Leisure Activities By Visitors

First of all, Italy hosts a variety of nations for tourism all over the world. The place has a lot to offer in terms of activities such as clean and vibrant beach, Historical Monuments were most of the people spend their time, the National Park which second biggest attraction in Italy and the least explored among them is the Museum. In comparision to Indians and Canadians, visitors from Austratlians and Germany are interested in rich history of Italy hence spending hours hunting Historical Monuments. Indian visitors were found to be dividing their time for all the activities roughly same. Museum in Italy is yet to gain peak popularity as it is found the least amusing to the visitors across the board except few Indians. When it comes to coosing leisure activities, Indian and Canadian visitors were quite similar in terms of beach, Historical Monuments and National Park except the Museum.

The given table outlines the time consumed at various touristic attractions in December 2021 by holiday goers from Australia, India, Canada and Germany in Italy. The time is calculated in hours per day. Overall, historical monuments were ranked first, followed by the national park. However, least preferred attraction was the meseum. According to the table, tourists from all the four countries spent most of their time at historical monuments close to eight hours per day. Likewise, vacationists spent around half of the day at the national park . On the other hand, activities at the meseum were least selected. Only 1 hour per day was allocated by Australians and Canadians to it. Similarly, time spent by Indians and Germans at meseum were nearly two hours. Furthermore, discussing about the beach, it also could not attract much attention. However, hours recorded was seen slightly above than the meseum, constituting 13 hours in total from all holiday goers in a day.

Overall, the Indians spent the highest number of hours totaling up to 18 hours compared to the other countries, followed by Australians, Germans and canadians. The activities are categorised into 4 which are at the beach, historical monuments, national park and the museum. Firstly, Indians spent 4 hours at the beach and 6 hours at the historical monuments, similarly the Canadians also spent exact same hours as Indians at these places. The Germans spent 3 hours at the beach and 7 at the historical monuments followed by Australians who spent very less time at the beach, only for 2 hours but spent most their time at the historical monuments total of 8 hours. Secondly, the National park, the visitors from all the countries spent exact same amount of time of 5 hours here, except the Australians, have spent an hour more at the park. However, at the museum all the tourists had spent a very less time, the Australians and Cansdians only spent an hour here while the Indians spend whole of 3 hours and the Germans of 2 hours.

An Australian spent his time on an average of 2hrs at the beach, 8 hours watching Historical monuments and 6 hours in National park ,moreover 1 hour in the Museum. on the other hand , an Indian spent 4 hours at the beach , 6 hours watching Historical monuments additionaly 5 hours in the National park , along with 3 hours in the museum. In contrast to Indians , a canadian spent on an average less hours in Museum and same hours in other avtivities as Indians i.e 4 hours at the beach , 6 hours on Historical monuments moreover 5 hours in the National park. Conversely , a German spent his average time as 3 hours beside sea , 7 hours knowing history watching Historical monuments, 5 hours in National park and finally 2 hrs in the museum. To sum up the report , Indians and Canadians spent almost equal average time in all leisure activities except watching Museum, on the other hand Australians spent more time watching Historical monuments and National park however less time in museum and at the beach wheareas Germans spent some more or less time in all the leisure activities as Australians.
