The dish I like very much is chicken biryani where I tried it in Hyderabad. The ingredients used in chicken biryani are chicken, some spices along with basmati rice, roasted onions. The cooking process takes usually like 30 minutes to 1 hour. The chicken is being marinated in curd and spices along with roasted onion. Later on it is slow cooked in a kadai. Later on water is added to the marinated chicken and basmati rice and slow cooked till it gives the aromatic flavor.

So one foreign dish that I like is a white sauce pasta. I first tried it at a friend's birthday party where her mom had made the best white sauce pasta I could have ever tried. The one thing that I like about it is how easy it is to make and it's just so soothing. Something about it is very comforting and therefore I love the dish and I love how I can incorporate a lot of vegetables in it which I usually don't eat on a regular basis. So the vegetables when mixed with the cheese pasta or the cheese sauce with like chilli flakes and oregano, it just gives a good taste and that is something, that is one of my go-to meals. I can either have a vegetarian or non-vegetarian depending on my mood and it is something very comforting and very easy to make and it is like a very unique spin on the normal pastas that you usually have, the ready-to-make kind of pastas. So it is a very easy thing or an easy hands-on cooking experience for someone who's not a very good or a regular based cook.

One type of foreign food that I really enjoy is Japanese Sushi. I first tried it in a restaurant in Delhi and I was really curious because I had heard so much about it. The sushi I had was made of rice, seaweed, fresh fish and some vegetables. I could taste the salty seaweed, the slightly sweet rice and the freshness of fish. All together, the combination was very unique and refreshing. After that, I even tried making sushi at home. To be honest, I didn't do a very good job because rolling the sushi properly was much harder than I expected. Still, it was fun experiencing and I realized how much skill is needed to prepare it well. Apart from sushi, I also love Korean food, especially ramen noodles. Unlike sushi, ramen is easier for me to make at home. I usually cook the noodles and add vegetables, boiled eggs and some spicy seasoning. The flavors are rich, warm and comforting, especially during winters. The reason I like these food is that they are different from Indian cuisine. The spices are also different. They give me a chance to experience new flavors and culture. Also, I enjoy cooking them at home. Even if they don't always turn out to be perfect, eating these dishes makes me feel connected to the other parts of the world and that's something I really enjoy. New flavors, cultural experience, enjoyable cooking is my forte and I love doing it. Cooking is one of my hobbies as well.

Recently I visited Bangalore and there was a Japanese restaurant known as the Great Indian Ramen Shop and I tried the dish known as Ramen. It's a very amazing dish. After tasting that my taste buds are blown away because it's really that good. The main ingredients of this dish, the ramen are beef, noodles and the special broth. The broth is made by boiling the beef bones for over 8 hours and simmering them down to a gravy like consistency. The ramen really has a unique flavor that is not available in any of the dishes that I have tried in that restaurant. Furthermore the texture of the ramen is marvelous, it's really good. In addition to that I really wanted to taste that ramen again. So I have been practicing cooking to make that ramen at home but I failed miserably. I have been trying every day since I ate that food in that particular store but I keep failing. In the near future I would like to perfect my dish and bring the same texture and flavor as the dish I have tried in that restaurant.

One foreign food that I really liked was Allegheny Pasta. I first had it at the Paul's restaurant in City Walk. It's a very famous, very old Italian restaurant. Since then I've tried it at many different places but nothing in my opinion could beat that particular pasta. The amazing part of this is that it's a sauce-free pasta and you don't need to prepare any sauce. You just boil the spaghetti and cook it with minced garlic and chilli flakes. You can also add veggies if you like like broccoli, cherry tomatoes and zucchini but I don't like a lot of veggies in mine. I've also tried making it at home. I've made it 3-4 times now and I've still not made it as good as Paul's. But practice makes perfect so I'll continue trying my best to make the pasta.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

A foreign dish I really enjoyed and would happily try again is the Japanese Ramen. It's a noodle soup but it's far more complex than the instant versions most of us grow up with. Real ramen has layers of flavor, rich broth and a mix of toppings that make every bowl feel unique. I first tried authentic ramen at a Japanese restaurant in Chennai. A friend recommended that place saying the chefs had trained in Japan so I was curious to see what the fuss was about. I ordered a bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen which is known for its creamy, slow-cooked pork broth. The moment it arrived, the aroma alone was enough to tell me this was something special. What I enjoyed most were the ingredients and how well they complemented each other. The broth had a deep savory taste that came from hours of simmering bones. The noodles were firm and springy, nothing like the soft instant ones. It came topped with sliced pork, a soft boiled egg with a perfectly runny yolk, bamboo shoots, seaweed and spring onions. The balance of flavors, rich, salty, slightly sweet and umami made the whole dish incredibly satisfying. Even the texture stood out. Every bite felt deliberate and well-crafted. I like this dish because it feels both comforting and sophisticated. It's warm, filling and perfect if you want something that feels like a complete meal. But it also has a level of detail that shows how much effort goes into making it. Eating it made me appreciate Japanese food culture, how they focus on precision, freshness and harmony of flavors. Overall, ramen was a memorable experience for me, not just because it tasted great, but because it gave me a glimpse into another culinary tradition. It's definitely a dish I'd love to explore more, especially in Japan someday.

One kind of foreign food that I really enjoy and have had on several occasions is Italian pizza. I first tried authentic Italian pizza at a well-known Italian restaurant in my city about two years ago during a special dinner with my family. The dish I had was a classic Margherita pizza which is quite simple yet incredibly delicious. It had a thin crispy base topped with a fresh tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and a few fresh basil leaves. What I really enjoyed was the perfect balance of flavors, the tanginess of the tomato sauce blended so well with the creamy cheese, and the basil added a fragrant touch that enhanced the overall state. The crust was light and slightly chewy which made every bite very satisfying. I particularly like this dish because it is not only tasty but also quite versatile. Whether you eat with a fork or pick it up with your hands, it never fails to make me happy. The freshness of the ingredients made it stand out compared to the frozen pizzas you typically get at home. Moreover, it reminded me of Italy's rich culture and love for food, which added an exotic touch to my dinner experience. Overall, I enjoy Italian pizza because of its simple yet rich flavors, the perfect combination of fresh ingredients, and the enjoyable atmosphere it creates when shared with family and friends.

So, one foreign dish I truly enjoyed was Japanese sushi which I first tried at a traditional sushi restaurant in Singapore. I had heard a lot about it before but tasting the authentic version was an entirely new experience. Sushi is a Japanese delicacy made from seasoned rice combined with fresh food, vegetables or egg often wrapped in seaweed. The presentation was stunning. Each piece looked like a miniature work of art with vibrant colours and precise shapes. I tried different varieties including salmon, tuna and tamago which has a slightly sweet omelette on top. What fascinated me most was the balance of flavours and textures. The soft rice, the firm yet delicate fish, the salty seaweed and the occasional burst of heat from wasabi. It was light yet filling and incredibly refreshing compared to the heavy meals I was used to. The chef prepared the sushi right in front of me and there was an emphasis on freshness and craftsmanship which made me appreciate the skill behind it. Since then, sushi has become one of my favourite foreign foods, not just for its taste but also because it reflects a culture that values aesthetics, precision and respect for ingredients.

One type of foreign food that I really enjoyed is Italian pasta, especially a creamy chicken alfredo pasta. I first tried this dish a few years ago at an Italian restaurant in my city and since then it has become one of my favorite international dishes. The pasta is made using simple yet rich ingredients such as boiled pasta, grilled chicken, fresh cream, butter, garlic and cheese, usually parmesan. What I enjoyed most about this dish was its smooth, creamy texture and balanced flavor. The sauce was rich but not too heavy and the garlic added a mild sharpness that complemented the softness of cream. The chicken was tender and well seasoned which made the overall taste very satisfying. Apart from the ingredients, I also like the fact that the dish was freshly prepared and served hot which enhanced the aroma and flavored the combination of cheese and cream, created a comforting taste while herbs like oregano and black pepper added a subtle depth to the dish. I like this dish mainly because it is different from the traditional dishes I eat every day yet it still feels familiar and comforting. It is not overly spicy but it is full of flavor which suits my taste perfectly. Moreover, Italian cuisine focuses on the quality ingredients rather than excessive spices and I really appreciate the simplicity. Overall, the dish left a strong impression on me and it made me more interested in trying other international cuisine. For me, Italian pasta is not just a food, it is a delightful experience.

The kind of foreign food which I am really fond of is the ramyun. It is a Korean staple dish. It is basically noodles boiled in a rich vegetable or chicken broth. So I had first tried it at my home itself after watching many K-dramas. It is like instant noodles which you are just supposed to take out of the packet, boil the noodles, add the broth powder and stir it and eat it with cheese or something. So the flavor which I loved the most was carbonara which is basically cheese and chicken and mushroom. These are the main ingredients of the seasonings apart from the garnishes like celery and all. I really enjoy to eat it because it is very spicy and at the same time very cheesy which balances it perfectly making it very rich flavorful and really tasty to eat. Apart from the instant noodles types, I also eat it in restaurants whenever I go out. Apart from ramyun, there is also very similar dish which is called ramen which is I think Japanese. So whenever I go out, I make sure I eat miso ramen which I really love. It has comparatively really less flavors and less ingredients but at the same time it gives a very strong comparison to ramyun because it tastes extremely delicious with less ingredients and masalas. It is just chicken broth with the noodles and some mushrooms as the topping. The broth is nearly clear as compared to ramyun but it has a very rich flavor and it is very healthy to eat.

One type of foreign food that I really enjoy is Bibimbap, which is a traditional Korean dish. I first tried it in a Korean restaurant in my city, and I was immediately fascinated by its vibrant representation and the variety of ingredients it contains. Bibimbap usually consists of rice topped with assorted vegetables, marinated meat, a fried egg, and a special spicy sauce called gochujang. What I particularly find applying it is the balance of flavors and the textures. The crunchiness of the vegetables, the tenderness of the meat, and the richness of the sauce all combine to create a delicious harmony. Although it was very different from Indian cuisine, which tends to be heavily spiced and dry, Bibimbap feels refreshing and wholesome, and it gives a sense of healthy eating without compromising on taste. I also enjoy the process of mixing all the ingredients together before eating, which makes it experience interactive and fun. Since that first time, I ever tried it multiple times and even experimented it making at home. Overall, Bibimbap is not only a meal I enjoyed for its taste, but also that I appreciate for the cultural experience it offers, making it one of the most favorite foreign dishes I ever tried.

Whenever I look back at the list of various cuisines I have tried and liked, I keep tracing back to the time when I had visited Thailand in 2019. The Pan Asian cuisine was a match made in heaven for my taste buds because most of the ingredients and dishes they served were made of fresh ingredients which not only served my taste buds but also kept my stomach happy throughout my two weeks stay. If I had to pick out one particular dish out of this, I would definitely pick the pad thai noodles. With hints of sweetness, spiciness and that spectacular nutty aroma from the peanuts, it just brought the entire dish together, also serving with the healthiness from the rice noodles. This however stood apart from the other dishes I had tried when I had visited various other countries because it was spicy and as being a person from India, I never found good spicy food in other countries. So the food I had in Thailand remained the highlight of my trip.

I love cooking and eating and trying out different dishes. So this year I've tried a new dish which actually existed from a long time but I've tried it recently only. It is called tacos. It is a Mexican origin food and first time I tried it with my friend in a mall and I loved its crunchy outer layer while there were veggies, crispy veggies inside and the hot sauce. It was just an explosion of flavors in the taste buds and I love how they mix and match different things to make it more delicious. While Mexico has birria tacos but here we don't eat beef so we have chicken tacos or veg tacos. I tried out the veg taco which had beans in it and cabbage onions in it and the first bite and I was so in love with the taste, the texture and of course that addictive sauce. So it was kind of a new experience to me and I've never had such a thing before. Well I do love my cultural food but as I said I obviously love trying out different things and till now I'd say tacos were the best food I had, best continental food I had. So I'd obviously like to try it out again as soon as possible maybe a next flavor for the next time.

The pizza is then baked in a very hot oven, which gives it a crispy base and a soft, cheesy topping. Unlike fast food pizzas, it tastes very fresh and light. I like this food mainly because of its balanced flavor and simple ingredients. It is not too spicy or oily, so it feels healthy and easy to digest. Moreover, I enjoy trying different international cuisines, and Italian food allows me to experience another country's culture through its cooking. Whenever I want something tasty yet comforting, pizza is my first choice.

Recently my manager took me, took the whole team out for lunch, we went to an Asian place and we went to an Asian restaurant and tried a platter of a variety of different things. One thing that really stuck out to me and that I really liked was a dish called Khao Soi. Khao Soi is a soupy noodle dish from Thailand. If I was to describe the dish, the soup or the sauce is mainly made up of coconut milk and different other spices along with homemade noodles and you could also include chicken or veg options. So this dish, I really enjoyed having this dish and as I am from Kerala, I have a taste for dishes with coconut milk. Afterwards, I ended up ordering Khao Soi on two other occasions and enjoying a big bowl of soupy noodles all by myself. I would really recommend this dish to anyone who likes the flavour of coconut milk, although it might be peculiar to some who are not accustomed to this taste.
