The skill giving education is far better than the formal/traditional education to ehance the proper route to move towards output-based learning that helps in affinity to world or society requiremnts and leaners enhancemnt. In this essay I will be discussing, how I am of the opinion and list some examples. Skill based education is kind of learning which thinks wisely with all prior requirements to implement the skill into an application. When it is under a traditional way of learning, educators will have some sort of notes in their laptop and do a presentation for hours and give lectures which gives a result of bore learning and the students start having 50-50 ideas without knowing the practical application, which is a big cause in implenting their knowledge in real-world application. For instances, an engineer is taught about a drone with all theory concept included but when wants to build a drone he is not able to know which software is used for simulation, which flight control to use, and what would be the primary requiremnts. Additionally, when formal education is used only for making students to score good marks in their tests, exams but they are not worth enough to build new technology. Implementing skill based learning enhances all the requiremnts listed, moreover a good problem solving and analytical skill can be seen in each individuals. For example, during a placement drive, the recruiters ask the best quality and mostly every company prefer problem solving skills and I feel this skill based learning would help all of these. In conclusion, it is recomended to have skill based learning rather the traditional way of learning inorder to enhance and upskill of each individuals for their own growth and country's development.

In recent time, companies hire employees with practical knowledge over theoretical knowledge. It is believed that, skill education should be preffered over traditonal way of education for better outcome of learning that responds to global reality and students desires. In my opinion, proper skill training should be provided in the colleges, as these skills will be essential in solving real-world problems. Firstly, having practical knowledge is very beneficial to students, as most of the industries prefer workers with practical skills. In other words, employees will get opportunity to get the job in their desired companies. For example, my elder brother was not getting a job as he was lacking form practical skills, so he did a course in which he got a hands-on experience in machineries and learnt lot of skills, which later helped to secure a job with higher package. Hence, skill training should be included in college education. Secondly, skill education will make person's work easier and efficient. For instance, most of the students join in a company just after their college is over, without any practical experience, later they get stressed out due to workload. On the other hand, if a person has the skills, he can manage the workload, and will complete the task in less time, with more efficiently. so learning skills is very important for the employee. To conclude, I agree with the fact that skill education is more important than formal education to get better output in learning as it make a person's life easier is office world.

Nowadays, individuals believe that skill education is more beneficial rather than formal education as it aids towards outcome-based learning which is desired by the learners and is a response to global reality. There are various skills which students need to attain from educational institutions rather than just gaining formal education. This essay will discuss reasons whether skill education needs to be implemented or not. Firstly, parents believe that their children must gain skill education as it will be beneficial for them in the future. Secondly, learning technical skills in their early schooling years will help them implement these skills in their future projects. For example, every student needs to make a project during their college's final year. They can use these technical and teamwork skills to enhance and make their project effective. Therefor learning these skills is considered beneficial for individuals. Earlier, people used to believe that having formal education which includes learning about languages and the past would make the students aware about their heritage and ancestors. These topics are crucial but they won't help the students in their future. For instance, if in future they need to make a tally about the amount of money spent over basic amenities in a year they might face difficullty doing so. Hence, skill education should also be given equal importance as formal education. There are many people in the society that believe formal education shouldn't be provided to students, rather they should be taught skill education which will make them aware about the global reality. In my opinion, I believe students must be provided with technical skills which will help them build their future effectively.

Skill based education rather than formal and general education is the way by which one can go achieve outcome-based learning that aligns with globaly reality and learner's desire is a famous view. I partially agree with this as any type of education is sturctred in such a way that it align with reality at present. When we look at formal education, it spread in a way that equal efforts are put on all the topics. A person taking up formal educaiton might learn everything there is to learn. Particularly, when it comes it formal education a student is trained to adapt to everchanging requirements. This way of adapting is something that everyone must have beacause the reality is everychanging and a persons desires also keep chaning. Furthermore, by taking up formal eduacation a student has multiple options to pursue as a career. However, for a slow learner this type of education might often seem confusing and contradicting. On top of that, as there are many topics to cover it might become hard for few people with special needs. For example, a student who is intrested in arts might find it difficult to study science. So, formal education might be a go to option for fast learners and people who can adapt to changing requirements. Whereas, in skill based education all the effort is put on a particular skill to make a person master in it. Especially, mastering a particular skill has many advantages. Moreover, a person who is skilled in a particular field can accustom themselves to changing requirements. Also, skill based education always alings with a persons desire as that perosn has the freedom to choose what he wants to do. But, when we speak realistically any type of skill needs one or two more concepts which might not be directly realted to it. This might pose as a problem as slow learners can find it hard to learn them. Finally, we can say that skill based education is a good path to align with global reality but it might not be the case in some special scenarios. In concluison, I believe that skill based education has its own ways of responding to global reality and this is also the case with formal education.

Skill-based education, rather than traditional formal education is the optimal way for achieving outcome driven learning that aligns with global needs and learner's aspirations. I partialy agree to the statement because formal education is equally important as skill based education, the reasons will be discussed in the essay. To begin with, traditional way of learning is important because it is the foundation of learning a particular topic. The student should have knowledge regarding the theory of the subject so that he or she can implement the theoritical knowledge in practicals. For instance, the student is well verse with practicals so he/she attends an interview and the interviewer asks to write the steps of algorithms. At this point the student may not write the proper steps involved because he or she does not have theory knowledge. So, formal education is also important and cannot be neglected. Moreover, degrees provide recognized qualifications that help in carrer advancement On the other hand, skill education is also important for various aspects of life such as for job interview or for internship. As industries evolve frequently, skills such as digital literacy, communication and coding are necessary for any profession. For example, in present the world is facing inflations and many companies are facing layoff because of cost- cuttings. If a employee is very skilled that person would not face layoff cause the skills which he or she has will be helfull for the organisation. Therefore, a person should have hands on expereince as it will help him or her in the near future. In conclusion, I partily agree to the statement because both kinds of methods are important. Furthermore, the education institutions should have a hybrid curriculam of traditional method and skill based method so it will be beneficial for the student in their future.

The education involved in skill building is a step ahead than the formal education make a path towards the output oriented education which responds to global reality and student's desires. As per my basic knowledge, I do completley believe that the skilled learning is far more better than the formal theorical lessons that taught in the schools and colleges. On one hand, the Job oriented education is well prefered than a causal information filling one like details on the subjects like Geography and History rather than this if learners are exposed to core subjects like Science and Math which makes them more enthusiastic and pushes them to immerse themselves into the subjects. This not only makes them creative but also come up with more analytical skills. For example, the students who participated in science fairs during their school days show more interest towards research and innovations. In addition, the school children should be more into practical sessions in the subjects like accounts, finances, administration etc which improves there critical ability to learn deep about the reality and makes them exposed to the real life situations. This skill however helps them to pursue their career in the same field and gain fullfledged knowledge on it, further there is more possibility of these kind of enthusiasts becoming experts in their subjects. For instance, Elon mask who have keen interest in physics designed this career around it making all impossibilities to possible, so educational institutions should incline more towards skill developing learnings than following the long established system. To conclude, I strongly support the skill building type of knowledge gaining procedure than the later one, which however helps a candidate to have hands on real time experience in the subject of his interest and achieve great things in life.

Nowadays, skill learning develops career opportunities globally. However, formal education also provides holistic approach with deep knowledge in that subject. In skill learning, rather than systematic learning often gives better chances towards outcome-based education supports and increase demands globally ubiquitous and with desired skill learning. Moreover, skill learning focus on job related courses and intensifes organisational, analytical skills and critical thinking. In education, skill based learning technology enable students to access a wide range of information and resources from online platforms which globally accepted and fosters career development. For example, artificial intellligence and particular skills such as .Net, cybersecurity, software testing skills upgrade by students will have better employment opportunities when compared with degree courses. Additionally, students can pursue desired skill in online learning platforms and it helps to achieve higher positions. On the other hand, formal learning provides theoretical and practical knowledge of the course curriculum. Furthermore, it helps to improve cognitive and holistic development. In formal learning, students enhance the academic performance and overall subject in-depth knowledge can led to technological proficiency in that course. For instance, formal learning can lead to better learning experience with practical knowledge which ameliorates the career development. The future trajectory of learning would take a major turn as Vocational training has become a popular choice over the conventional method of imparting knowledge. The growing hunger for gaining knowledge and matcing competition on a global level gives birth to the need of a more result-oriented approach, such as Skill Education. The term basically illucidates the training of an individual about the various skillsets required by them for gaining professional success apart from the knowledge of their subjects. I truly favour the need for adopting an outcome-based approach of learning as it makes people more hire-able for the diverse job roles and increases their overall rate of interest. In today's world it is important to have skills which make a candidate different from others, thus, increasing their chance to prosper in their career. The comparison in these type of education system is truly based on the extent of soft-skills acquired and not on the in-depth knowledge of any particular subject. Skill education also prepares a person for their life as most of these acquired traits and characteristics help them in both professional and personal fronts. They are forced to practically enforce these qualities on a day to day basis. It also trains them to realise that many roles that we conventionally label as gender-specific are actually a life skill that is a necessity of the life of every individual. However, one aspect of the formal way of education that I would agree with is that it imparts a more-disclipled and structured way of learning.

Landing a job in today's world has become very difficult as a result of world economy. This forces the students or other job professionals who want to get a new job to equip themselves with good skills rather than theoritical knowledge. This essay will help the reader to understand, why skill education is important compared to formal education. Companies expect their employees to not only understand theoritical concepts but also have an understanding on applying them. Firstly, some might assume this is a talent, but in reality it is a skill which can be learnt in a systematic way. Secondly, this approach also ensures the students are pushed towards output based learning instead of traditional marks based environment. Lastly, choosing a skill based course and not a generalised degree will help the student to only learn those topics which are interesting to him or her. A formal degree is also very important to most of the companies as it is a proof of the candidate's capabilities in terms of team work, pressure, and meeting deadlines. But still, improving the skills can also be included in the curriculum of a normal undergraduate or postgraduate university as well. They can include topics in their lab classes which will in turn polish the student's skillset. If the institute successfully executes this, the place can become a power house of knowledge and skill. Moreover, the students will not only have a formal degree with them but also good skills to get placed in big companies. In conclusion, while a formal degree is mandatory in most of the companies, our focus should also be in improving our skills in which ever field we try to pursue.

Student's formal education needs to be replaced with skill education, it results in outcome-based learning in order to meet the global reality and learner's desires. Overall, Some people say that students must concentrate more in skills, which will be helpful to sustain in the modern world and others say formal education in necessary for all students inorder to maintain the equality and basic knowledge in all aspects of life. This essay will explore both views on this matter before offering the personal opinion. On the one had, Some people say that schools and university should teach the students with skilled education such as hand-on knowledge, deepening the particular skill and practical thinking which enables them to think on the different perpectives. Instead of updating thier formal education which have been in the syllables for many decades resulting in the lacking of knowledge for students when compared to modern times. Making the students readt for modern world to meet global reality they need to taught about the real world changing technologies. For example, with increasing trends in the field of artificial intelligence, schools should make the students aware for these new technologies such as python and machine learning and make use of them by giving assignments on it, helps them to develop the personal skills leads to increase their efficiency and also develops their personal skills. In manufacturing industries, students having hands-on knowledge helps them to know more practical knowledge, allowing them to be less stressful when they meet the relaity. Mainly, it depends upon the students desires, instead of teaching them with formal education in all fields, if they thought more on the particular skill helps them to increase productivity and deepen thier skills. On the other hand, without formal education for students, they will be able to learn all aspects of life. For example, students in 10 grade will be able to learn history, science and maths, allwoing them to know basic creteria in formal education which result them to be strong at all subjects. Moreover, Formal education results in the equality among the people. where itensure the formal education is given to all people without any diversions and inequality when people with more money could reap all the advance technology and poor may suffer. In conclusion, skilled education is necessary for personal development while formal education helps us to be strong in the basic knowledge. I am of the opinion that formal education is necessary for all students ensures the basic skills in the students but skilled education must be given much importance because it enhance their skills and gain knowledge in the particular field which helps them to meet global reality.

In recent times the formal education has dominated the skill education by offering multiple courses, among which many of them are not relevant for student's future. However in my opinion, skill education is the best education that a learner can get in his lifetime, and I completly agree with this. On the one hand, skill education promotes the learners to focus on one particular task and gives the expertise of relevant work. Learners gets an opportuinity to choose their desired skill and they build passion for that particular skill. Once they become the experts in the skills they have learnt, they will defenately come up with some revolutionary ideas, which would benifit others. For instinct, MS Dhoni focused on cricket, rather than his formal studies, and became a world famous cricket palyer. Simillarly learners will have a privilege to become a famous expert in the skill which they have learnt. Not only famous, but they can generate sourse of income for their life. On the other hand, we have the formal education. We get opportunities to learn different skill set and courses, but learners will be confused among learning those multiple skills. What ever they learn, would be in bits and pieces. Finally for name sake they get formal education and complete their education, which is not worth. In my point of view, formal education nowadays is just a business, where students are unable to get right skill. To conclude, the society needs more skilled people rather than people who got formal education. Because skill education always leads to outcome-based learning which benifits to the global reality and emphasize learner's desires.

Selecting the right form of education is highly crucial as it shapes ones life. Many believe that the right approach is to provide skill-specific programs because it generates output in sync with the real-world situation and the student's aspirations, rather than following the formal education method. I don't agree with this opinion. In my view, the formal education holds way more weightage compared to the skill specific proposal. Since many years, the formal education system is being followed. It not only teaches various modules but also helps the students to broaden their horizon. It is easy to say that every person should be taught according to what they wish to learn. However, it's not necessary that they know if they are leaning towards the right direction. For example, the students who are highly pampered and don't wish to study, will end up choosing the subjects which don't require hardwork and are easy to grasp. This will not only restrict their growth but will also stop them for discovering their potential. In contrast, I am not disagreeing with the various positive aspects the skill education offers. It allows scholars to gain deeper insight on their choice of subject, leading to enhanced knowledge and better career opportunities. This will give them a chance to stand out and to be an expert in their field. In conclusion, I firmly belive that formal education is the correct teaching method, it gives learners a chance to push themselves beyond their potential by teaching different types of subjects. However, skill education may have various benifits but it limits their scope of knowledge.

Education is the most crucial thing for an individual's personal and professional growth. Some people argue that education should be more focused on skill development rather than traditional formal education as it will a better result of outcome-based learning. While both forms of learning have their benefits, I am more opinionated to the fact that formal education plays a crucial role for outcome based learning. On one hand, skill based education helps the students to select their desired skill and become a master of it so that it helps them in the future career and be more focused. For instance, employers today seek employees based on the skills they have learned in their educational journey. IT related employers might look out java developers for a particular project and the student who has acquired that skill throughout his educational journey would definitely land that job. However, the question arises for how much duration the demand for the particular skill exist. In this fast pacing world, every technology changes after a decade. Moreover, demands for the particular skill jobs may not arise in near future. On the other hand, formal traditional education gives an overview of all the subjects that are necessary of a individual's personal and professional growth. Traditional educational was designed in such a way that an individual should be jack of all trades, one must have a basic knowledge of required topics in order to sustain in this evolving market. Although formal way of learning does not guarantee a job, but increases one's ability to new learn things. For example, even the recruiters when they hire freshers they select a candidate who is versatile enough and can work in any given field effectively, as they have ability to learn. In conclusion, there are advantages of both type of education whether its a skill based or formal traditional based education, however the formal eduation provide more added advantage for an individual to sustain and fight the global reality.
