Dear course director, Greetings of the day! This is Kantimaie Godavarti from the batch-2 of the baking course. Firstly, I would like to thank you for offering such a wonderful course. I really enjoyed every bit of the course as it was truly insightful. The trainer was absolutely patient to teach each one of the batch every nuance of baking. I would also want appreaciate the plan of lessons as it started off with the basic introduction to baking, which is absolutely required for a person like me who knows nothing about it. I woke up every day with an excitement to attend the class. Now, I feel I know almost everything related to baking. I am confident to make all range of bakery items now. It could be a basic bread or a fancy cake for celebrations. Further, I would like to suggest you to start off with cookery classes which can enable cooking enthusiasts like me to cook the best. Dear Sir or Madam, My name is SIddharth Garikipati and I'm writing to you to express my deepest gratitude on letting me be a part of the workshop on baking. It was absolutely excellent and informative! To start with, I really apprieciate the preparation that went into teaching us these techniques of baking. Particularly, the instructors were so professional and very competent. In fact, they had highly informed methods of baking such as the beating rate of the cake batter and addition of baking soda to get the perfect consistency and softness in the end. Ever since I have finshed the course I have immensely enjoyed baking every week. Apart from that, my baking has become far better than before and, today all my friends and family are my biggest fans. I would highly recommend you to conduct another such workshop but for French pastries and delicacies as I adore them and would love to make them by hand someday. I believe, that it will be a very challenging and worthwhile. Maybe I will bake a baguette someday as well! Your Sincerely, Siddharth

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to express my opinion on the short baking course I recently attended at your esteemed institution. It was delightful experience and i will enumerate the things i enjoyed about the course in this letter, as well as suggest another course i would like to be offered. Firstly, the course was extremely well structured and enabled all participants to make the most of it. I enjoyed learning about the various techniques of baking and the importance of various ingredients in the course. The gastronomical information on all ingredients was particularly a favourite one of mine. Since i completed the course, i have been able to bake about a dozen different dishes. I've received excellent feedback from the clients and I plan to soon open my own bakery. I would to like to suggest a more detailed course of choosing healthier as well as vegan ingredients for the next session. This would help the learners to cater to a more diverse range of clientelle. To conclude, my overall feedback on the course is extremely positive. I will be recommeding this course to my peers and I wish to be back in the institute to learn more. Dear Mr. Smith, I am writing to express my gratitude for the recent course that I taught at your academy. The handouts, which were distributed during the sessions created more effective to practise the varieties at home. Moreover, the recorded materials aided a lot in knowing nuances and the techniques used in the session because, from the learners' perspective, it depicts the way the customer needs the end product. So far, I have baked around five different varieties, which are delicious and astonished as my family members shared the comments positively. Though there are arduous situations arise while making this food, the final recipe comes out with a unique taste that no one felt about earlier. I would like to consider a few other courses that will help to achieve my career ambition and move forward to apply in real-life implementation, especially cuisine related to Indian and Italian dishes that satisfy the needs of many people.
