In today's digital era, All the news of the world are available on palm due to social networks and there is growing belief that news channels will gradually be replaced. Althought it looks real but i partially agree on this due to certain authenticity of news that is provided by news channel. let us dive deep to understand more. To start with, Wherever there is any issues going on in surrounding, everyone nowadays has digital phone to video record it and put it in on social media rather than sending it back to news channel to gain popularity interms of followers and clicks for their own account. News channel are unaware of such scenarios until someone inform them to come there and they cannot cover all the issues until it looks like a headline. Secondly with this increase in followers and likes, job employment has increased where certain brands ask this influencers to become brand embassadors of their company so more and more people are trying to increase followers and views to get influencers job. On the contrary, there is a misuse of digital world more than it was ever before. For example one of the influencers has created viral marketing (showing a message she is dead) using Artificial Intelligence videos. Media came into picture and clearly shown source that she is not dead. Likewise many videos are circulating where people are eating sitting next to wild animals, going to multicultural landscapes using AI videos. This all shows there is a requirement of authencity of news which is always done by news channel. Many fake news are circulating by so called social media influencers to gain popularity which in turn creates issues to believe it or not. Due to this reason you can cross check with news channel to understand its source. To summarise, yes social networks are somewhat ahead of news channels but it has been misused more by people to gain followers. i think with strict government policy to take actions again fake news and AI video creators, it will help both social network and news channels to grow together.

Nowadays, people rely more on social networks to get news and latest updates instead of the news channels. In my opinion, I strongly agree that receiving the latest social updates are seen more popular in the social media before the news channels. First and foremost, the increasing trend in today's world primarily involves the usage of various social network applications due to its technical advancements. Most of the latest information are travelled through the social media influencers to the worldwide, where billions of people learn the data without watching new channels. For example, tourists people travelling to place suddenly spot an abondoned island near Andaman and Nicobar where natives living there still resembles like stone age people and are very dangerous to approach them. This type of live warning updates can be presented through networks by the influencers which results in flashing news in all the channels. Furthermore, there are enormous skills developed by the latest generations in order to present any detailed information regarding a trending criminal case, economic updates, sports, cultures etc., . Additionally, this way of explaining the updates are more creative compared to the news channels. This leads to replacing the news stations with the people active in the social media for spreading the latest updates. For instance, the current people prefer to get news in more simplified and explanatory way which is achieved by many youtubers. Those people tend to present news longing only for short time with more precise information covering all the sections, rather than watching the TV patiently for the latest updates from the news reader. In conclusion, there are various interesting ways of updating ourself using such media networks beyond the typical news channels. Thus I strongly believe that these networks are performing better than the new channels leading to positive aspects.

In the present generation people are able to acquire news and latest updates about the current scenerios happening in the world through various social networks well ahead than the established news channels. And many people feel news stations will be completely replaced by the new media. And I completely agree to this statement as I also believe this situation is a wake-up call for the old media to update and enhance their services. Social networks having technological advancements where digital media like instagram, facebook, telegram, twitter etc are new age social media platforms where things and situations are getting escalated with a belief that it will have a much faster reach and awareness about a particular incident. In contrast the old media which include news channels takea really long time to get reflected or aired on telivision. Whereas a tweet on a twitter, a post on the instagram and digital campaigns on facebook does not even take a few seconds to spread news all over the world and get people react on it. For an instance there had been a riot in Hyderabad recently which was primarily notified on a social platform where a person who was a part of it was showing the entire roit on instagram live. Whereas the same news was telecated on a news channel at the end of the day. However news channels are standardised and they have a system at place to which they are bound to follow the process and protocols for the same which acts as a potential barrier when it comes to spreading awareness and updating people with the latest news. To conclude this, news channels must fasten their process and update information to the public in a much accurate manner otherwise these ever developing social networks would takeover the news channels making them remarked as a platform where the content is extremely outdated.

In recent years, social networks have became a major source of news and current affairs, often delivering updates faster than traditional news channels. Some believe that this shift will eventually lead to the complete replacement of traditional news stations. while there is some truth to this prespective, I believe that news channels will continue to play a vital role alongside social media, rather than being fully replaced. It is undenaiable that social platforms like Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram provide rapid access to breaking news. Users can share eyewitness accounts, videos, and opinions in real-time, which often means that major events are reported on social media before they appear on television. For example, during natural disasters or political uprisings, the first images and updates often come from individuals on the ground rather that from offical news reporters. This immediacy is a key reason why many people are turning to social media for thier news consumption. However, speed does not always equate to accuracy. News stations employ professional journalists and follow editorial standards that help verify information before it is broadcast. In contrast, social media is notorious for the spread of misinformation and unverfied claims. The rise of "fake news" is a growing concern. particularly when misleading content goes viral and influences public opinon . For instance, during election seasons, false narratives on social media can spread unchecked, while news stations usually provide fact-checked coverage Moreover, traditional news channels offer in-depth analysis, interviews, and expert commentary that social media oftem lacks. while a tweet may inform the public that something has happened, it is the job of news outlets to expain why it matters, what the implications are, and to provide balanced viewpoints. In conclusion, while social media has become a dominant and immediate source of news, it is unlikely to completely replace traditional news channels. Instead, both will continue to coexist, with social media excelling in speed and acessibility, and news stations maintaining credibility, depth, and professionalism in reporting.

Replacement of the news channel is predicted as the inclination of the common people towards social networks are seen to be able to get the most recent news and latest updates. In today's time, Social networking platforms have emerged as the fastest sources of breaking news, often outpacing television broadcasters. While many argue that online platforms will soon replace traditional news stations. I partly disagree, as conventional outlets still hold irreplaceable value in credibility and professional reporting. The growing preference for social media is driven by its instant update and interactivity. News about natural disasters, political movements, or entertainment will be available and reported on twitter or instagram within few minutes. While features such as reacting , like commenting is much more interactive. On the contrary the reliability of social media content is often questionable. False rumours and unverified claims spread quickly online, sometimes creating mass panic. For example during the COVID-19 outbreak, while misinformation spread rapidly on social networks, official statistics and verified updates were largely delivered by trusted broadcasters. In conclusion, although social platforms dominate in speed and accessibility, they cannot fully replace professional journalism. Governments and policymakers depends on credible news agencies such as BBC or CNN.

News an informational insight that every individual reads or hears to keep himself/herself updated about whats happening throughtout the globe, in a world where technology is booming people are being updated on social media platforms overlooking the traditional news channels and surprisingly the news are being updated on social media quite ahead of broadcasters and this is leads to many believing that news stations will soon be completely replaced. Looking into the fact that social media platforms update latest news or headlines well ahead of news channels is true but people believing that news station will soon be completely replaced is something that I disagree , because social media platforms just updates the headlines about the news and not much of the details are posted. However recently I came across the Mahakumbh event that takes place in India after 12 years started off and I was shocked to read the headlines that it has started and this happened when i was scrolling through social media , immediately I picked up the TV remote to navigate to a news channel to hear more about the event and details about it , this shows that no matter what we hear or see in social media we always depend on the news channel to seek more clear information and live telecast from the channels. In conclusion , no matter how our lives or lifestyle adapts through evolving technoogy around us , we still depend on the traditional new channels to know more about the headlines and in our convenient language that we are comfortable with and it is a one stop destination to all types of news unlike the social media platforms that pops up with various news and posts making it difficult to navigate through.

News is considered as an integral part of everyday life of every individuals. In the recent times, people are receiving all kinds of social informations and news online even before telecasted by the news channels and this led to a common misconception that news stations will be replaced in near future. I opine that this kind of situation is unlikely, as the news networks telecast authentic news compared to the one read online. In earlier days the only sourse of news were newspapers and news networks which telecasted it on TV or on air. But, as the technology developed and with the introduction of smart phones spreading of news took various forms such as online newspaper, social media pages for instant news updates and so on. But with this so many people started to scam people with fake news and rumours which caused needless commotions among public.People refer to the authentic informations from news channels eventhough they watch it online from social networks. However, there are authentic source of information available online the citizens will never completely incline towards it because of various reasons such as watching news on television is a leisure time activity for many elders and the entire day's briefing of both national and International news is telecasted in News channels with so many informations, weather reports and so on. News channel is a one-stop for knowing all kind of infromations happening around us. I would like to conclude that, the news channels will never be rendered absolete in future due to the use of social networks.

Social networks are significant than news channels in case of getting news and current informations, and also will be replaced by social platforms in the future. I am partially agree with this statement but only under certain circumstances. Firstly, people now a days are too busy and do not have much time to watch news on channels. However, they keep them updated with new trends by using social media. Apart from this, the current news channels manipulate the information for higher TRP. And also, using social media to get knowledge related to technology and research is just a piece of cake for some people. Inaddition to this, websites are more accurate and precise. Additionally, one needs to wait to watch specific news on channels due to its timeline and scheduled dates. Similarly, i also had an experience, i used social platforms to search about current research and development in life science field rather than reading whole page, i did skimming and scanning to read only relevant paragraphs. In spite of this, older generation do not have much knowledge about advance technology, hence, they are unable to use platforms other than news channels. On the other hand, in their leisure time, people mostly office goers wants to see news on channels. I also remember that, back then during my childhood, when social media is less common and there is no other way to know about the Cricket matches, news channels were the only one that broadcasted this sport. In the end, there are some boon and bane for the two but if these stations will closed, then a majority of population will lose their jobs and became unemployed.

The news from different from social media sites are becoming very popular because they provide the latest information sooner than the traditional news channels. Many are speculating that the news broadcasting agencies will be replaced by social networks in the near future. According to various statistics, the social media sites like instagram, facebook and twitter have more viewship than the biggest news channels in the world combined. The advantage social media have its accessibility, people can access news from around the world, through there phones and they don't have to wait for the news telecast. There are many indiviual creators producing news content for various sectors and provide there analysis and views. In the latest US elections, the President elect Donald trump focused mainly on appearing on various podcasts and was very engagged in twittter and tik tok. Although there are several merits of social media and individual journalist, the demit is that they are currently lacking in investigative journalism. The traditional news companies have monetary and human resource to conduct various research projects in different parts of world. Secondly, information people get from the social media is not from credible sources, there are many misinformations, which might be misleading. Finally, official information by government agencies or by leaders are provided through official news channels for example, when a President or a leader addresses his/her nation. In conclusion, the information people are getting from social getting popular due to its various benefits. Its is not likely to completely replace news stations. Eventhough, the new medium is very popular it needs to resolve the issue of information validation.

I would personally disagree to that statement as even if an update reaches people through social networks before the News channel. The primary work of fact check and background check can only be done by the people sitting in those news station. No matter the age maybe the news paper will be replaced totally due to digitalisation but the news channel still have a lot to give. The updates, the opinions of different strata of the societies, the ground coverance and a lot more. News channels are not just the source of updates but are also thr prime source of debates, controversial topics and opinions. No matter how much time passes no social media platform can provide the ground coverage of a situation as it is given by the news channels. The skill of journalism would not be found on any social media platform. If we have to choose majority of the people like sitting in front of the TV's or big screens and getting the highlights of the day, many people still use news channel as one of the source to get a hold on current affairs. An update on inner politics or update on what happening inside the government could be the biggest trump card the news channels have over the social media. Well to concude both of the sources are highly being used by the people but when comparing the two platforms, news channel has a upper hand over social networks, as there are many places where no individual is allowed however, those same places which might be hidden from the eye of general public are accessible by the team which works in news channel hence making it a more stable and outright accurate source of information.

Social networks are delivering news and updates faster than traditional news channels, leading many to believe that news stations might soon become obsolete. while social media undeniably plays a significant role in modern news consumption, I strongly believe that traditional news outlets will remain indispensable. Social networks have become a popular source of news largely because of their immediacy. Breaking stories are often shared on these platforms in real time, with firsthand accounts, and live videos provinding instant access to unfolding events. This speed is unmatched by traditional news channels, which must adhere to production schedules and thorough editorial processes. Additionally, social networks offer users the ability to customize their news feeds, receiving updates tailored to their interests and preferences. Another advantage of social networks is the diversity of perspectives the provide. Moreover, social networks foster interactivity, enabling users to engage in discussions, share their views, and participate in debates, which adds an element of involvement that traditional media cannot replicate. However, the growing reliance on social networks for news raises significant concerns. A major issue is the spread of misinformation and fake news. Unlike traditional news outlets, which are bound by strict journalistic standards and fact-checking protocols, social media lacks effective oversight, allowing unverified or false information to circulate widely. Furthermore, traditional news outlets excel in providing in-depth analysis and investigate journalism. News stations employ experts, analysts, and correspondents who delve deeply into topics, presenting well-rounded perspectives that social networks cannot replicate. In conclusion, while social networks have transformed how people consume news by offering speed and diversity, they are unlikely to fully replace traditional news channels.

In recent days there is a drastic increase in the number of people using social media. Due to which people are instantly updated with the latest news or information even before news channels. There are some controversies that social media will fully replace the news channels. However I completely disagree that social media can destroy broadcast journalism. Although the technology is fast growing and the communication has also taken various new forms in the last decade, the importance of news has also been increasing. Social media can provide a lot of updates but not all of them can be trusted. Most of the information com from an unrelieable source. This can lead to miscommunication amoung the citizens. For example if a man is in a trail and suppose the social media posts something about that man that is not true that can seriously affect the man's life. But news channels never provide any facts without proper proof. Therefore press can be considered a official site where people can rely on the sources. Eventhough there is boom in technology, it is not neccasary that press channels will be replaced. Many of the channels are also developing with the advent of social media. News people connect with citizens through social media and covey the official facts. So in this way the news medium will not be completely removed by any ither means of communcation. Press will only be developed along with the social web. There is no destroying or replacing any official news channels.

The rise of social networks has undeniably transformed the people consume news and updates. Platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram provide a wide range of topics about latest updates from all around the world and reaches faster than the news channels. However, the statement that news stations will soon be replaced by social networks is quite debatable. While Social networks have their advantages, they also present significant challenges. One of the primary advantages of social network is its speed and accessibility. Users can instantly share, upload or download the information, making it invaluable source for breaking news. For instance, during events like natural disasters eyewitnesses provide immediate coverage before news stations. However, the reliability and credibility of the social networks remain a major concern. This has led to false information and fake news, which can have serious consequnces. For instance, false reports on social media during the COVID-19 pandemic caused confusion and panic. Moreover, news channels offer in-depth analysis, expert opinions that social media posts often lack. While a tweet or a post can provide immediate updates, it is the detailed reporting by journalists that help audiences understand broader implications of events. In conclusion, while social networks have evolved and revolutionalized in the way the news is shared, they cannot fully replace traditional news channels. Instead of one replacing the other, a complementary relationship between the two can better serve public's need for both speed and accuracy in news reporting.

Social media reaches us with quick bites sooner than the news channels do, but the question of reliability stings us. The present generation widely uses social media and consumes news from it more than they do from traditional news media. However, this might not always be the best way to consume news since the threat of fake news always looms around. There are more bad than good when news is consumed from social media ad is shared rapidly around the world without any verification about the truth in the news that is being spread. Such actions leave a scar on the lives of the people when the news is fake. In traditional news media, there is proper research and different levels of approval involved before the news is published, making it a reliable medium to consume news. While we see the young hung to social media for quick bites, we cannot ignore the elderly, who still prefer the old way. Even today we can see people who read the newspaper not just for news but to improve their vocabulary. Another concerning factor that comes with consuming news from social media is the sensationalism that comes with it. Information and content that does not need significant attention also circulate over the ones that need our immediate attention. Flashy pictures with sensational headlines get the most reach than a significant topic that demands our attention. With access to all the information in our palm size gadget, consuming news from the social media does have a bright side if we use it with caution and sensitivity; however, news stations may not be completely replaced in the near future, at least until we find a solution to eradicate fake news.

Nowadays, many individuals hear about the news and recent developments from social media well ahead of time compared to news channels, which leads to people speculating whether such platforms will be completely replaced. Although millions of people are on social media, it can never remove the trust and faith that one has in media houses. This essay will discuss how social media can never replace news channels. On the one hand, news agencies have employed qualified and skilled persons to collect and report the news to the public accurately, which is not the case in social media as there is always room for bias and misinformation. Furthermore, these channels ensure that timely news is available clearly and concisely to all its viewers. For instance, channels such as Mirror Now have taken active measures such as conducting regular debates, which provide the required information to the public from reliable sources. On the other hand, even though the majority of the youth prefer to get their news from social media, when it comes to the older generations, quite a few prefer news channels as it is easily accessible to the public. Moreover, social media is not a user-friendly platform, making it difficult for people to operate. For example, many elderly people or even physically disabled people find it difficult to even open an account on the internet, let alone acquire news online. To conclude, I would strongly disagree that social media can ever replace news channels. This is due to the accuracy and accessibility that is given by news agencies, which social media lacks thoroughly.
