When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

So, once my two of my friends from college, Sharwari and Harshita, they had an argument about something related to, you know, their belongings, related to their belongings. What happened was when we went to the beach for a picnic, we bought our belongings and Sharwari claimed that Harshita had, by mistake, taken some of her belongings, like, taken some of her belongings, some of her items that went missing, so, but Harshita was backlashed. She was very angry that she, you know, alleged that Sharwari had put allegations on her which weren't true. So, they kind of had an argument about, Harshita said that, that Sharwari don't trust me, why would I take your belongings and even if I did, I would obviously return them back to you. And later, it turned out that Sharwari's belongings were, went, by mistake, went in a third person's bag. So, what I feel is, Sharwari should have just politely asked Harshita if by mistake have you taken my belongings, rather than just putting allegations on her, which

I always remember one event in my high school, where two of my best friends had an argument about how the farewell money was spent. Aravind and Anand, who were my best friends, was involved in this debate about the expenditure of the leftover money after conducting our farewell. All of our friends had put in their shares to collect such a huge money to arrange for the program. We had conducted the program in a very structured and well manner. All the students and teachers were delighted about that. Obviously, after the program, we had to tally all the accounts, see how much money was remaining. So, Anand, who was in charge of spending the money, had actually not kept all the accounts. He, along with some of his friends who coordinated the event, posted on social media on how they were enjoying after the program as a small group, going to a local bakery and having some food. So, the allegation was about they spent the money for their own purpose, which was actually supposed to be spent for common good. After such an auspicious event, I was very devastated that my friend had to go to such an argument, which would ruin all the purpose of a farewell. I will never forget the incident.

Well, the argument happened between two of my colleagues around seven months ago in a tumor board. So tumor board is a discussion involving multiple specialists from different specialties in the cancer center to decide upon the treatment of a patient. So this argument was regarding a baby who was two and a half years old with retinoblastoma, which is an eye cancer in one of her eyes. She was treated conservatively and she was completely cured of the disease, but after a period of six months, she had a recurrence in one eye, but it was a small recurrence. So one of my colleagues who's an ocular oncologist was of the opinion that it's a small recurrence which can be treated using focal measures like either trans-pupillary thermotherapy or radiation therapy, but the other colleague of mine who was a pediatric oncologist did not agree with her. He was of the opinion that as the eye did not have any visual potential, there was no point in keeping or retaining the eye and he suggested inoculation of the eye or the removal of the eye. However, the ocular oncologist was not convinced because removing an eye is physically and mentally traumatic for any person, and moreover, it was a small recurrence. There wasn't a necessity to remove the eye. She argued that we can't give a trial of radiation therapy before we go for inoculation, and the other colleague of mine had to agree to it. He did not argue further, and the tumor board agreed to go ahead.

It was back then, it was conducting election in our country, when we were making our opinions to vote which party and to who is working for development in our country. My two friends named Nikul and Vishwas were fighting for two, one and other parties in election. So he was saying that the BJP, whether or Congress, the two major Indian parties were differentiation. So along with my friend have told me that the BJP is working good and my another friend was telling me that the Congress will work good because the Congress have ruled India over nearly 70 years and the BJP is new party, nearly just ruled India for 50 years. But they have argumented that on 15 years India has very changed, development has made significantly and it was in our economy and the road infrastructure has improved in BJP session. So both are arguing so much to vote which party because one friend was traditionally Congress voter and one friend was traditionally BJP voter. So there was a very big debate. Just I have made my opinion that we have to do a healthy debate. We have to analyse both work and give our vote to appropriate party. So it is a very important thing for democracy. So after that they have decided to vote their candidate. They didn't tell us because it is very secret to don't tell anyone.

I think of this one time when my best friends, Ankita and Rohit, had a very silly argument. The topic was whether pizza tastes better with sauce, sorry, with ketchup or without ketchup. So, as per Ankita, pizza is an Italian dish and it is already filled with variety of seasonings, so another condiment is not needed. But as per Rohit, we should adapt to the place we are living and the dish is, although the dish is from Italy, but it is made in India with traditional things that are easily available here. So, adding a ketchup to it will not change the taste too bad, it will just enhance it and so condiments should be added to the pizza. So, their argument was not over there and they disagreed for a while, while I was enjoying the pizza, without sauce obviously, but then they asked me what I think of and being a diplomat person, I didn't take any side, it's just that I believe some things, but in my personal belief, some things taste better as it is there, we should not touch it or we should not experiment with it, like pizza with a sauce, even people who eat Maggi with a sauce or Chinese with Indian masalas, they should also not do this, they should stick to the original traditional recipes.

I am working in big IT company RedixWeb. So my role is to decide which technology we will choose to design a website or software. So I often argue with my colleague Vyom. He is also my friend. So we always argue about which technology we will use for. I always prefer to use ReactJS and he always tells me that AngularJS is more convenient to use. My argument is that React is a technology used by mostly companies in our industry. So when the maintenance of the website will come, anyone who knows React can do easily. There are more number of people in IT market which know only React not AngularJS. But he argues that AngularJS is more convenient and gives sudden response to the people. And latency time is too small in AngularJS than React. And the vast number of libraries that AngularJS provides some functionalities and some inbuilt functions also there in AngularJS as compared to React. And it is managed by Google. But I also tell that React is managed by a responsible company Facebook. So our argument is about which technology we will choose. But we always go with React because the number of people who use that are find easy to use it. And it is a one page project which help to reload of website. And the storage it takes less than AngularJS because we have to manage many props and other parameters to developing the website.

Last weekend me and my friend Krishna were eating lunch in a nearby restaurant and we were talking about our meetings and our group discussions. Suddenly we talked about a topic about spending money and she said that we should invest some money in the bank or any other field in order to save for our retirement. While I disagree with that point and I said that we should spend our money for being successful in our present life, we should be mindful of ourselves and spend money for our needs. In my opinion, saving money for the future is just like a waste. But she argued with me about it and she told that in our old age we will not be able to work as we are doing right now. So we will be in need of money for our medicines, for our basic needs etc. So we should keep some money for our future in order to fulfill our needs. Finally I understood that her viewpoint was correct and overall I felt that we should consider others perspectives too because there may be a point in their perspective. So we should hear everyone. That's all.
