Colleges and Universities play a vital role in imparting knowledge to people and it should be their responsibility to educate their students with more practical knowledge and skills require in their life and future career. I believe this should be advised to the colleges so that the companies and workplaces can get young aspirants who are already refined and skillful. The institutes already provide academic knowledge to students to make them educationally and intellectually sound. However, along with just theories and bookish knowledge, colleges should provide education and guidance in gaining practical knowledge. This knowledge will be helpful to students in their future career. In addtion to that, practical skills such as accounting, making investments, how to implement knowledge, and how to generate an idea should be taught so that students can handle difficulties regarding these in their lives. For instance, in recent times employers look for persons who are intellectually sound and have thorough practical skills in order to have top talents in their company. Moreover, these skills not only help career or job wise but also in their day to day life. For instance, people have monthly expenses and needs to generate a full expenditure list then accounting is required. If any student who wants to have their own business in future then the first and foremost step would be idea creation which is followed by how to put that idea into reality. For instance, there is a college in India which sends its students to different countries around the world to have exposure and gain practical knowledge about business to start their business startups. In conclusion, I strongly agree with the idea of universities promoting practical knowledge as the students get great exposure and become independent in their prime to support themselves in the future.

THIS TOPICS DEPICTS ABOUT THE IMPART OF EDUCATION TO PEOPLE WHICH IS ENTRUSTED AND CHARGED BY COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES. ACCORDING TO MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, I WILL AGREE WITH THIS STATEMENT BECAUSE THESE INSTITUTIONS ARE ADVISED TO EDUCATE STUDENTS WITH MORE PRACTICAL SKILLS LIKE MANAGING ACCOUNTS AND INVESTMENTS RATHER THAN ONLY EDUCATING THEORITICALLY. INSTITUTIONS LIKE COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES ARE ENTRUSTED AND CHARGED TO BRING EDUCATION TO PEOPLE WHICH MUST BE DONE CORRECTLY BY EDUCATING STUDENTS WITH MORE PRACTICAL SKILLS RATHER THAN EDUCATNG THEM WITH ONLY THEORITICAL KNOWLEDGE. "PRACTICE MAKES A MAN PERFECT" THIS PROVERB DOESN'T JUST FIT FOR OUR LIVES, BUT ALSO FOR EDUCATION AND MAINLY FOR EDUCATION PURPOSE WHERE HANDS ON EXPERIENCE GIVES US MORE EXPOSURE TO GAIN FULL KNOWLEDGE ON THE TOPICS OR THINGS WHICH WE WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT AND LEARN IN DETAIL. FOR EXAMPLE: MANAGING ACCOUNTS AND DOING INVESTMENTS CANNOT BE DONE WITH JUST READING THEORIES BECAUSE BOOK UNDERSTANDING TEACHES US ONLY ABOUT WHAT THAT TOPIC IS, BUT DOING IT PRACTICALLY IS A WHOLE DIFFERENT SEGMENT WHERE WE EXPERIENCE HOW THE MARKET MOVES AND HOW ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES ARE FOLLOWED TO MAINTAIN BOOKS AND TO PREPARE FINANCIALS. WITH NO PRACTICAL SKILLS, STUDENTS WILL STRUGGLE TO COPE IN THEIR WORK PLACE WHICH IS A HUGE MINUS FROM THEIR SIDE. NOT ALL INSTITUTIONS CAN EDUCATE THEIR STUDENTS WITH PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS BECAUSE OF LESS INFRASTRUCTURE OR UNDERDEVELOPED INSTITUTIONS WHO HAVE LESS CONNECTIONS WITH CORPORATES OR INSTITUTIONS WHO SOLELY RELY ON THEORY RATHER THAN SKILLS.

The primary goal of universities and colleges is to impart education to people. Financial education being as important , being neglected in the curriculum, I agree that these institutions should cater to educating students on finance and investments. No matter how much amount of money a person makes, but with no management skills, he is destined to lose them all at some time . Money management is an art which requires proper guidance and knowledge, that i believe should be imparted at the university level as in most cases, that is the period of life, one starts to live off their own, and it is crucial that they manage their finance well, so that they can better pay off their educational loan at a faster pace. This skill if inculcated well would prove truly phenomenal later when the student starts earning from their job, and there would be proper management of the salary, avoiding the necessity to take up additional bank loans to make the ends meet. A well defined approach includes the right proportion of the amount fixed for various requirements and also it varies for each individuals, as the personal taste varies. Some people such as me favour travelling, whereas others would prefer shopping , so there exists no fixed strategy, but if taught the skill, one can easily make personal strategies and manage well. Account management is defintely an important skill, but when one is introduced to the world of investment, one realises the value of patience, perseverance and the magical power of compounding, where one practically understands how money gets multiplied rather than just summing. There are lots of ways one can invest , it could be into mutual finds, company shares, gold, siler and so on. Although it sounds easy but with the inevitable market conditions, without proper knowledge and skill, one can easily lose all of their investments at once. So, it proves that investment skills must be taught at the university level, so that the students get accustomed to it and can level up their skills and be ready to invest larger amounts once they start earning out of their salaries and if they learn it well, they could even help their family who does not have much idea on investing too. In conclusion, i strongly believe the institutions should priortise financial education as much as the other subjects and i believe if one institution starts it , all the others woudl follow them and there would be a nation of youth with better financial knowledge as financial literacy is the need of the hour.

Universities are required to impart education to students and is trusted to provide ultimate knowledge to upbuild one's practical skills. It is very essensial for these institutes, to make it's people ready for jobs in industries by assiting them in hands-on experience and learning. I strongly agree with the concept of 'The education centres have to provide laboratories with all the required facilities to help the students to use their theoritical information in real life'. For example, one cannot learn about investments and account management without learning the basics these centres provide and likewise, they cannot apply the learn't theories directly in the global market without any experience. On one hand, we know that, a college is a group of educationalists and resource team, teaching everything important about a topic in-depth. They are also a primary route to social network, where they organise and host successors of the industries to mingle and share their experiences with young-minds. This can not only assure them that they are in the right path, but also motivate them to dive into the field and achieve in the interested stream. For instance, today as we are in the era where internet is accessible to anyone and anywhere, there are various online platforms reaching out to educate people on any topic of their interest, which was not available earlier and libraries where the lone sources. We can highlight the fact that, although they give notes and lectures based on theories, the ability of the learner to apply this practically is lacking. On the other hand, the institution must build facilities to help students and motivate them to work without any risk and build their portfolio and resume for industry ready personality. But this has been out viewed nowadays as they try to make the education a business and focus on profits for the instituitions. In conclusion, I abide to the opinion of providing practical knowledge to students along with the knowledge to generate a better student in the corporate world.

Universities and many academic institutions are trusted to provide learning and information to students, and hence it is believed that such places should also incorporate more practical knowledge in area of managing finances and stock investments. In my opinion I agree with the above statement as it is an essential skill in our daily lives and the lack thereof can lead to a failure in utilising their finances. This essay will expand on the above reasons. Many people have gained an upper hand in society due to their knowledge of stock markets and by maintaining their wealth in a proper way. Since colleges and other institutions provide knowledge in various fields which are not concerned with economic subjects, it leads to students being unaware on how to manage their finances. This often leads to monetary loss and poor fiscal management. A recent study by the ABC news stated that 90% of doctors suffer economic losses due to faulty saving techniques. Contrastingly, such universities do not feel obligated to provide such courses as many students don't feel the need for it. Therefore due to a lack of the majority showing up for such extracurricular classes, these subjects are often removed from their curriculum as it proves to be a hassle to adjust time in course related studies and practical subjects. For instance, college classes get over at 6 pm in many states due to which people don't get enough time for any extra classes. Thus, these institutes have abandoned the idea of teaching these

I agree that colleges and universities are should provide more prctical skills such managing accounts and investments intheir curriculum. While academic subjects are also essential for the growth and understanding of the students. One key reason is that financial knowledge is very important for the students.Students are not aware of accounts and investments. They have lack of knowledge of this important factos. Many of the students are struggling with managing the finance due to lack of planning and knowledge. By teaching and providing proper guidance students will develop the habit of planning, saving and investing. For exmaple , a course on personal finance can help the to save money for retirement, manage student loan. Additionally, practical skills helps student to become more creative. In colleges and universities many students find theory subjects as boring. So practical skills should be taught to students so that they will be more active. It will also help them to apply this skills in real-world scenarios. Many students are unware of Investements. Students should start SIP, it help benefit them after certain years also the save will be safe. Institutions should educate the students by providing practical lessons on emergency funds that will be helpful at the time of crisis. A relevant example can be found in Germany, where many universities offer dual education program that combines academic studies with practical trainings in industries. Theoretical knowldege and hands-on experience make them well professional. In conclusion ,practical skills such as managing accounts and investments is essential in College and University curriculum.

With developing countries, it has become essential to have knowledge about investments and how to manage accounts. However, institutes play a vital role in students life as they are the last official learning place where they learn how to succeed in futrure, so they are advised to give these information. In my opinion colleges and universities should take in charge and educate students with these practical skills. As colleges and universities are the important events of student's life where they get to learn about various things such as teamwork, group discussions, discipline, how to pursue studies towards your dream as well as pursue your passion. After passing through universities they starts earning and initially, it is difficult to manage expenses for employees, for instance, studies shows that many individuals were not aware how to handle earnings and lack of knowledge regarding investment and tend to spend all of their salaries in one go. However, if the individuals are given lectures about the investments such as mutual funds, properties, gold along with the various investment schemes they will be better at managing accounts. For instance, they will be able to engage money efficiently and will be even able to buy their own independent house or car as well as property for their own business setup. For example, countries like United Kingdom and Germany, integrate financial stimulationa dn case studies and this accounted for producing financially literate and market-ready graduates. In conclusion, integrating practical skills like managing accounts and investments into education equips students with financial literacy, career readiness and world compentance. This balance of theory and practical ensures graduates are well prepared for modern challenges.

Nowadays, education plays a vital role in our lives. Practical knowledge such as management of accounts and investments should be given to people as part of education in learning institutions like college and universities. I agree that practical skills help people more to sustain in the competitive world. This essay will highlight the merits of practical education and the applications of it. To commence with, the major advantage of skills that are taught practically to individuals is that they are more likely to utilize it in their daily activities which keeps them ahead of their peers. Moreover, they tend to remember the knowledge throughout their lives. For example, my friend learnt to make investments and manage accounts during her college days in a practical manner and today she is one of the most renowned chartered accountant of the country. Hence, practical skills are the key to success. On the other hand, inculcating practical skills in the university students is a great way to make them ready for their future as they wil allow them to solve their problems quickly and efficiently. Futhermore, learning institutions only teach theoritcal knowledge which students will not be able to retain it for a long period of time. For example, Millennials do not possess much knowledge to solve real-life problems and generally they suffer most of the time due to lack of practical knowledge. Furthermore, Generation-Z are voraciously inclined towards learning and applying practical knowledge. As a ramification of this, they are much more smarter and intelligent in every aspect of their life than Millennials. To conclude, in my opinion, universities should motivate scholars to learn and inclined themselves towards practical education rather than theortical.

In recent days colleges and universities focus more on theoretical aspect of education rather than a practial approach. This essey, will delve into my own views on weather these institues should educated their students at a practical level. In my view it is crucial for universities and colleges to educate students with practical subject that aligns with their real life aspects. Firstly, the students should be informed about the recent happenings in financial industry rather than what is theoretically stated in past records, which then further exacerbates into some wrong financial decisions. When allowed to have a real life exposure to such practices students are more likely to develop healthy financial practices from an early stage. For instance, when a student is made aware about some financial techniques such as managing accounts or teaching them finacial discipline , the student can develop an early habit to take account of such things. Therefore, the student can be confident and secure with their future planning. Secondly, when colleges and universitis which are entrusted to impart education could help students learn about vartious investment trends , can lead them to practice these as they learn. Further, when someone starts to invest they are forced to learn about the economical aspect of the life as well. For example a person who is taught to invest safely and regularly , can have numerous benefits, further securing their offspring's future. Thus, this could help them lead a life which is financially secured and help them achieve financial freedom. To conclude, I completely agre with the view advised to our colleges and universities to educate their respective students about financial planning at an individual level, involving them to manage their accounts and practice healthy investment techniques.

In todays fast paced world, the primary objective of colleges and universities should be to equip students with skills that translate into real world success. While theoritical knowledge lays a strong foundation, there is no denying that practical skills such as managing accounts , investments and financial literacy are indispensable in the modern era. After all," Knowledge is power", but it's the application of knowledge that drives success. Financial literacy, for instance, is a skill often overlooked in traditional curricula, leaving graduates ill- prepared to handle their personal finances. By incorporating subjects like account management and investment stratigies into their programs, educational institutions can better prepare students for life beyond the classroom. This shift would not only "kill two birds with one stone" by imparting knowledge and practical expertise but also foster financial independence and security among young individuals. On the flip side , critics may argue that the role of colleges is to nurture critical thinking and a broad understanding of the world, rather than focus solely on job specific skills. However , blending theoritical insights with hands-on training would strike the perfect balance. After all," actions speak louder than words" and the ability to apply what is learned in practical scenarios is what truly matters. In conclusion, while traditional education has its merits, universities must embrace the winds of change and adapt their curricula to include practical skills. This approach will not only make students more competent but also ensue they are ready to face the challenges of the real world head-on

Education plays a key role in granting knowledge and skills to people in the long run. And many educational institutions and university are trusted with great faith that these colleges will always provide the lesson of facing reality with enough confidence and courage. I completely agree with the notion, where it is highly important for universities to teach their students many practical skills like managing accounts and investments as a rule of thumb. Earlier, only the theoretical knowledge of accounts and investments for provided to the commerce specialised students. And even with such learnings people struggled to manage their finances post graduation, because of the reality of life. People don't always make the right choices when it comes to money in the real life. Making smart decisions with regard to money is not everyone's cup of tea. There are various aspects that influences a person's money spending behaviour all the times. Thus, it is way too necessary for Universities to pitch in and impart the practical skill of managing finances, so people's struggle in real world is sorted. For instance, Educational institutions can bridge the gap of these learnings, taking fundamental accounting classes to all students in the university. Additionally, universities can invite speakers from investment fields to grant lessons on diversifying funds in the market and various other investment options to understand the impact of money in everyone's lives. To conclude, accounting and investing subjects will always be core subjects to commerce specilisation, and there is so much depth into these concepts than one knows. But at the present, basic knowledge of these subjects are key for making normal financial decisions in one's life.

Colleges and universities demand huge amount of money for providing education to students. Institutions should educate students with practical skills such as managing accounts and investments which will be beneficial for them while, working in corporates. I completely agree with the topic. Colleges and universities demand for lumpsum amount of fees for giving education to students. University includes all kinds of subjects related to the stream but they lack to provide practical knowledge and skills. Individuals should have good knowledge and exposure on their spending. They should be good financial planner and advisor. As inflation is skyrocketing, people should be aware on how much to spend particular month and how much to save. If practical skills are taught them during college days, students would not face any problems in future. As soon as, they started working in corporates and earning they will start investing their funds in various types of schemes available in market such as SIP, mutual funds, retirement policy, health insurance, LIC and many more. If they have knowledge of managing accounts and investments which will be taught them during their college days, they will not spend unnecassarily. Students gets pocket money from parents during their college days and therefore they are not aware about the pain and time it takes to earn money. So, if pratical skills such as managing accounts and investments will be included during their course studies, students will be aware on how to make money and where to invest in order to secure better future.

Colleges and universities play an important role in equpping students with skills necessary in their future endevours. While traditional academic education is vital, there is a growing arguement that these institutions should place greater emphasis on teaching practical skills, such as managing accounts and investments. I strongly agree with this notion, as it better prepares students for real-world challenges and fosters financial independence. Firstly, incorporating practical financial skills into the curriculum equips students with essential tools for life. In today's fast paced world, where financial literacy is crucial, many individuals face difficulties in managing their personal finances. Skills such as budgeting, tax filing and investment planning are rarely taught in unoversities, leaving graduates unprepared to handle financial responsibilities. For instance, young adults often struggle with student loans or credit card debts due to a lack of knowledge about financial managment. By integrating these subjects, educational institutions can ensure that students graduate with a foundational understanding od how to manage their finances effectively. However, it is essential to maintain a balance between theoretical and practical education. Ciritcs argue that universities are centers for advanced learning and should not reduce their focus on theoretical foundations. While this is valid, the two approaches are not mutually exclusive. A curriculum that combines theoretical knowledge with practical applications ensures holistic development. For example, students studying economics could benefit greatly from pracitcal modules on investment strategies, which complement their theoretical learning. In conclusion, prioritizing practical skills like financial managment in colleges and universities is a necessary evolution in education. By doing so, institutions prepare students not only for professional success but also for personal financial stability. A well rounded education that integrates practical and theoretical knowledge is key to meeting the demands of the mordern world.

The topic is regarding the responsiblies of the colleges and universities in educating students with practical knowlege or skills that are beneficial for them in future. On which I completely agree that the students have only therotical knowlege without knowing how to apply them . Taking my college as an example. Firstly students have knowledge of all the computer algorithms and functions which are used in solving problems but don't have any idea of how to use which algorithm when required . Recently we had our practical exam where we were given a task of developing a model based on a table .The table contained two variables (x1 ,x2) and the respective outcome (y). The goal was to predict the outcome y based on the values of x1 and x2 . Here it was understood we had to use simple linear regression model to predict the outcomes . However students who had top the theory exams struggled with the problem implying that they had book knowlege but no practical skills. Moreover students are educated about older technology that has been outdated for a long time therefore have no idea of how to use nowadays applications and machines . I had taken a course in microprocessor where i was taught the working of Pentium processors which have been replaced by i3, i5 i9 chips. Thus i had no working knowledge about these processors additionally information of pentium processor turned out to be useless at they have been removed from the market . For these reasons , I 100 percent agree that the student must be taught how to use their knowlege in real world .The Universities must teach students about real life problems rather that specific book examples preparing them to solve the new problem on their own.

In fast pacing world today that we reside in ,Offering education to large number of young people are considered as main responsibility for universities and colleges. In my opinion, educational institutions should be given chance to impart knowledge to students in specialized courses (such as computer engineering and finance )along with providing formal eductaion which will inculcate good values. On the one hand, universities provide good opportunities for students to learn specific skills related to their interseted domains. This will help them to get good paying jobs in multinational companies which will aid to improve their financial status.Additionally, this can augment economy of the country which further enhanaces youth standard of living.A quintessenatial example would be my cousin who did not enough money to support family in earlier days is now secured a decent job in multinational company after graduating from university. Thus , Universities play important role in shaping people lives. On the other hand, univeristies should focus on inculcating good values in students which will help them to distinguish between good and bad.in other words ,universities should impose strict discipline actions related to punctuality, submitting assignments on time and cultivating learning habits to become ideal citizens .Moreover, with such stringent disciplinary actions, these citizens will become asset to the country in shaping national economy on global stage. Also, government should take necessary steps to provide access to students who are eligible and talented by providing free eductaion.Policy makers should strike a balance between access to university education and allocation of resourses to other areas which are essential for development of the country. In conclusion, i fully agree with the view and firmly belive that the colleges and universities should be given diligent responsibilty to impart education to young people in specialized skill sets.
