Cue 1:What activity it was?

  • Begin by clearly stating the activity you planned with a large group of people.
  • Provide some context about the significance of the activity, such as a festival, event, or gathering.

Example

The activity I planned was a community picnic for my neighborhood. We wanted to bring everyone together to enjoy a day of fun, food, and games, especially since we hadn’t had a gathering in a long time.

Cue 2:Why you took part in it?

  • Explain your motivation for organizing or participating in the activity.
  • Mention any personal connections or experiences that influenced your decision.

Example

I took part in organizing the picnic because I believe in fostering community spirit. I wanted to create an opportunity for neighbors to connect, especially after the pandemic when everyone felt isolated. I also have fond memories of similar picnics from my childhood, which inspired me to recreate that joy.

Cue 3:How it was organised?

  • Describe the steps you took to organize the activity, including planning and coordination.
  • Mention any challenges faced and how you overcame them.

Example

To organize the picnic, I first created a WhatsApp group to gather interested participants. We discussed the location, which was a local park, and decided on a potluck format where everyone would bring a dish. I also arranged for games and activities for children. One challenge was coordinating the food, but we managed by assigning specific dishes to families, ensuring a good variety.

Conclusion

    Example

In conclusion, the picnic turned out to be a great success. It brought together over fifty families, and everyone had a wonderful time. It reminded me of the importance of community and how simple gatherings can strengthen bonds among people.

When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Football game is one of the activities I have almost participated with a lot of people. This activity has actually enhanced my skill in playing football. I love sport a lot because it gives me the zeal, enthusiastic and also improve my ability and strength. We actually organized this game in order to check our stamina as students who actually love sports. These activities were organized by my faculty members in my college. We did this so we can be able to compete with other students from a different college. We were actually 12 in numbers and along the line 3 dropped out, not because they were not able to perform but the reason they felt they can't move forward was because they were actually not having the strength and stamina to continue this game.

The time where we people do to plan a day or two days was hiking. So, in our class we have group members of friends about 15 people, 15 to 16 people. On a random day we planned to go hiking after the class, the college class. So, one of my friend took his car to the college. From there he picked us and we go to the Kodagata Parai, a famous hill in Kollam district. It is about 1320 feet from the ground. It consists of 450 long stairs with a subsequent height of 25 cm. However, a person who knows to hike will find it very difficult to move more heights. Because as we move more heights, the air pressure will be normal which feels more suffocating. But apart from this all, this all has difficulties. Once we reached at the top of the hill, the scenery was amazing. If we are at the top of the hill, when we see the ground view, the greenery was so beautiful. We can see the eagle which is flying at very high heights. We can see the greenery all around us.

I vividly remember I had a visit to the place that was really adventurous and joyful. It was an activity that I had experienced with all my cousins and some of my friends were also there. The name of that place we visited is Wet n Joy. To get to that place we booked a cab, Uber cab it was. And on the breakthrough we had some burgers, pizzas just to keep ourselves full and not to starve for the long journey that we were going on. Once we reached our destination, firstly we just started booking, showing the tickets to the organiser and we got some bands on our hand. Once we got the entry, we went directly to the water park. It was quite interesting as I am a water phobic person. I don't really enjoy water, like water rides or even swimming for that matter. And I just, the main reason or the motive that I had for visiting this place was just to get the rid of that anxiety, just to get rid of what I was feeling about the water. So I went there, I enjoyed a lot and this one thing was there in my mind that no matter what happens, it is all happening with safety, so I am not going to lose my life. It's just that I have to be free and enjoy the thrilling experience that I am going to get over there. After that, we moved to the adventurous park which had rides like roller coaster, apart from that there was pendulum. Once we sat on that pendulum, I thought that my entire life was going to end.

When I was working in one of my previous company, so we were great from our busy schedule. Generally our clients are from US and we work from January to March because in US those months are holiday months. So we were tired by completing the project so we organized one cricket tournament. Firstly we have given proposal to our management team regarding how we are organizing cricket tournament. Later we start looking for funding from our owner and some senior managers. Later also we have managed to allocate some foods, drinks and aids. Whoever in case feel sick or get injured while playing on ground. After that we have to arrange one cricket ground with minimum budget. Because we had very less budget to allocate each of the categories like cricket ground, allotment of food, drinks and other stuffs. Managing this cricket tournament is like not everybody's cup of tea. When match or tournament was fully complete then everybody feels very happy. Because as expected the main team won the tournament and everybody was happy. Later organizers also thanks us for that.
