there is more meaning in non-materialistic things rather than monetary possessions. Practising and developing the art of helping others with a kind heart is complicated and takes a lot of time, but it can only be useful in the long run.

Brand reputation is an intangible asset which is difficult to obtain and takes years to build but once acquired, its benefits can last for decades. Yes, I completely agree with the above statement because goodwill acts as an important asset for any business and also contributes to the business in many ways. Goodwill is not something which is built overnight it takes years and years to gain people's trust and assure them that your product and services are the best. Assurance can come from prompt after-sales services and affordable pricing. Goodwill is also transfered in generational wealth. A recent survey was conducted in a local area regarding how they decide the place to purchase the products, and the results where shocking because even the young generation satisfies their purchase needs from a shop which is opened 30 years ago. To the contrary, goodwill can also act as a barrier in economic development because it will restrict the entry in many businesses due to feasibility. It will become difficult for young entrepreneurs to enter into the market and make profit which will have an impact on the development of the nation. In addition, less production of goods and sevices in an economy will lead to lesser employment. To sum up, everything which is beneficial has some negative aspects at a certain point. So, goodwill can be beneficial for generations and provide wealth and prosperity but there should also be a new market or schemes for the potential entrepreneurs to develop and grow in this fast-paced economy.

Once reputation and loyality is gained after long years that is a huge savings and hard to destroy since it includes more beneficial to upcoming generations. Overall, I disagree to this statement this is because it takes life span to build quality connections ,which is difficult in today's life. As it shows double-edged sword in this stituation, still gaining loyal relationship in this century is like walking on spikes. For instance; people has more trust issues in this fake world, likewise how brutus killed his own friend in unexpected way that decision made by brutus felt guilty at the end. It clearly describes once the goodwill is grained into pieces it is very hard to recover from it.Whereas not everyone is true to heart in this unreal world this is because of delicening in humanity and sympathy. Moreover , on the other side not everyone is born evil maybe the enviornment or soceity made them unloyal due to some uncertain circumstance. For example; Mother tearesa ,who helped poverty people to get quality education and food thrice a day eventhough she is not having much assests in her hand. This generosity proved how trustable and kind person she is to others. Although you can not give much to help ,atleast give a simle this will make their day. Once my peer said that "smiling is the best visiting card that you can give others". After a lot of discussion i prefer it has both positive and negative in this statement. In conclusion having a strong and uneiable relationship is harder to built , although it has benefits.

Goodwill is often considered as an intangible assest. It represents trust, reputation, fame, customer loyalty which takes years to cultivate. However, once established, it can yield long term-benefits. I doubtedly agree with this statement because goodwill plays a crucial role in maintaining business stability and fostering relationships. One reason that goodwill is difficult to aquire is, it requires high-qualty ethical practises, hands-on experiences and the confidence which lacks in people. For instance, reowned brands like Apple has gained immense popularity due to its consistency and hardwork for the products. It releases new updates which changes few features in the software application. These innovations build trust and customer retenation leading to business growth and stability. Additonally, goodwill is not only benefical for businesses, but also upholds social and professional advantages. Companies are likely to attract customers, skilled-emplyees and sales when it is reputative. Furthermore, once it is established, it passes down to generations. For example, Tata group in India. However, while goodwill is a powerful asset, it can be fragile too. A single scandle, spark, or misconduct will drop its reputation and decline its service quality. For example, few years ago, there was a complaint against the Flipcart about delivering an empty box and not the actual product. This made a huge dip for Flipcart, as all the frequwnt customers did not want to purchase as well. To conclude, goodwill is an invaluable asset that takes years to aquire, but can last for generations if preserved properly. Business and professionals must uphold ethical practises to maintain long term commitment ans strengthen their reputation.

In this fast-paced world that we reside in, compassion is gradually disappearing with the advent of technology. However, to adapt this quality requires ages, and once made a routine then, its advantages could last for years and generations. This essay will discuss and I will give my opine on this matter. On the one hand, people tend to have kindness from birth, but due to the circumstances around them, this quality deteriorates. Furthermore, individual upbringing plays a crucial role. Therefore, they should be instilled with moral values from their childhood. This promotes a sense of generosity as they grow old which helps them in various ways. For example, the outcome of a recent BMSX survey showed that people with goodwill could achieve greater success in any work they do. Moreover, it establishes a brand reputation and ameliorates the trust of customers in any business organization they work. On the other hand, acquiring qualities such as goodwill, and compassion requires significant efforts where most people fail. For instance, to adopt a good quality people try to put in their efforts, but due to their unethical behavior, they will tend to give up easily. In contrast, In a family business, the goodwill developed by one generation often provides an advantage to the next. In conclusion, I strongly agree that goodwill is a valuable and intangible asset that takes time and effort to adopt, however, provides long-lasting benefits. Maintaining goodwill is essential for sustained success in both personal and professional endeavors.

In a world full of hatred, fear and an competetive attitude, though it is very challenging to adopt an asthetic personality, once achieved it plays a major role in attending peace and prosperity as its major advantages. In my opinion, it is completely true and this essay outlines how benefitial is difficult to achieve goodwill ijn a long run and for several generations also. To begin with, it is clear that positive thinking is really an asset for the mankind to develope in this materialistic world where competition is growing day by day among individual, societal and nation level to be first in anything and everything. Furthermore, hatredness is increasing continuously because of lack of caring personality, excessive greed, and insecurity . Hence, it is always appreciable to comendable if good temperament can be adopted in life among the citizens within and outside the country. It makes people to hold back the major bad characters of human kind to establish peace and prosperity making it an asset. On the other hand, Positive and caring attitude not only is benefitial but also it is longstanding because people learn it social learning. For example, people randomly greeting each other on public transportation and while on commute without knowing the race or ethnicity of others makea conducive environment to grow. Also, in a closed society, it is the major strategy to make everyone feel comfortable, friendly and secure. Once taught, it stays there for generations within the society and makes the society a leader. Therefore, it is clearly felt that goodwill though very difficult to acquire in life, it hase great role in concuring the success and peace as its advantages which lasts long through generations.
