Apartment Vs House Living

There is an ongoing debate about whether living in a house is more benificial as compared to staying in an apartment. Although, both house and apartment have their own advantages and disadvantages. I prefer staying in an apartment has some merits over living in a typical house, such as, better security, good socitey, higher public interactions, along with many social gatherings and a huge parking space. Residing in an apartment is considered more safe as it usually has a 24 cross 7 dedicated security guard, as well as camera systems which monitiors and records every entery and exit made in the apartment. Apart from this, most of the social events and festivals are celebrated together by the members of a society making it fun and happening. Aslo, it is more convenient to ask for help in emergancy situations. In contrast, living in house has its own advantages like, the ability to customise it according to own will as most of the flats strictly prohibit it, having more privacy as compared to apartements, having a personal garden or swimming pool and most importantly, keeping pets in house is more convenient because it provides them with a large area to play and also not disturbe the neighbours. In conclusion, residing in a house or staying in an apartment, both has its merits and demerits, it is the choice of individual more to decide which suits his requirments the best.

A few individuals believe that staying in a house has a lot of merits .Conversely,some debate that living in a penthouse comes with many benefits.In my own opinion i strongly believe that staying in a own compound building is beneficial because its offers adequate space and privacy. To begin with,staying in a house has alot merits .Firstly,it offers more space making life liveable and enjoyable.We live in an error where people tend to enjoy their space with disturbances from neighbours .Recently people are relocating to suburbs to get access to houses with big gardens,parking and playing ground to accommodate their standard of living.For example ,real estate owner from Kenya when asked why he decided to embark on bulding modernized houses rather tha apartments ,he responded that the survey he did with his customers ,most of them preffered own houses in order to enjoy their retirement and bonding with their families.Secondly,it provides privacy .without them being congested ,nowadays people love to enjoy their own space unlike staying in rooms.For example,in Karen one of the countryside in Kenya the enmvironment is eco-friendly and large with sparsely populated houses thus helping reducing crime rates and people invading neighbours property. On the other hand,living in penthouses have their own benefits like being cheap and affordable.These kind of rooms gives people with low income oppurtunity to own their space and get a roof on top of them.For example in Pipeline one of the slums in Kenya,the apartments are builf in form of single rooms with a maximum rent of 1500 kenya shillingswhich is relatively affordable to lower class individuals. In conclusion,i strongly believe that staying in own compound homes has more merits like its gives privacy and offers more space.However,penthouses also can not be disregarded with their benefits.

Some people opine that residing in houses offers more benefits, while others stated that living in residential flats is more advantageous. Although the topic is completely subjective, facilities such as privacy and more land area outweighs the benefits offered by living in an apartment. Many individuals work hard to afford living in houses as they are more spacious, allowing families to relax and relish in the comfort of their separate rooms. This allows privacy to the people along with the presence of a good living environment. Additionally, one can make customizations such as construction of a backyard or garden according to their needs. For instance, extra space around the house can be converted into a playground for the children. On the other hand, flats in residential complexes offer numerous added benefits such as the presence of a gym and a swimming pool for the residents. These factors are often seen to be financially beneficial as they don't require any extra cost apart from the yearly maintenance fee. However, the lack of privacy and a need to abide by the rules and regulations set by the management can be seen as major drawbacks. As an example, in order to host events in their apartments, residents need to be discrete and thoughtful as loud noises along with huge crowds can cause disturbance to their neighbors. To conclude, living in a house provides more freedom and space when compared to residing in an apartment . Thus, outweighing the advantages of the latter.

Most people now choose to stay in an apartment while people from the older generation still opt for houses. In my opinion both have advantages and disadvantages. I will discuss further views on both sides. on the one hand, citizens like to be in a house because they love their freedom, and they feel more alive without any interruption. They reside since it is of their own choice. It has many merits such as getting things fixed as per their likings, they live stressfree time as they are not accountable to anyone. In a house, people have a garden and terrace. They can play music as loud as they want. On the other hand, living in an apartment also brings a couple of good points,however, it gets you more restricted. We can't manage it as mostly it is a rented place where we are instructed to to minor changes only. Generally, other people who live in the same apartment might have different perspective and that becomes the reason of disliking the place and neighbours. Nevertheless, an apartment gets you many amenities which may not be possible when living in a house. It could be a personal space to be productive. To conclude this, I would like to shed some light from my perspective. A house lets us feel like it is more our place to do whatever we want to, while an apartment may bound us with limitations. In my opinion, living in a house has more advantages than an apartment.

First of all, In my belief, living in a house has more advantages as the house gives us the feeling of independence of the land on which the house is built, many amenities such as home gardens, play area, parking and many more things are accessible easily as they are our private spaces, we can have number of customization anywhere and anytime withing our house property. Personally, I love to live in the houses instead of flats, I feel there are no such facilities and the feeling of independence is missing. Furthermore, in the case of flats, they provide amenities like play area, gardens, and parking but the drawback is all these facilities are used in the sharing with the neighbours. There is no such private spaces where we privately have access to. The flats in an apartments are really conjusted with small spaces and there is no such feeling of owning land on which the house is built as there are many flats on each floor. The privacy is compromised as the lobby's are shared with different flat owners. I had lived with my sister in a flat in an apartment in Pune, where she had 2BHK which was equiped with her basic furniture but still the space was so small that only four people at a time can stay there if the number exceeds it really suffocates the flat and that's really disgusting. In conclusion, I think living in houses is way better than living in an apartment. I personally love huge spaces and the privacy which is possible only in houses.

On the one hand, living in a house is a is nice way to live but it is more difficult to keep it clean as it covers more living area. For instance, in India houses are typically bigger than apartments and covers huge are including open and closed spaces. People living in houses finds it difficult to maintain and eventually ends up hiring helpers which sometimes costs a lot. Furthermore, it is common that houses are often build away from the city centre, where there are not that much facilities. As a result, people has to commute even for basic things such as groceries, madecines, restraunts and entertainment. On the other hand, dwelling in an aprartment building is a much better option, as apartments are often smaller in sizes which makes them easy to clean and maintain and apartment buildings usually even have their in-house maintanance staff, whome people can call to fix broken things in the apartment. Additionally, apartment buildings are usually situated near city centres, where people have the access to almost all the facilities inside the apartment complexes such as gyms, swimming pools and playing areas as well as restraunts, cafes, hospitals and party places near their residences. In conclusion, living in a house is a good option if people wants bigger space and wants to live away from the crowded city centres, but it is better to stay in apartment complex as it is easy to maintain and people can get the benefits of city centre.

Houses are quite a feasible option for those staying in joint families. Furthermore, houses provide privacy which is not available in apartments. Demerits of homes would inculde the financial burden that it puts on the family due to various loans taken out in order to build them. In addition to this, houses require a lot of additional work and help is not available quite readily. If there are any issues, the owner must fix it on their own unlike an apartment where a designated person would rectify the issue. In conculsion, I am of the belief that staying in an apartment has more benefits than staying at house. Even though, apartments may not give much privacy , they help in creating bonds among families and children.

As for example, apartments having common gym, swimming pool, park and community centre makes the living more convenient and comfortable. On the top of that, the security of apartment is usually higher than house because of the availability of guards, caretakers and neighbours who can keep watch on the property. In conclusion, both of living places have their own merits and demerits. In my opinion, the benefits of apartment outweighs house considering the cost-effectiveness and safety.

Apartments often include shared amenities such as gyms, swimming pools and security services which would be expensive to install in private houses. Furthermore, apartments generally require less maintenance as external repairs are managed by the building association. I believe it is one's own preference which depends on the kind of lifestyle one desires. For young professionals, who prefer to enjoy going to the gym with the society members and enjoy recreational activities like swimming and reading in a library or playing snooker. I personally prefer to stay in an apartment as I love to stay within the society where proper security measures are adopted. In conclusion, both houses and apartments offer distinct advantages. While houses provide space, apartments offer more convenience. People must choose as per their own priorties and needs.

For example, a house often consists of more than 5 bedrooms and it is very hard to clean and maintain it on a daily basis. So, an apartment might be small but it is often be enough and comfortable to live in. An house is often something that we find in bucket list of most people. A house is often very big and has large amounts of space where people can roam freely. In addition to this, most houses around world have their own backyard and driveway where kids can play freely, people can gather during holidays and much more things can be done in a house. Also, while living in a house we can get good amounts of sunlight and free air which is essential for human body. Moreover, neighbours are often farther away which might be essentail for privacy of residents. For example, when we live in a house we can throw a big party and not cause problems to neighbours, this cannot be said about apartments. At the end, we can say that when living in a house there are many advantages and comforts associated with it. Finally, I believe that both house and an apartment have their fair share of comforts, but an house is always better to live in than an apartment.
