    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    Last summer, when I had been to Italy, I tried the Italian plate, which consists of the Italian cheese pasta with a garlic bread. This contains the cheese, milk and some of the broccoli and olives, mushrooms and other chicken and beef. This was surrounded with a lot of wine, but we were mesmerized with how the chef had made it look so good. I loved the taste because I love white sauce pasta mainly. What exactly made me feel so delicious about the food is that the presentation of the chef that made me felt astonished. What exactly made me rethink my consideration of coming back to India and redo the recipe is that the broccoli and mushrooms were chopped in a way that it was served particularly to everyone at the same amount. The dish was really fantastic. It was more tastier than what I had. It is one of the best pasta I have ever had in the whole life. What exactly made me rethink my taste is the preferences which the Italian food gives. It's not too spicy as I am the person who always prefers sweet over spicy food. I loved Italian pasta which I had in Italy.

    Recently I went to Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj. While I was there, I had a chance to eat a shawarma, or I can say an Arabian shawarma. So, it is good in taste. It looked like Indian shawarmas, but the thing they did is, they added some spicy flavours and boiled chicken. And they also added some spices, which made it a very unique experience. So, why did I like it? Because it is very spicy and whenever I took a bite in it, the taste always stays in my mouth. So, as far as I am concerned, the shawarma is literally the best thing I have ever had, and it is the best thing in Saudi Arabia, I can say it. So, after I did, I also tried another. This is Arabian chicken rice, which is very spicy, and they gave additional food with them, like they give some vegetables, which are so tasty. So, the Arabians have a nature to eat food with vegetables, which is very healthy.

    The dish I like the most, foreign dish, is sushi. I tried it, the sushi is from Japan, and I tried it with my friend at a restaurant in Delhi. I was very much against this dish earlier, but when I tried it for the first time, you know, the taste had me into it. Because it is made out of rice, so the main part comes here is that it is healthy, because I love working out. So healthy foods always appeals me, and it does not contain much of oil, it is made out of rice. And the texture outside the rice covering is really very very soft, I would say. And it is best served with the sauce that it has. So the sauce really has a texture of, I would say, creaminess and some bitterness. Which just, when it goes inside my mouth, I just feel very soothing, and I feel that this is something that I needed. And it also helps me, you know, simultaneously if I have a non-veg sushi, it helps me complete my protein intake. So even if I am going out with my friends and I want to enjoy, have a meal, so it would be something that I would always order on the table. And the best thing about sushi, again, is that it has a lot of varieties. So with every restaurant that I go into, it has a different taste. So this dish from Japan has basically literally engraved the taste into my taste buds. And it has always helped me to, you know, get out of stress, enjoy. Because it actually, when it touches my taste buds, it replenishes me and, you know, it excites me the most. And I also love, you know, when my friends enjoy this dish, I always want them to try something that I have been trying and they also start liking it. So this is why I like sushi as a foreign dish from the country of Japan.

    So one of the foreign dishes that I have actually tried and I really enjoyed it was macarons. These desserts are amazing and scrumptious. So they are actually made of almond flour and there are a variety of techniques to make sure that you get the right amount, right ingredients and the right techniques done correctly so that the macarons are actually prepared amazingly. So I tried it in one of the restaurants when I was actually moving from one state to another during airport layover. The restaurant was an English restaurant and it had a variety of dishes. So I tried the creme brulees and a variety of other desserts but these macarons blew my mind. It was it was so airy and so soft like it was not soft you can't say it's soft but it was crunchy on the outside and it was a bit softer in the inside and it was wonderful colors on it. So to get this dish if you have to actually make sure that you get the actual right equipment, the right ingredients and also the technique has to be you have to master the technique a lot. So it has been amazing to try this dish and it's I I would recommend to it is pretty expensive though but I would still recommend that once in your life you should actually try this dish for once at least.

    So, one of the delicacies or food items that I have recently fell in love with would be donuts. So, I am coming from a rural area, we don't have much of a foreign delicacies or foreign food items here. I would like to always try new cuisines or food from other countries. So, whenever I travel to Bangalore, I would like to go to each restaurant that is specialized in different cuisines and try them. And my favorite food item that I have tried would be donut. Like, there is different types of donut, chocolate donut, vanilla donut. Among them, I would like the better mango donut and it's really tasty. Even when I am thinking about it, literally I am drooling. And I would say, since I have a sweet tooth and sweet cravings, I would always go for something like that. I don't know if it is Italian delicacy, but I think Italians have a good sense of taste. So, all the Italian delicacies are the most renowned for its unique taste and texture. And donut has a sweet texture and I prefer having it hot. So, whenever I go to a store, I will tell them to reheat it up and then I will have it melted and have it with its natural taste.     Well, if you are asking me about food, then I would say there is not only a single dish I like. I like every food. Any type of food that has a good taste, that has a good look, I can go for it. If you specially tell me to speak about few special dishes which I like, then there will be some Chinese. I like chili chicken and chili fish with some fried rice. And I also like momos. I have, because it is a Nepali cuisine, I had it when I went to Nepal. There is also their special dish, that is thukpa, which I like very much and it was taste tremendously good. The momos are very much big and they have good stuff of chicken inside them and there is also some butter inside them and there was given soups in a bowl and alongside with it and it was very tasteful. My taste buds are still remembering those flavors and they have given a special sauce which also I liked. If you tell me about my Indian cuisine, I will say luchi, which is made out of wheat and it is a very delightful dish and I will have it in any day, specially in the Sunday morning breakfast and I am a very food guy, you can tell and I like food very much.

    Food is something that is loved by all of people and it is compulsory that we should eat it to live and when it comes to the foreign food, it reminds me of some delicious foods that I haven't tried and eaten a lot and every person on this planet loves to eat foods that is not from their own origin as we humans love to explore new things and now I would like to describe a kind of food that I had and I like. So the food that I want to describe today is pizza as it is originally made in Italy but in India it is very loved food and especially whenever I go outside, out of my hometown and I have many options to eat other stuffs like burgers, pasta etc. but I always prefer eating pizza especially at pizza huts and dominoes as they are very delicious. The first time I ate pizza as I vividly remember that I was in my class 7th and I was visiting Delhi with my cousin as I want to explore new things so he took me to a pizza shop and it was a local pizza shop and there I have tasted the pizza for the first time and then I was feeling over the moon as the pizza was very delicious. And since that time I love pizza till today as whenever I visit any friend I love to have pizza and I also recommend eating pizza to my friends as we don't have such demerits of eating pizza as compared to the other fast foods although it has some demerits but this is the only kind of food that I would like to describe.

    The very recent food I tried was Antarctic Salmon which was in one of the famous restaurants in Hyderabad. I visited the restaurant along with my office colleagues and I tried the salmon which was butter tossed with garlic. I like the salmon for the reason that it is low in calories and high in protein and when tossed in butter, the taste enhanced a lot along with the garlic which was also fried along with it. And as I know the salmon is very good in protein source for muscle growth and building, I am a kind of a person who prefer taking a lot of veggies along with some protein based food. Salmon as it is a high protein diet, I would like to consume it every week couple of times might be.

    I enjoy a lot of foreign foods in my life, but today I would like to talk about a food that I recently used in my life. The food is Italian food. I ate an Italian pizza in my friend's birthday party last year, which is held in a restaurant where I eat an Italian pizza, which is made up of corn and chilies. There is also a different type of cream on this pizza, and I tried it with a specific type of spices and sauce, which makes it very delicious to eat. I also eat different types of burgers with my many friends who ate with me in my friend's party, which is also very tasty. The thing which is interesting about Italian food is firstly it's very delicious, additionally it is very interesting to looking at it, and finally it is very healthy, not very unhealthy for me and my health. It's also a hygienic food which is suitable for our health. I feel like over the moon when I ate this Italian pizza. I also thanked my friend for this interesting party, which fills me like an apple in my eye for this pizza, and this became my favorite food since this party.

    The idea of trying different kinds of food from different continents or culture has fascinated me since the day I started to learn about this beautiful world and its people around me. But then there are some food items which I would like to try more than others and today I would like to talk about one such foreign food that stand out from the crowd of other foods. The name of this foreign food is Japanese Okonomiyaki. It is a Japanese pancake which is full of authentic flavors and textures, with fresh squid or prawns along with a mirin and a particular kind of honey sauce. It is a special dish that is perfectly garnished with bonito flakes. By the way, Okinomiyaki means cook or grill as you like it. In many countries in the world, the delicious dish is also known as Japanese pizza because it looks a lot like a regular pizza except it contains different ingredients. Anyway, one way wants to describe it, but in reality, it is actually nothing but an iconic Japanese street food which is primarily made from shredded cabbage, flour, eggs, and water. By the way, I learned about this foreign food when I was watching some food network TV channel about a few months ago. Later on, I searched on the internet also to learn more about this Japanese food which also has become very popular in many other countries around the world like USA, Europe, and other Asian countries. However, even though this food is widely popular around the world, it is mostly prepared and consumed in Japan.
