Since the local community is facing many challenges in meeting the daily requirements, the local council's decision to accommodate the changes by investing money is a thrilling experience because, at the right time, the people need this. Although there are many issues at present, road lights need to be rectified as the initial step which ensures get light during the night time, especially for the people who are working in late night shift. Dear Sir or Madam, I, Dr. Puneet Sharma, am staying in the urban estate area of Hisar. This areas comes under your council, I was alarmed by my neighbour that you are planning to invest funds in the neighbourhood and have asked for the public's opinion. I would like to share my opinion on the correct usage of these funds in the neighbourhood, people from outside throw garbage in and around our area, so dusbins need to be installed in order to keep the neighbourhood clean. Sweepers should be hired and paid appreciable amount so that the area remains clean. There is an open field inbetween our estate area, which is being used for the disposable of garbage by the local community. In addition to cleaning of this open field area, It can easily be converted into a garden. I am a working ophthalmologist, am I have a passion for gardening, so I can share my experience and insights of gardening including plantation of herbs and fragrant flowers. The current council hospital lacks modern testing equipment, for which we have to go to other city. in addition, we need to add few playing or recreational infrastructure for children. The current facility is always full of pupils and they have to wait a lot longer for respective turns. Moreover, the some very busy roads also need re-layering of surface as there are potholes which is a perenial issue for elderly citizens. We are overjoyed with this news, as it is been a while since there was any development proposed for our tiny neighbourhood. As you will notice there is a lot of work which needs to be done. I would like to offer a few suggestions. Firstly, being the water supply. We have noticed that there have been times when the water coming though the pipes is brown in color, indicating mud and other contaminants. Replacing our common water tank would solve this problem. Secondly, rodent infestation is on the rise, this may lead to rabbies or several other diseases. I believe a pest control would be required here and finally, a new park would is something that we all are looking forward to. Also, I would be obliged to offer my support to monitor the work.
