Model Answer
the three students are discussing the different aspects of open book exam. the three of them found the open book pattern a bit difficult as compared to the traditional exam pattern. the first student tells that he was barely able to finish the exam when it was an open and he kept flipping through the pages to find exactly the answer. he emphasizes the importance of studying and understanding the topic rather than just carrying the books. so that also he suggests having some essential lists and summary sheet with some keywords going forward to which student who agrees and she told that she also kept flipping the pages and lost a lot of time. it is not simple as people think. to curb this she has also prepared some cheat sheet with some color coding. she also mentions that it is more about the open book exam is more about scenario application and critical thinking rather than just copying pasting from the books and it requires intense preparation. student three agrees to all of the points and concludes by saying that there are three steps which can make you a perfect candidate for open book exam. first is understanding the topic. second is organizing the essential notes only and thirdly is the practice with those books itself. too many books or materials can confuse you hence a targeted material will help. this should one should practice with the material which he or she will be carrying to the example of it.
