The first person talks about the comment of the whole point where he has been given of the of the particular subject, whereas the second person just talks about overall credits and he still can't able to find what he wants to get in the grades in the upper exams. So, what he suggested is like one on one on one session with the professor would would really help them to get more grades and more and more of in his exam and subjective says. And but as the second person suggested, face to face feedback would really help to clarify his doubts and as well as the list, what he really wanted to get more of his grades to pass his exams.
