Marriage is one of the debating topics nowadays. Some people do not wish to get married today. In this essay, I will shed some light on the negative and positive aspects of marriage, including some examples. I disagree with the statement that Marriage harms society. People should get married in their late 20s, as marriage is the most beautiful thing in the world. Once you get married then you get a companion for life with whom you can be vulnerable. Additionally, you are more independent and get a feeling of belongingness. For Instance, one of my friends recently got married; however, she was just 22 years old, although it was a love marriage, she was still nervous. Moreover, once she got married, she was more independent than she had been in her life; she is extremely enjoying her married life and is settled. She has now started loving cooking and has recently participated in one of the cooking competitions. Having said that, marriage depends on the person with whom you are being married. If the person is of a constructive nature, then he/she will always push you to pursue and excel in your life. Since everything has its positive and negative impact, if a person gets married with the wrong partner, then her life will be hell, even though if it is a love marriage. Recently, one of my colleagues was sharing her marriage experience and she told me that after 5 months of her marraige, she got to know that her partner cheated on her while they were dating and she saw the photographs of them, even her in-laws are demanding. To conclude, Marriage is not a negative development for the society. Instead, if you know someone who really loves you then one should get married in their 20's as it can be the best thing ever happend to you.

Humanbeings are considered as social-beings and there are certain code of conduct to live in a society. Marriage is such a ritual that help us to grow in a community and maintain the structure of the society. Currently, some do not prefer to get married and many argue that this trend may bring a negative impact. I partially agree with the statement as marriage is an individual's choice and it is not something we can force someone to do. To begin with, families are the major essential elements in a society. Economical, emotional and other developments are based on how each family is contributing to the society. Marriage plays a key role as it is an institution that brings new members to the community. If someone refuse to get married and have children, it breaks the links and may result in extinction of that family. Hence, it is the responsibility of every individual to develop and sustain society structure as humans will not survive without the support of society. On the otherhand, marriage is a long-term commitment and it requires to invest effort and time of both partners. If someone is forcfully marrying some just for the sake of saving society, the outcome can be worse than expected. A healthy marriage is quintessential for the community. Not having marriage is better than having a toxic relationship. To conclude, marriage is soley an individual's choice. However, marriages contributes in the deveopment of the society. I agree to an extent that not getting married may impact the societal development in a negative way. So leaving the decion to each individual is the best to do as only healthy relationships brings happiness in the society.

Nowadays, some indviduals consider marriage a setback for the society, and some of them are not even interested in finding their partner. However, I do believe that marriage has a lot of advantages that no one can underestimate. Firstly, to elaborate more about the main reasons behind the belief of some people that marriage have negtive impact on the community, There would be many reasons. In one hand, the financial pressure, for example the weddings and other family obligations that can be expensive. Other reason could be potential for abuse, as in some cases marriage can trap individuals in unhealthy or abusive relationship due to cultural or legal barriers. Moreover, divorce later can be an important cause, where high divorce rates can lead family instability and will definitely impact children and their social life which will end up impacting the society as well. Howerver, on the other hand, a larger segment of people aknowledge and appreciate the positive and great impact of marriage on the development of the society. Marriage often provides a stable family structure, which can reduce crime rates and promote better communities, Also, married couples may combine resources, leading to better financial security, and bigger contribution to the economy, for instance they will be more able to start a business togethe. In fact, studies showed that married people may experience better physical and mental health, reducing healthcare burdens on society. In conclusion, despite the believe by many that marriage is a negative development to the society, due to some financial and other mentioned challenges. Yet, marriage continue to play a significant role in shaping society by promoting stability, safety, and economic growth.

In recent times, individuals consider that getting committed to a relationship is sheer wastage of money and energy. However, this type of attitude will lead to adverse effects on the progress of nation. In this essay, I will discuss the points on agreement and disagreement of the same in the upcoming two paragraphs. Firstly, I would like to state that marriage is the purest and most necessary relationship for the survival and expansion of society. Most of the youngsters do not want to getting bound with marriage. However, they want to stay in live-in relationship and give a try. Furthermore, some people get married after the age of 40's and this leads to adverse effects on the development of the country. For instance, if a person thinks about marriage till the age of 35 because of career, and after crossing the appropriate they get married, those relationships does not last for long. as the cases of separation are increasing day by day, divorces are prevaling at a high pace and so on. Due to such situations people are not able to concentrate on their work and job places. Secondly, if I had to write about the disagreement of the above statement, I would say that if one has to take a divorse and spend money on legal disputes, one should not get married and stay single and if he/she finds a suitable match at old age, one should get married and stay happily forever. Moreover, society and parents does not allow youngsters to live single or in-live type of relationship that are prevalent in the modern society. Indians have fear of God and one should seriously think before doing anything wrong with anyone. For example:- If a person files a case in court for separation after 10 years of marriage, the main sufferers are the kids and the parents of both, husband and wife. To conclude, I would like to say that I agree to the point that marriages should be done at an appropriate age and with proper rituals and traditions with the approvals of the parents.

In recent years, an increasing number of individuals have chosen not to marry, a trend that has sparkled debates about its effects on society. While some view this as a harmful development that undermines traditional values, I believe it is not necessarily negative, as it reflects evolving personal choices and social progress. On the one hand, critics argue that avoiding marriage can weaken the fabric of society. Marriage has traditionally been regarded as the cornerstone of family life, providing stability and a structured environment in which children can be nurtured. For instance, in many cultures, married couples are seen as role models who pass on moral values, cultural practices, and social norms to future generations. If fewer people marry, this system of social continuity may be disrupted, leading to concerns about declining family cohesion and reduced community support. On the other hand, choosing not to marry can be interpreted as a positive sign of individual freedom and changing social attitudes. Many people today priotrise personal development, career ambitions, or financial independence over conventional family life. For example, young professionals in metropolitan cities often delay or avoid marriage altogether to focus on their aspirations. Furthermore, the idea that happiness and stability are only achievable through marriage is outdated. Numerous individuals build fulfilling lives through alternative arrangements, such as long-terms partnerships or living independently. Such flexibility demonstrates society's adaptability and inclusiveness, where diverse lifestyles are accepted rather than judged. In my view, the decision to marry or not should be respected as a matter of personal preference. Instead of considering the decline in marriage rates as harmful, societies should focus on creating supportive systems that cater to varied lifestyles. This includes providing equal rights for unmarried partners and ensuring that children, regardless of their family structure, have access to education, heathcare, and emotional support. In conclusion, while some fear that fewer marriages may erode social values, I firmly believe it is not a negative development. Rather, it symbolises greater freedom of choice and a broader definition of happiness, which ultimately strengthens modern society.

Marriage is the sacred union of not only two people, but also the assimilation of two families. This is a massive responsibility, which people of this generation feel will be a huge burden to bear and therefore back off from the prospect of getting married. It makes us question whether the society is edging towards modernism, or simply regressing in its thought process. In this essay, i will be discussing my point of view on this matter and explain why it can lead to our downfall as a community. Marriage in India is considered very pure and is often the traditional way of starting a family. This has been passed on from one generation to another for ages. However, presently, the influence of social media has been one of the primary reasons that have resulted in the deviation from these conventional practises. The increasing impact of western culture has also added on to this trend , where living together or just being in a relationship seems to be the ideal way to live, rather than be in a lifelong commitment. In addition to this ,youngsters these days want to be financially independent and secure. With weddings being an expensive affair, Staying single seems like a better option than to be united in holy matrimony as this leads to sharing money, running a household together , thereby adding on the exisiting responsibilites. Moreover, prevalent divorce rates have played a significant role in contributing to this trend, further increasing fear of marriages and diminishing the faith that we have in them. These are some of the main factors that have resulted in demolition of our rich culture and heritage , thereby resulting in a failure to grow and keep our values alive as a society. In conclusion,I strongly agree that this will further lead to erosion of our traditional practises and we losing our cultural identity in the process. It is time to wake up, make people aware of their roots and stand up to the concept of marriages and promote it among the youth today.

In recent years, more individuals are choosing not to marry, a trend that some consider detrimental to society. However, I believe this shift in societal behavior is not inherently negative and, in many cases, reflects positive changes in individual autonomy, personal choice, and evolving social norms. One of the primary reasons why some people opt not to marry today is the growing focus on personal development and career. In the past, marriage was often seen as a necessary step in life, providing stability and social acceptance. However, many people now prioritize their education, career, and self-discovery, and may feel that marriage could limit their personal growth or independence. For instance, people in their 20s and 30s might delay marriage to focus on advancing in their careers, traveling, or pursuing hobbies that require time and attention. This individualistic approach reflects a broader societal shift towards personal fulfillment rather than traditional roles. Additionally, attitudes towards relationships and family structures have evolved. Many people today are more focused on forming healthy, fulfilling partnerships without the legal and societal constraints of marriage. Research shows that cohabitation rates have risen, and people are increasingly forming long-term relationships without formalizing them through marriage. This trend does not necessarily imply instability or lack of commitment; instead, it reflects changing values around what constitutes a family or a committed relationship. In fact, non-married couples may choose to share responsibilities, raise children, and build a life together, without the need for marriage. On the other hand, critics argue that marriage provides a sense of stability and responsibility that is beneficial for raising children and creating a strong, supportive community. While this may be true in some cases, marriage does not guarantee a stable relationship or prevent societal issues like divorce or domestic violence. Moreover, with the increasing acceptance of diverse family structures, marriage is no longer seen as the only viable option for raising children or contributing to society. In conclusion, the choice not to marry is a personal decision that reflects changing societal values, and it should not be viewed negatively. The evolving nature of relationships and family life shows that individuals are more empowered to make decisions that suit their circumstances, leading to a more diverse and flexible society.

In this modern era people prefer to stay single as they consider marriage as a big commitment which can affect their freedom in numerous ways.Although this new trend has numerous benefits it also has some drawbacks. In my opinion it can be a blessing or curse based on the circumstances and preference of the induviduals involved. Youth of current generation wish to stay un-married due to mutiple reasons.Firstly, marriage involves life long responsiblity like taking care of finance which includes paying bills, kids education so on.In addition to that, people are afraid to risk their freedom be it financial or lifestyle. For instance, a bachelor can spend his money for his own recreation without being accountable to anyone. Also, a single woman can evade the responsiblity of taking care of elders in the family and doing household chores which is still expected from ladies in certain countries. On the other hand , living a life without an intermediate family after losing the parents is like living in hell ,especially during the days when people are mentally down and in need of support system. For example,a person when sick needs someone to stay by them and provide physical and mental support.Furthermore, during old age there should be someone to check on our wellbeing and only the spouse or kids can do that without any expectation. To sum up,people who are financially strong and has good support system during low times can decide to remain unmarried but it is always good to have a family of own to live the life to the fullest.

In recent times there are a few individuals who are not interested in getting married and an ample amount of people think this will have negative impact on the society. In this essay we will discuss more on the merits and demerits on marriage as I partially tend to go forward with the topic beacuse there are multiple factors that are to be considered from financial independence to growing together as a couple. The word marriage has a different defination for each individual. To be more precise, some think marriage is a blessing and a few people think it as a dead end. If we take a survey, there are around 7 out of 10 people who does not wish to get married as they think marriage can put a full-stop on their life in terms of personal growth or financial independence. Additionally, most of the individuals for example, females think that if they get married they won't be financially independent. Moreover, they will get bounded by responsibilities like children, in-laws, husband's decisions, etc. On the other hand, some people think marriage is a blessing as it will help both the partners grow together instead of a single one. Additionally, the responsibilities from household chores to family gets split-up and they can forcus more on career and self development. However, there are a bunch of individuals who consider if a person does not get married it can have a negative impact on the society. To illustrate, one of my colleague, Katherine, 35 year old lady is still single and most of the friends who are always accompanied by her think the same way that getting married is not always an option. Moreover this is creating a negative aspect for other individuals too. To conclude, to get married or not is a never ending conversation amongst the individuals but particularly, I am in a partial agreement with this discussion. Marriage can be boon and a bane for few individuals.

As compared to the last few decades it is quite evident that the youth prefer to stay single and not get married. There could be multiple reasons to this change. In this essay I would highlight my point of view stating how I do not see it as an extensive negative development for the community. I believe marriage is important because it majorly gives a feeling of belongingness. One feels motivated when they have a partner or children to come home to everyday. This family acts as their strenghth when feeling low. Going forward in life a couple's life goal becomes to secure a satisfying future for their kids which basically gives them a goal for life. These harmonic balance in the family is really good for the community growth. On the other hand, we see maximum number of divorce cases around us theses days. This split after marriage sometimes destroys a person mentally and the individiual starts doubting self-confidence. Divorces not only affects the couple but also their children to a big extend. I personally believe that not everybody is compatible to adjust and live with a partner and sometimes gets into marriage because of their family or peer pressure around. This may result in a bad outcome not only for oneself but also for the people around the individual in the society. This also to some degree affects the development of the society. For a community to grow, its is very important to have mentally strong and responsible individuals. Hence I feel individuals should not make marriage decesions based on family opinions soley. He or she must introspect if they are ready for it or not. While analyzing the above thoughts, I dis-agree to the statment that if an individual decides to not get married it could have negative impacts to the society. As we discussed in the previous paragraph, for the community to grow it is very important to have mentally strong and responsible individuals rather than broken families and kids molding a bad frame-work for the society. To conclude I strongly believe that every individual should take the decesion of marriage after self-introspection and after analysing self-capabilty of running a family and not as per the society.
