Dinner Invitation For New Neighbors

Dear Sam and Peter, I hope this letter finds you in good spirits. I am Nidhi, your next door neighbour, and I live in the apartment beside yours, with my husband and my pet cat and I am writing this letter to invite you both to join us for dinner next Sunday. To describe the house I live in, my living room is quite spacious and has a recliner sofa, on which we can relax and play some games to keep ourselves entertained. Furthermore, the kitchen is attached to the dining room, so it would make it easier for me to assemble the spread i have planned for dinner.You both have to try out my speciality, malai kofta with a side of naan paired with a mango lassi and finish off with "melt in your mouth" gulab jamuns. We also have an interesting display of some of the hand-painted artefacts that we got from India, and i would love to explain the significances behind those paintings. Dear Lisa and Harry, Hope you are doing well. I noticed that you guys have moved a few days ago in Aria 24 apartment on the 8th floor on which I live too. As I not available at home for the past few days, I wanted you to invite for dinner at my place. Firstly, I'll introduce myself as we live on the same floor and moreover will cross paths more often. I am Kate who is a native of Aylesbury and has been living in Aria 24 apartment from the past 4 years. Also, I am working with F&S Corporates from past 1 year and I live alone in my apartment. Moving forward with the details of apartment that I live in is that I own this apartment and it is a 2BHK with a terrace garden. To be more precise, as I stay alone I have a minimal setup with a sofa, TV and dinning table. I usually relax on sofa while enjoying TV on weekends as there is no enough time available during office hours.
