Model Answer
the following discussion is about three universities students talking about the struggles of hybrid classes. the first written mentions that the constant switching between different platforms like the in-person teaching and online methods has been very overwhelming. and it sets unrealistic expectations because the students are expected to move and switch to different platforms and study. this feels very disjointed and mentally exhausting. the second certain mentions that different platforms are very confusing like google teams, meets, and also sometimes emails. and they expressed their desire of having a person assistant to organize all their tasks because there is no consistency. the third person struggles a lot too because there are too many systems to monitor. and the logistical nightmare is what has been troubling them. furthermore, there is no real human connection in the classes because everyone has their video off and there is no real interaction between the student and the teacher that encourages this inhumane experience. however, there are many solutions to these problems like students can set reminders and make a weekly calendar that organizes all their tasks and help them navigate through their troubles. however, there are many technical issues also present in this situation such as the wi-fi problems that seriously affects the learning capabilities of students. for example, one of the students missed an entire lecture because of wi-fi problems. however, building dashboards for everything and training professors to avoid content dumping is one of the initiatives that can be undertaken by the universities. overall, hybrid classes can be fantastic if they are well structured and organized.
