    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    Oh those eyes. Those. Food is life according to me and the most favorite food of mine will be pudding. Despite pudding being a very common one among my friends, I only came to know about it very recently. Pudding is native to England. So when my brother after completing his studies returned from abroad, he was the one who introduced me to pudding. The moment I first tasted my pudding, I fell in love with it. The first type of pudding I actually ate was coffee pudding. The preparation time and the preparation process of the pudding itself is very simple. It can be done easily with the ingredients available at home. The coffee pudding gave me the feeling of eating the coffee instead of drinking it. I was fully mesmerized and ever since that day I have been eating coffee pudding at least once a month. And there are also many other different types of puddings available such as caramel pudding and banana pudding. Though I have only tried coffee pudding and caramel pudding, I also want to do other types of pudding. Mainly I want to try to do banana pudding. The process for banana pudding, for doing banana pudding, we require a specific type of steam pan which I don't have. So once I bought it, I will try banana pudding also.

    So, foreign food which I recently liked was sushi. So, it is a very typical Asian food, but not in parts of India, but I would say in parts of China, Japan and other Asian countries. Why I liked it is because of the burst of flavors, right. So, they'd give pink ginger to cleanse your palate and then you have a very tasty flavorful soy sauce wherein you dunk the sushi pieces into that soy sauce and then you scrape off a bit of wasabi which is a very spicy paste and you just mix the whole thing up and you just have it together and then oh my god it's just a burst of flavors with the wasabi, with the soy sauce and you know with the overall of fish, I mean chicken and rice, sticky rice and as well as the seaweed covering. It just brings out a lot of flavors over there and I think I've had it for the first time when I visited this place called Yuki which is an authentic Japanese restaurant which serves authentic Japanese cuisines and apart from that I have also tried a couple of other accompaniments. So, kombucha tea I tried along with this and it really pairs well with the sushi. So, yeah I think that's something which I really enjoyed and I'd like to have again in the future.

    The dish is pizza. I would definitely say it's pizza because the first time I had it was when I was 7 in a nearby place from my home that is called Domino's which is very famous for pizza and I really enjoyed its topping. I enjoy different flavors of pizza. For example, sausage, paneer, chicken, mozzarella and every kind of pizza I really enjoy. One of my favorite pizza is cheesy spicy rice which really bursts into my mouth and it really gives a cheesy texture and really pleasant taste.

    Due to the increasement of day by day in globalization, people are adapting the foods and cultures of different countries. This will engage the brotherhood among all the people of different nations. The dishes are also very famous in our country which are Japanese, Italian or Chinese. I also love each kind of dishes such as noodles, pizzas, pastas, salsas and everything. But here I would like to talk about the dish which I tried when I was in my 10th class. I went to on a party with my friend, there I tried pizza which seems very delicious to me. Moreover, pizza is an amazing Italian food source which is famous among the youth of India. The ingredients are very amazing, they taste very good. It is made up of a yeast bun, also the mozzarella cheese and the oregano and chili flakes seasoning is done over it. It is baked in oven. I love to enjoy the taste of oregano and chili flakes. Also I love the corn pizza which seems very delicious and interesting to me. I love to eat the cheese pizza. The pizza I love is because of its beautiful and amazing taste, I love to eat the pizza.

    A foreign food I had tried and loved is a Korean ramen which is made up of noodles and soup. Korean ramen is a Korean delicacy, it is available in different restaurants but I had it in Seven Sisters which is located in Hytex, Hyderabad. It is amazing, first time I have had it, I fell in love with it. The noodles were so soft and the ingredients had a combination of sweet and sour in it. I love the zesty taste in the soup, there are a lot of vegetables put in the soup, as a veggie lover I have enjoyed the crunchy fried vegetables along with noodles. This kind of food is not available in other restaurants, it is only available in Korean based restaurants. I enjoyed the zesty lemon flavor, after having it I have tried a lot of variations in it like sweet and pork and chicken flavor, they also taste amazing.     There are many dishes I like, mostly regional, but when coming to the foreign dishes, the one I like the most is the Hakka noodles. So, Hakka noodles is not so special to everyone, but for me, it is the first dish I tried, so I never heard of noodles before. I first tried it at a regional restaurant near to my place. There are many ingredients added in the noodles, like soy sauce and other ingredients which are very new to me, sesame oil, and it enriched the flavor, and I got to experience the flavor for the first time. Now, Hakka noodles is a favorite dish of mine, and I go to a similar restaurant every time because I tried it at different Indian restaurants, and they had too much of oil and some other flavors which my teacher doesn't like.

    Well, I am a foodie person and I have, I am fascinated about trying different type of foods from different countries. But here I would like to talk about the Chicken Shawarma, Arabian dish which I had in, when I was in Dubai trip. So basically it is made up of the, made up of the Tandoori Roti with Mayonnaise and Tomato Sauce and some Chili Flakes and some Grilled Chicken are added and make it roll and you have to eat, we have to eat like a roll. And I enjoyed a lot whenever I had Shawarma. So previously when I was in Dubai trip, there is a one famous shop called Arabian which is very known and popular in Dubai for the, deliver, represent to Chicken Shawarma and I enjoyed a lot while trying this dish. I am very delighted and I feel cloud nine whenever I eating Chicken Shawarma.

    One of the best foreign dishes I've had still now is the dessert named Tiramisu. It's a dessert derived from Mexican and Italian cuisine. It's one of my favorite dessert and the best dessert I had still date. I had it once when I was in Goa, though it was not the best tiramisu I had but in my city Bangalore you get the most best tiramisu dessert in a place called Bastin which is owned by the most famous actress Shilpa Shetty. And moreover this tiramisu is made up of coffee and biscuits which adds a flavor of bitterness as well as the sweetness. So the dessert is combined of a lady's finger, coffee and biscuits. The tiramisu dessert is made by grinding the biscuits and coffee which is then garnished or layered with oil dipped lady fingers. This is the most exotic dessert found in Mexico and Italian.

    The foreign dish I would love to talk about is Bebimbap which I have had number of times. So this dish is basically from Korea and the very first time I tried this dish is in the place which is in the name of Majnuka Tila located in Delhi and this place, moreover this place is quite popular among youngsters and it is also widely known for the aesthetic cafes it has got and the dish has variety of taste and looks very bright in color because of the number of, because of the variety of vegetables they have in this dish and the way it is decorated and presented to you. The main ingredient in this dish is gochujang sauce which has got all the magic in which all the vegetables and rice is mixed in. It is served in a bigger, it is served in big bowls and very delicious in taste. I guess I have had it somewhere around 14-15 times whenever I go to this place. This is my first choice to place the order for and I love the fragrances and the way they use many vegetables for the nutrients it should have. I believe that everybody should try this South Korean dish known as Bebimbap at least once. You will get all the nutrients because of the bright color of vegetables and the combination of rice and the paste which I talked about makes it sumptuous. Additionally it has also got soup along with it which makes it much more tastier in taste. This is everything I would talk about this place.
