When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

So, there are my 12 friends in my college. One is Sufian and one is Adarsh. They both were arguing on a topic on the drinking age restriction. In my home country, the drinking age is 18. The Sufian was against it. Sufian was arguing the age should be changed to 25 and there should be no addiction in the youth of my home country to be addicted to such things. As on the other side, Adarsh was arguing that 18 is the age where everyone should be mature enough to take their own decisions whether it should be good or whether it should be bad. The drinking habit is of course a bad thing to have, but they both were arguing on the mentality of someone who is doing such kind of things. Adarsh on his point was taking some professional advices from the other friends, asking for help about how a person should be mature enough to make their own decisions professionally and mentally. On the other hand, Sufian was arguing that it's not a mature age to be decided. There is peer pressure on teenagers which let them do things they don't want to but still in the sense of friends, in the sense of pressure, they do such things. I felt Sufian was right in this thing. The legal age of drinking should be 25 at least.

argument was between my father and his friend and I had got a chance to hear this argument this argument was highlighted towards the politics of the country the country's India and to do a controversies whether mr. Rahul Gandhi or mr. Narendra Modi will become the new prime minister of India there were various debates in favor of mr. Narendra Modi and in favor of Rahul Gandhi my father wanted mr. Narendra Modi the candidate from BGP should become the prime minister of India as he has experience he has a good speech it's a good speaker and public meetings he heard about Narendra Modi and he has been impressed by his speech his fluency and what impressed us the most is that he besides being a single man he has dedicated whole of his life towards the betterment of nation he has been a great leader as a chief minister of Gujarat for two successive terms and in favor of Rahul Gandhi the other partner says that he has been the son of late mr. Rajiv Gandhi and belongs to Gandhi family and that was his grandmother Indira Gandhi. Rahul Gandhi has been working hard for the country and he has a different approach he's an intelligent and educated man he did studies from Oxford University he has a good vision to bring about changes and is more concerned about the youth population of India

Many years ago, both my cousin and my best friend Amr had a huge conflict. As my cousin Muhammad actually accused Egypt, which is the country of Amr, many times. Although he was joking, but repeating the same joke, which had some, let's say, repeating the same joke that made Amr upset, led to, finally, led to a huge conflict between them. And I was totally overwhelmed, and it was hard to decide, should I stand with my cousin, or stand with my best friend, Amr. I've tried to make things clearer between them, and to ensure that Amr knew it was only a joke. The same time, I tried to make it clear to Muhammad as well, that he shouldn't accuse someone's country, even while joking, as it hurts, especially if you repeat the same joke.

So, my two friends from my school time, Akash and Dhruv, so we usually don't have any kind of arguments or any kind of fights, we are very peaceful, friendly group, but sometimes some friendly kind of quarrel happens, but no serious fights. So, one of my friend Akash is a little fat and Dhruv one day teased him a little bit too much and I thought it was too much, but I think he did not realize that and he kept on going and going, pushing all the buttons. So, that put Akash a little bit over the edge and I realized it before only. So I think that was the only time argument happened between two of my friends and from my perspective, I think Dhruv was in a bit of a more wrong place, but yeah, I believe when the other person cannot understand the first person's perspective, these things can happen, so we should always try to think about others as well, always treat others how we want to be treated and I think just the basic rule of thumb is to respect everyone, treat them with respect, don't push anyone's button, especially your friends, you don't want to ruin the relationship you have built over the years.

Recently, there was an argument between two of my friends and it was on a very futile and very, you know, very small issue. And one of my friend, they both are very good friends of mine, and one of my friend said something very sarcastically about such a situation that happened between them a long time back. And the other one obviously didn't take it really well and, you know, he immediately retaliated, saying bad things about her, saying that, how dare you use that sarcastic tone on me when you are the one who is always not keeping your words and whenever, whatever you say, you never keep up your words. And she said, well, whatever I say, you always think that I am being sarcastic. And it was nothing serious, they share a very good bond, but something just infuriated them, some situation which happened between them before. It was a very trivial banter they shared a long time back. But I don't know what happened all of a sudden and I was witnessing all of this and I was not feeling comfortable watching these two fighting over a trivial issue. And I tried to stop them saying things like, it's nothing, what are you fighting for? This topic is very trivial. It's just, leave it and move on. And let's go outside and have something and need something refreshing. And why don't we just go ahead and enjoy our day? But these two didn't listen to me at all.

Yesterday only my two friends like of my same batch, we are MBBS second year student and both of them were arguing on a topic related to histology and they were actually examining a test slide of ovum, that was a human ovum, but one of my friend whose name was Mokshi, he was telling that no, it's not a human ovum, it's a ovum of a insect that is lizard and both of them were saying that this slide contains azerophilic pigmentation and it is not that much pink, that's why it is a human ovum, not a lizard ovum.

Argument with friends are just a common thing and I am also witnessed an argument last day was about a trip we are just planning to go to the countryside. The plan was, the argument is just about where we want to go. Me, Jyotsna and Alina were the friends who we are planning. And Alina was telling that we can go to Mumbai and Jyotsna saying that we can go to Alleppey. In Alleppey we can see pictures, in Munnar the hill stations, mountains, trees you can see. And the argument was just a big argument and Jyotsna was completely on her side that we can go to Munnar because we already went to Alleppey. But Jyotsna, Alina just wanted to go to Alleppey really because she feels more comfortable with the water, in the water games and she wants to enjoy in water. I entered in between them and solved the problem just like we can go to Munnar and also on the way we can see a waterfall. So Alina can also enjoy the trip. On the other hand, Jyotsna can also enjoy by seeing the mountains, hills.

So there have been many arguments around when I am with my friends, with my family, but then there's this one argument which I remember very well. It happened when we went on a trip to Uttarakhand. So this was last year in 2024 when me and my friends went to Uttarakhand for a trip. So it was a seven days trip and we had planned a good itinerary for it. So basically we had many things in an itinerary, which included river rafting, bungee jumping and other activities as well. So we were a group of eight friends and two of my friends, two of my really close friends were there as well. So the friends were Omkar and Akash and the fight was between them. So this argument was on a silly reason, but then this created a heated up moment amongst all my friends, because this happened on the third day of the trip, wherein these friends started arguing on a silly topic like where to go first. So basically on Tuesday, it was planned through the itinerary that we were going to go for river rafting and on Thursday, it was planned to go for bungee jumping. But one of my friend named Akash, he wanted to go for bungee jumping before river rafting, but people in the group didn't agree. And some of them were on his side, whereas some of them didn't agree. So Omkar had put up a point wherein he said, no, we should plan according to the itinerary and we should go to river rafting first. But then this created a chaos and they both started fighting like small kids. And then I had to enter the fight and stop it.

I have two friends whose name starts with Pramod and Ram. They had an argument once. This argument is about selecting which shopping mall to shop for a wedding. Pramod wants to buy in a very rich mall whereas Ram wanted to just buy a very decent Sherwani at a low budget. So they were having an argument regarding this and no one was budging from their decision. They both were scolding each other like this won't be a good option for us to select or else the other might be a very good option for them to select. So they were arguing continuously and I was just standing right in front of them confusingly. I couldn't tell them anything because they were so involved in proving their points to each other. That made me feel like they were never going to get married.
