Model Answer
so this, the topic is about the grading system. there were two men and one female talking about it. they speak about how the different grading system do not justify the different learning mechanisms of children, how some people are based on memory, other people have better skills than understanding, and others have better understanding than any of this. so we also talk about how the grading is not justified not justified across the different learning types of students. the other, the last speaker, however, feels that it is a very good standard method to have a grading system. it offers structure and also a reference point, especially for universities and employers when they're choosing students. so, but the first person also talks about how it causes burnout and the running after the gpa is more difficult and so they would like to see more variety in terms of the assessment of the students in terms of having test scores and in terms of having assignments and also to do with math and peer-related reviews. while the second person says, actually she agrees with this and says that instead of running after the point of losing marks, they could actually explore different options in their education. instead of playing safe, they could have a portfolio-based assessment and also the students also find this wherever it's being implemented currently, they find that it's better. apart from this, the last person also says that yes, he agrees that the hybrid style of education is much, much better and it gives us rise to different levels of assessments and also helps us to understand.
