When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

He also knew the different tax policies in different countries and that really made him very smart.

    Band 6

So the person I know is my uncle who is also a best friend of my dad and he runs a business which includes pipes and motors which are useful for agriculture industry and he usually helps the customers and the farmers around him whenever they come to his store. He suggests them with important missionaries they would require for farming and he also suggests what is new in the market, what will be useful for their farm. The reason why he loves his job because he is very well interested towards agriculture so as a result he has always tried to find ways to see more important methods of cultivating and how irrigation is very important to the farming and he also likes to help farmers that's the reason he enjoys working for a family business.

    Band 6

The person is my uncle. He enjoys the most in my family business. He has a degree, he's an MBA graduate from London University. The reason that he enjoys working for my family business, which is a clothing brand business, is because I believe he was always a business minded person. Whenever we used to talk to him about any other source of education or when we used to ask him about his interests, he always lined up with business ideas, how to improve those ideas, how he got into a business, and how he used to not like his own studies, and how he wanted to create his own brand or business. And that is how he landed up in this business of our family.

    Band 6

My cousin, who is approximately 3 years older than me, started working in his family business when he was 20 years old, around 3 years back. I have never seen him be more elated ever since. The business is a clothing brand, they sell all kinds of fast fashion clothes. His job is basically of a manager. He looks over his subordinates and checks whether the work meets the targets and what things are there to improve. Apart from that, he is the one who pitches the final ideas to the board of directors. He absolutely adores his work as he gets to make choices which he wasn't allowed to do so in his previous job. It gives him more freedom knowing that the business is owned by his family, which gives him greater control over the work he does, which makes him feel more acknowledged and gives him a sense of trust and encouragement.

    Band 6

    Band 5-6
