It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

One person I know who enjoys working for a family business is my father. He has recently set up a management consultant startup which he plans to further invest in and make it successful for his future generation which includes us and our future generation because he thinks that working as an employee in a company is like being a slave of a big company. So he thinks it's better to start your own business and be independent with your choices. There is nothing to worry about. I think he enjoys it because he was a field manager before he started this company and we couldn't see how exhausted he was during working those years. So now when he's relaxed and he could think and do whatever he want to do, it is something that makes him be peaceful, be less in a hurry, be calm.

In my country like India it's a tradition to inherited family businesses from many years ago. Today I would talk about the person whom I know enjoy working for a family entrepreneur. That is my cousin, my second uncle's daughter. She is working in a designer company but my family tradition is my family businesses is supermarket that is in Khanna city. My uncle often visit in the supermarket but my sister is quite happy about the supermarkets because she went there and enjoy a lot with the customers as well as making them a friendly communication. She is excellent in communicating with the customers as well as friendly behavior that inspire the person or customers to buy more product from us. Just because her job is designer she spent most time there but in the afternoon she came to the shop and sells whatever they wanted to buy. So I would say that she's a virtuous woman that is very talented as well as a amiable person. So it's very beneficial for the whole family that everyone loves and enjoy their company. She started this job in lockdown and it was a time of recession. She worked a lot and it was quite hard at first to start teaching to a bunch of students as a first-timer, however, as she started working regularly, she found a common ground and it helped her to work with ease and now she loves her job and she finds it to be a very comforting and peaceful job rather than the corporate jobs in the market these days. And she told me to start working early because it helps you to understand what works for you in the longer run and what doesn't and her work mostly includes dealing with students and giving them basic ones about science and philosophy etc.
