Dear Sir or Madam, I hope you are doing well!. I am writing this letter to provide you feedback of one of the baking classes which I recently undertook by you dated 15th August 2025 in Gloria Highschool. I would like to inform you that i was overwhelmed by the bakery dishes which you demonstrated. Additionally, the procedure you followed to make all the students understand was also fantastic of making people taste their selfmade cake because of which which they had a sense of self-achievement which made them proud of thier baking skills. Likewise, I offered a feast of bakery items including cake's, pasteries, chicken puff to my family members which involves my mother along with my wife. I was enormously satisfied by having a glimpse of joy on faces of the person I love the most. However, I managed to excel cake and pasteries i did some blunder while making chicken puff. I would like to give you a suggestion to provide classes revolving around veg puff alongside chicken puff as well.I sincerely hope you will consider my suggestion. Yours faithfully, Gaurang Sonkavde

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to express my honest feedback about the baking course that I attended last year. This baking course was the first non academic course I have attended in my life and I was very curious about the method of teaching before attending it. Practical sessions are the one I really enjoyed. It given me the confidence to attempt on variety of dishes without fear. Furthermore the well scheduled timetable for both theoritical and practical sessions was very beneficial for working professionals like me. After the course, I have started a new bakery shop near me house. Everyday I am making minimum 3 different flavoured cakes. I have tried 90% of the dishes that you have taught during the practice. Even though I am trying new dishes, the feedback for the item that I learned from your siessions are getting better feedback. Additionally, I would like to request for a new course which focuses on food safety. It is very important to have a good knowledge regarding this in the food industry. It would be great if you can consider this as an add-on course along with other courses. And I can assure you that you will get more enrollment for this course. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to share my feedback on the short baking course that I recently comploted at your school. Firsty, I truly enjoyed the hands-on approach of the sessions. The instructor explained each step clearly, and the small class size gave use the chance to practice under the close guidance. I particularly appreciated learning how to make diffrerent types of bread, as I had always found this challenging before. The relaxed yet professional atmosphere also made the experience very enjoyable. Since finishing the course, I have been baking at home regularly. I bake bread atleast twice a week, and I have tried some pastries which we learned during the class. My family and freinds have been impressed with the results, and this motivated me to keep improving my skills. As a suggestion, I think it would be wondeful if your school could offer a course focused on cake decoration and advanced pasteries techniques. Many people, including me, would like to learn how to design cakes for special occasions, as this would add more creaticity to our baking. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this as a feedback in response of the mid-summer baking course that I attended at your prestigeous school last week. I enrolled in the two week mid-summer baking course as part of my extra-curricular activites. During the classes, I learned and enjoyed as well. I have been baking from last two years but this course was truely exceptional for as this was majorly based on learning by doing method rather than just theory. Mostly, I enjoyed learning about the sour dough techniques from preparing the starter to putting in the last cuts before baking, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Since the program, I have been baking breads and biscuits almost regularly for friends and family, and those english muffins that I mastered during the curriculum, have became quiet famous amongst my neighbours. Furthermore, I am planning to open a home bakery soon. In addition to that, before moving with home bakery idea, I would like to upskill with the advance baking course during fall.
