    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    so I have tried a full English breakfast so it is first of all it tastes very healthy because it is cooked with olive oil and a bit of pepper and salt so it is really healthy and secondly it's a proper balanced diet breakfast I feel like because it includes proper protein along with proper fiber as well as carbohydrate so I believe if I have that definitely it will fulfill all the nutrients which I require for a day to work so it's a heavy breakfast and I have tried in one of my country restaurant named Blue Plum so it's a continental restaurant where they serve English breakfast and I have tried it it was really good even they have made a sauce which was really included that true flavors of some English breakfast like they have used onions, spinach and some kind of mushroom and oyster sauce they have garnished with that so it was like quite flavorful it was giving different kind of a taste when I was taking a bite it was just making me feel like oh my gosh what am I having it's so delightful it's so good so that's all I would like to say and I would really suggest some of people to come

    I like this dish called the Mango Sticky Rice, which is often famous in Thailand. So, when I went to Thailand two years ago, I tried this dish and it's very simple. It has three ingredients. It has mango, sticky rice and coconut milk. As I'm a big fan of mango as a fruit, this dish has opened up eyes for me. The simplicity of this dish, the minimalistic taste, the flavours blast in your mouth when you have a first bite of it. The coconut milk also adds taste to the rice. I've tried this dish at a 5-star rated restaurant. Apparently, it's very famous for mango sticky rice. And I'm very glad I've had that there as it was my first time having that dish there. And I've been a fan ever since I've tried it there.

    A foreign food that I like is beef brisket, I tasted beef brisket first time when I went to Goa for a vacation and I eat, I have that beef brisket from a famous restaurant in Goa that was a restaurant which is specialized to make that beef brisket. So, we, me and my friends went to that restaurant and ordered the beef brisket, the famous beef brisket there and when we had it, that was really amazing and the texture of the beef brisket and also how they served it and the tenderness and the ingredients of the beef brisket or everything was really accurate and very, very delicious as well. So, how they prepared and how they treated us is really amazing, so I think that's the main reason why that restaurant is famous and also when I cut it into 3 or 4 slices, I could see that the tenderness of the beef brisket.

    Well, there are many foods that I have tried and I also want to try more foods because I am a foodie person. So here I would like to take, I would like to talk about a food that I tried and that food was from another nation. That food was Italian pizza. I tried this food at an Italian restaurant that was newly opened near to the local town. I tried this pizza last month along with my friends where we enjoyed and also had fun with each other. So my friends told me that at that restaurant Italian pizza was a famous dish at there and we should try it. So we got that pizza. If I talk about the integrants that included pizza, it was very good. They decorated all pizza with different type of veggies and also used different type of integrants. If I talk about their service was good, they used proper protection for providing food and service to the other person. If I talk about the area of that restaurant that was good, neat and clean that mostly people wanted to prefer where they can eat and enjoy with their family, friends and relatives. So that food was a favorite one of mine because I really liked it and their integrants were amazing. They used all type of veggies that was healthy for the health and also helped to give a new experience of a new food.

    A food that was not so common earlier in India but nowadays it can be found in lots of restaurants is the Italian pasta. That is one of the foreign food that I always liked from the moment I first experienced it. The first time I tried pasta was when my brother, he himself cooked it for me. It was a white sauce based pasta, moreover this pasta was made with love and so much of patience that it involved a great sense of bonding and love between the both of us. Not only did he cook it for me but also for the other members of our family which led to a lot of interpersonal behaviours and interpersonal skills development. My brother usually is a very introvert person but due to this activity he kind of started bonding a lot with us and eventually we became best of friends. Why I liked this dish was it had a different kind of the taste that was not so familiar in India.

    I am keen in trying different sort of cuisines and here I would like to talk about one of my favourite cuisines. I tried this cuisine when I went to Dubai, my family and I went there in the year of 2022. We enjoyed a lot, it was a thrilling as well as uplifting experience for us. Moreover, out of the blue we ate lot of food, apart from that it was a mesmerizing event which we saw over there. Furthermore, it was an uphelling experience which I ever have had. Apart from that, I love the food, specifically the pizzas, Italian pizzas which we tried. It was so cheesy.

    Since I am vegetarian, I mostly avoid foreign dishes because most foreign dishes are mostly non-vegetarian. But however, I have a really great attachment to pizza. I really like pizza and especially cheese pizza. So, the thing that I like most about the pizza is the cheese and the base of that pizza. Particularly, the pizza by Domino's I like the most. The way that it provides the crunch, the mix of various spices, the aftertaste that I get after eating that thing. It's really, it's really good. I really savour it. Also, I like burger. Mostly, the burger that I like is Alu Tikka Burger. This is only available vegetarian option available in all the shops that I have been. So, these two are the one of the foreign dishes that I have tasted till now and I really like them. One of the thing that I have noticed that most foreign dishes, they have their own version in India where they respect the local culture and produce cuisines on the basis of local culture. So, like the pizza, the masala pizza like they are offering here, I need to use it. It's not common, it's not available in foreign.

    I am an extremely foodie person, so I just love food irrespective of the country or variety but if specifically I have to mention about something, it will be undoubtedly Chinese cuisine that too the noodles there are a lot of reasons that why I mentioned about noodles first of all the appearance, I just love that long wheels of the noodles also the flavour, the spices, everything is so amazing I just love the way they mix the sauces, the texture and the appearance of that food is extremely good and I would like to specifically mention about one of the favourite destination that I have to eat this noodles I remember I was once travelling from Chandigarh to Delhi to visit a friend there I got a chance to visit one of the famous restaurant there named as Chilli I got an opportunity to eat some noodles there I think that taste is still present in my mind it was immeasurable the flavour, the colour, the spices, everything was so on perfect that I can never forget and that is the time when it became one of my favourite destination to visit when I am having craving for that particular noodles also there are a lot of other reasons that I mentioned about noodles the second will be that it is way easier to make it at home as well I am not a brilliant cook but I think that is something which is way easier

    Once I went to Pune and we along with my friends and we been to an Italian restaurant and there I tried Italian Risotto. I hope I am spelling it very correctly, pronouncing it correctly. It is basically an Italian dish with tomato puree and cheese crumble and you gotta have to eat it with bread. So I don't like the Italian Risotto that much. The taste is similar to curries maybe, tomato puree. They add little bit of tomato puree with feta cheese and with bread and olive oil on the top. But I do like the side dish curry and it has very rosemary essence in it, few spices and fragrance is also very good. So I don't like Italian food that much but yeah this is something that I have tried recently. So I will try again if I have any chance but yeah.

    The foreign food I always like to try is chili chicken. Chili chicken is very fascinating and delicious item who can eat with everything related to rice, chapati, butter naan, everything. It is very good combo with all of the other foods. It is a Chinese cuisine who I tried to travel with my friends in China. It is a place called Hong Kong. It is a very beautiful place who introduced me the chili chicken. To me the chili chicken is mainly provided with the chicken, chilies, sauces, tomato sauces, soya sauces, different types of sauces and flavors. It is rich in color. For example, when I traveled to China, there was a place called Hong Kong. In Hong Kong, there was a shop named Xian Xia Restaurant. It is very beautiful with high located area. Even though I like their cultures, foods and I like what the cultures of that taste is. It is a very rich and high heritage area. After I see the chili chicken recipe, I go to the kitchen area and see how they are making. Moreover, he always shows me how they make the chili chicken and he gives the tips to me also.
