Landing a job in today's world has become very difficult as a result of world economy. This forces the students or other job professionals who want to get a new job to equip themselves with good skills rather than theoritical knowledge. This essay will help the reader to understand, why skill education is important compared to formal education. Companies expect their employees to not only understand theoritical concepts but also have an understanding on applying them. Firstly, some might assume this is a talent, but in reality it is a skill which can be learnt in a systematic way. Secondly, this approach also ensures the students are pushed towards output based learning instead of traditional marks based environment. Lastly, choosing a skill based course and not a generalised degree will help the student to only learn those topics which are interesting to him or her. A formal degree is also very important to most of the companies as it is a proof of the candidate's capabilities in terms of team work, pressure, and meeting deadlines. But still, improving the skills can also be included in the curriculum of a normal undergraduate or postgraduate university as well. They can include topics in their lab classes which will in turn polish the student's skillset. If the institute successfully executes this, the place can become a power house of knowledge and skill. Moreover, the students will not only have a formal degree with them but also good skills to get placed in big companies. In conclusion, while a formal degree is mandatory in most of the companies, our focus should also be in improving our skills in which ever field we try to pursue.

Student's formal education needs to be replaced with skill education, it results in outcome-based learning in order to meet the global reality and learner's desires. Overall, Some people say that students must concentrate more in skills, which will be helpful to sustain in the modern world and others say formal education in necessary for all students inorder to maintain the equality and basic knowledge in all aspects of life. This essay will explore both views on this matter before offering the personal opinion. On the one had, Some people say that schools and university should teach the students with skilled education such as hand-on knowledge, deepening the particular skill and practical thinking which enables them to think on the different perpectives. Instead of updating thier formal education which have been in the syllables for many decades resulting in the lacking of knowledge for students when compared to modern times. Making the students readt for modern world to meet global reality they need to taught about the real world changing technologies. For example, with increasing trends in the field of artificial intelligence, schools should make the students aware for these new technologies such as python and machine learning and make use of them by giving assignments on it, helps them to develop the personal skills leads to increase their efficiency and also develops their personal skills. In manufacturing industries, students having hands-on knowledge helps them to know more practical knowledge, allowing them to be less stressful when they meet the relaity. Mainly, it depends upon the students desires, instead of teaching them with formal education in all fields, if they thought more on the particular skill helps them to increase productivity and deepen thier skills. On the other hand, without formal education for students, they will be able to learn all aspects of life. For example, students in 10 grade will be able to learn history, science and maths, allwoing them to know basic creteria in formal education which result them to be strong at all subjects. Moreover, Formal education results in the equality among the people. where itensure the formal education is given to all people without any diversions and inequality when people with more money could reap all the advance technology and poor may suffer. In conclusion, skilled education is necessary for personal development while formal education helps us to be strong in the basic knowledge. I am of the opinion that formal education is necessary for all students ensures the basic skills in the students but skilled education must be given much importance because it enhance their skills and gain knowledge in the particular field which helps them to meet global reality.

In recent times the formal education has dominated the skill education by offering multiple courses, among which many of them are not relevant for student's future. However in my opinion, skill education is the best education that a learner can get in his lifetime, and I completly agree with this. On the one hand, skill education promotes the learners to focus on one particular task and gives the expertise of relevant work. Learners gets an opportuinity to choose their desired skill and they build passion for that particular skill. Once they become the experts in the skills they have learnt, they will defenately come up with some revolutionary ideas, which would benifit others. For instinct, MS Dhoni focused on cricket, rather than his formal studies, and became a world famous cricket palyer. Simillarly learners will have a privilege to become a famous expert in the skill which they have learnt. Not only famous, but they can generate sourse of income for their life. On the other hand, we have the formal education. We get opportunities to learn different skill set and courses, but learners will be confused among learning those multiple skills. What ever they learn, would be in bits and pieces. Finally for name sake they get formal education and complete their education, which is not worth. In my point of view, formal education nowadays is just a business, where students are unable to get right skill. To conclude, the society needs more skilled people rather than people who got formal education. Because skill education always leads to outcome-based learning which benifits to the global reality and emphasize learner's desires.

Selecting the right form of education is highly crucial as it shapes ones life. Many believe that the right approach is to provide skill-specific programs because it generates output in sync with the real-world situation and the student's aspirations, rather than following the formal education method. I don't agree with this opinion. In my view, the formal education holds way more weightage compared to the skill specific proposal. Since many years, the formal education system is being followed. It not only teaches various modules but also helps the students to broaden their horizon. It is easy to say that every person should be taught according to what they wish to learn. However, it's not necessary that they know if they are leaning towards the right direction. For example, the students who are highly pampered and don't wish to study, will end up choosing the subjects which don't require hardwork and are easy to grasp. This will not only restrict their growth but will also stop them for discovering their potential. In contrast, I am not disagreeing with the various positive aspects the skill education offers. It allows scholars to gain deeper insight on their choice of subject, leading to enhanced knowledge and better career opportunities. This will give them a chance to stand out and to be an expert in their field. In conclusion, I firmly belive that formal education is the correct teaching method, it gives learners a chance to push themselves beyond their potential by teaching different types of subjects. However, skill education may have various benifits but it limits their scope of knowledge.

Education is the most crucial thing for an individual's personal and professional growth. Some people argue that education should be more focused on skill development rather than traditional formal education as it will a better result of outcome-based learning. While both forms of learning have their benefits, I am more opinionated to the fact that formal education plays a crucial role for outcome based learning. On one hand, skill based education helps the students to select their desired skill and become a master of it so that it helps them in the future career and be more focused. For instance, employers today seek employees based on the skills they have learned in their educational journey. IT related employers might look out java developers for a particular project and the student who has acquired that skill throughout his educational journey would definitely land that job. However, the question arises for how much duration the demand for the particular skill exist. In this fast pacing world, every technology changes after a decade. Moreover, demands for the particular skill jobs may not arise in near future. On the other hand, formal traditional education gives an overview of all the subjects that are necessary of a individual's personal and professional growth. Traditional educational was designed in such a way that an individual should be jack of all trades, one must have a basic knowledge of required topics in order to sustain in this evolving market. Although formal way of learning does not guarantee a job, but increases one's ability to new learn things. For example, even the recruiters when they hire freshers they select a candidate who is versatile enough and can work in any given field effectively, as they have ability to learn. In conclusion, there are advantages of both type of education whether its a skill based or formal traditional based education, however the formal eduation provide more added advantage for an individual to sustain and fight the global reality.

In today fast pacing world,it is believed that skill education is vital factor to achieve good profession in comparison to formal learning.I am of the opinion that eductation towards specialization fetches good job which makes individuals financial indepedent and also, it is essentail to impart value system education into it. On one hand,Skill based education provides students specialization in their fields right from beginning of their tertiary eductaion.Additionally, it helps individuals to excel in their profession which help them to earn high salaries. For example, my cousin who have done specialization in computer engineering is achieving higher compensation due to his passion in programming field.Morever, when individuals are opting for skill based education based on their interest, it can help their families to grow financially. This can augment employment opportunites which further enhance economy of the country. Secondly, imparting values based education along with skill education should be done compulsory by the government. This is due to the fact that young generation is not able to distinguish between good and bad.For example , one of my colleague who is good in skillset is not able to show respect towards elders as he is not been taught with godd moral values in his primary education which makes them to set apart from his team. So, it is essential factor to have good moral values in youg people if country would like see good citizens along with exepertise people. In conclusion, i fully agree with the view and firmly believe that it is both viable and critical to introduce skill based education in schools along with value based system to have efficient respectable citizens in the country.

The better way for the outcome-based knowledge is the skill-education which is the worldwide accepted method, and inviduals also prefer this type of learning. I totally agree with this and this essay will discuss the positives of the method. Firstly, with practical experience, one can survive the toughest of times. Moreover, it will assist the individual in thier day-to-day life. For instance, traditional education only focuses on the content and how the student understands and applies it during their exams, but this method of skill-based education may lead to higher positions in their working environment. Furthermore, one can gain a reputation through practical knowledge because people can apply it in the social vicinity and get appreciation by applying this. It is the charge that universities should upgrade students with skill-based education rather than formal education, which leads to the outcome-based learning. A degree an skills are essentially the same things. A person must have a degree and the ability to achieve something. A degree without talent is as meaningless as a skill without a degree. Both must coexist for the battle of the fittest to occur. A degree is just the certified verification of an individual's expertise. Every person with the ability may not be able to obtain the degree. Degrees are essential beacause they require a person to have some skills to obtain them. As a result, we may generalize by stating that degrees are the first step on the ladder of abilities that leads to lifetime achievement. Developing new skills over a conventional education is beneficial towards outcome-based learning, one that connects the learners field of interest to the evolving reality of the current world. I strongly agree to this statement with several factors that contribute to it. Traditional schooling and universities with outdated curriculums rarely address the evolving career paths that have been added in the last decade. Moreover, with vocational limitations, students are often compelled to pick among subjects that do not cater to the outside world and may be of no interest to them. Teaching new skills to students to keep them future-ready is essential for the well-rounded growth and development of the youth. Schools could increase the number of workshops or skill-building activities amongst students to avoid them from being irrelevant with the current world of Artificial intelligence as well. With the rise in technology and widespread use of social media platforms. New programs and skill based learning should be included in course curriculums to encourage students to learn better and pursue unconventional vocations. The addition of social media marketing is one such course that comes to mind when I think about skills that are gaining popularity in the last five years. An outcome based learning approach would encourage students to interact, learn and practice skills in their leisure time and develop strong interests in other fields. In conclusion, I strongly believe that it is essential to have skill based education rather than conventional education for individuals to keep up with the world and its new ways of advanced technologies.

I strongly believe that, education imparting skills will go a long run than standard education in global market and will also satisfy student's dream and thereby will help in providing learning objectively as skill education makes an individual more aware and job-ready with real world scenarios and also increases job satisfaction . Besides this, skill learning can help an individual to opt for a job beyond their formal education degree which they have opted. Many students opt their higher education in various professional courses to be an engineer, a doctor and a lawyer where the universities usually provide them with bookish knowledge imparting them with basic course related information . These, individuals after completing their degree face many difficulties with their search for perfect job as they lack the skills required in global market . Hence, in such cases individual usually gets a job which has less pay or which is not related to the field they had opted for ,which eventually leads into an individual feeling less satisfied with their job . For example , many software engineers are facing job crisis due to an increase in number of individuals quitting their job as they had less paycheck, lack of satisfaction and less skills to cope with the companies policy . Furthermore, skill training can also help an individual to pursue a different career than their actual formal degree . Many students go through the phase in their life where they get much less interested in their opted career due to formal monotonous education . This results, into many individuals pursuing their income through a different career opportunity . For instance , many engineers in India have started with their startup business during lockdown , in which individual requires many skills such as business strategies, management skills and many more which can be learnt through various skill training workshops or courses . To conclude this, I strongly opine that skill education will be the future towards outcome- based learning which will satisfy learner's desires and world reality .

Skill education has become increasingly recognized as a crucial approach to achieving outcome-based learning, aligning with the demands of the global workforce and the personal aspirations of learners. While formal education provides foundational knowledge and promotes intellectual growth, I strongly believe that skill education is more effective in addressing the dynamic needs of today's world. However, both forms of education have their distinct roles, and a balanced integration of the two is ideal. Formal education offers a broad theoretical understanding and helps develop essential cognitive abilities such as critical thinking and problem-solving. For instance, studying engineering in a traditional academic setting provides students with theoretical knowledge of concepts like mechanics and thermodynamics. However, this theoretical foundation often falls short in preparing students for the practical challenges of the job market, where hands-on experience and industry-specific skills are indispensable. In contrast, skill-based education focuses on practical learning and specialized competencies tailored to specific careers. It is particularly relevant in sectors like information technology, healthcare, and manufacturing, where proficiency in tools, software, or techniques is critical. For example, mastering programming languages or cloud computing through skill-based training can lead directly to job readiness, bypassing the slower adaptation of traditional curricula to market trends. The global reality increasingly values adaptability and continuous learning, which skill education inherently supports. Platforms like Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, and apprenticeships enable learners to upskill rapidly and stay competitive. Additionally, skill-based learning addresses individual desires by offering flexible and customized educational paths. In conclusion, while formal education establishes a foundation for lifelong learning, skill education is indispensable for bridging the gap between academic knowledge and practical application. A hybrid approach, integrating both, can ensure learners are both well-rounded and job-ready in a fast-evolving world.

Formal education provides the fundamental learning whereas skill enhancing programmes develop abilities to work in real-time world setting and are based on the outcomes which are expected by the students. I partially agree with the statement that only, skill education is the way to fulfil a learner's expectations. On the first place, skill enhancing training provides experience of working in the similar environment which trains an individual to face the upcoming challenges and handle them adequately. For an instance, medical students are exposed to out-patient departments in their graduation in order to learn treating a patient later in their career. Such kind of trainings help in preparing a student to deal with challenges independently. On the other hand, Formal education is organized in a manner to create a basic detailed fundamentals required in course. Additionally, it is necessary for learning the core of subject before entering the field, as it helps in better understanding as well as provides knowledge regarding their career. For example, subjects like anatomy, physiology and biochemistry gives basic details about human body, it is important for a learner to be thorough with these subjects before treating a patient as it varies individually. To conclude, formal education and skill education must go hand in hand to enhance a learner's performance in their respective career, Along with this helps in making an individual proficient and expert.

In today's fast-evolving world, the debate over whether skill education outweighs formal education in achieving outcome-based learning is gaining traction. While formal education has long been the foundation of learning, skill education is increasingly being viewed as a more practical approach to addressing global challenges and meeting individual aspirations. I strongly believe that skill education should complement formal education to create a more balanced and efficient learning system. On the one hand, skills education has a clear advantage in preparing individuals for real-world demands. It focuses on hands-on training and equips learners with practical knowledge applicable to specific industries or professions. For instance, coding boot camps and digital marketing courses are often more attractive in helping students secure jobs than traditional degrees in computer science or business. This is because these programs are tailored to industry needs, ensuring learning is job-ready upon completion. Moreover, skill education fosters creativity, problem-solving, and adaptability, qualities essential in a globalized world characterized by rapid technological advancements. On the other hand, formal education plays an indispensable role in providing foundational knowledge and promoting critical thinking. Core subjects such as science, mathematics, and literature develop analytical skills and intellectual curiosity. Additionally, formal education builds social and emotional intelligence through interaction in a structured environment. For example, universities not only teach theoretical knowledge but also encourage teamwork and communication through group projects and extracurricular activities. A balanced approach that integrates both forms of education would be ideal. Formal education can provide a strong theoretical base, while skill education can build on this foundation by imparting specialized, job-oriented training. Governments and educational institutions should consider reforming curriculums to include technical training alongside academic studies. In conclusion, skill education is undoubtedly crucial in addressing global realities and aligning with learner desires. However, it should not replace formal education entirely but rather work in collaboration with it to create a comprehensive learning experience. A holistic system combining theoretical knowledge and practical skills is the way forward to ensure success in the modern world.

In today's world, developping skills rather than just attaining theortical knowlegde is vital for following global trends and giving a response to the wants of leaners. I totally agree with the given statement and will explain it further with relevant examples in this essay. Theortical knowlegde or formal knowledge is not the need of the hour. What todays world require is more of practical knowledge or skills that a person could use on the field right there and then. The global market demands specific skills like coding, graphic designing, digital marketing etc to cop up with the changing trends in the world. These skills are easy to learn and can be well versed within short period of time. They also create job opportunities. People can easily make a career out of these skills. On the other hand, formal education emphasis on theoritical knowlegde making it rigid for the learners. This knowledge no longer guarantee job readiness. This kind of education often makes us feel outdated in todays world. To conclude, I would say that acquiring a skill education helps us to achieve our dreams make up job ready in this 21st century.

IN TODAY'S FAST CHANGING WORLD, THERE IS A GROWING DEBATE ABOUT WHETHER SKILL-BASED EDUCATION SHOULD TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER FORMAL EDUCATION. WHILE FORMAL EDUCATION PROVIDES THEOROTICAL FOUNDATIONAL KNOWLEDGE, I STRONGLY AGREE THAT SKILL EDUCATION IS MORE ALIGNED WITH GLOBAL REALITIES AND LEARNES ASPIRATIONS. FIRSTLY, SKILL EDUCATION PROVIDES PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS ENEBALING STUDENTS TO ADAPT REAL-WORLD SCENARIOS EFFECTIVELY. IN CONTRAST, THE FORMAL EDUCATION OFTEN EMPHASIS ON ROTE MEMORIZATION AND SKILL-BASED LEARNING FOSTERS CRITICAL THINKING AND PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITIES. FOR EXAMPLE, PROGRAMS LIKE CODING BOOTCAMPS GIVE A INSIGHT ON GATHERING HANDS ON EXPERIENCE, WHICH DIRECTLY TRANSLATES TO WORKPLACE COMPETNCE. THIS APPROACH IS PARTICULARLY VALUABLE IN INDUSTRIES WHERE TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENTS DEMAND UP-TO-DATE SKILLS. SECONDLY, SKILL EDUCATION BRIDGES THE GAP BETWEEN EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT. MANY GRADUATES OF FORMAL EDUCATION STRUGGLE TO FIND JOBS DUE TO LACK OF INDUSRY- SPECIFIC EXPERTISE. FOR INSTANCE, A STUDENT WITH A DEGREE OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION MIGHT FIND IT DIFFICULT TO SECURE A JOB WITHOUT PRAZCTICAL KNOWLEDGE OF DIGITAL MARKETING AND DATA ANALYSIS SKILLS THAT ARE INCREASINLY IN DEMAND. BY FOCUSING ON OUTCOME BASED LEARNING, SKILL EDUCATION ENSURES THAT INDIVIDUALS ARE WORK-FORCE READY, MEETING BOTH GLOBAL AND ECONOMIC NEEDS. A BALANCED INTEGRATION OF FORMAL AND SKILL EDUCATION COULD THEREFORE YIELD THE MOST EFFECTIVE LEARNING OUTCOMES. IN CONCLUSION, WHILE FORMAL EDUCATION REMAINS SIGNIFICANT, SKILL EDUCATION IS MORE RESPONSIVE TO DEMANDS OF THE MODERN WORL

Knowledge is the real treasure, that has to be given to the future generation. Practical methods of learning,as compared to the regular system of learning, should be encouraged to meet the global reality and learner's desires. Unless education is made to fulfill the worldly outcomes,it will not do any good.Outcome based learning is the need for the hour. In my opinion, practical skill building will only ensure, the future generation to become more evolved than us. Skills are required only to make the livelihood better. For instance, to grow my child i need to know basic house-chores, which if not learnt from anyone, will make me mute on handling this. In the world of, fast pace, outcome based learning is the best way. On the other hand, regular school based education does not prepare a student to handle every aspect of life than clerkship jobs, which ideally the british colonel trained us indians for. To give an example, I am a doctor myself, but if I dont understand how to fill a bank account form, I cannot be independently running every chore. Regular schooling does not help in growing the student to a profound human being. The bigger picture to this is, we cans see so many students from the regular schooling completely lost in not knowing what to do after their college graduations, even if the student was a topper. This shows the visible need for the change in system of education. To do this, only the government and the education boards have to come forward with a committe which will build innovative methods of schooling.
