When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

My favorite sport is swimming. As a child I used to watch movies and shows about characters who used to surf and who used to swim on in the ocean. I loved the ocean or aquatic animals. I loved dolphins and tortoises and so I learned how to swim. When I was five my dad took me to the local swimming pool and taught me how to swim along with the swimming coach. I used to love swim swimming and I often do it as well. Swimming keeps me connected to my childhood as it was the first proper memory that I made with my father. It connects me to my body, mind and soul and it helps me to regain my thoughts and helps me to be inactive. Plus swimming is a good workout and it's amazingly fun. I loved swimming because of the way my body flowed in the water. The way my hair used to always look so pretty when I used to swim. In fact I went on to compete in a lot of competitions in school and I even won third place and continued going for gold while I was still in school. As a child I was always looking forward to swim and I would try to sing all the way to the bottom to see how long I could sit there. It was not long. In all

sports it's amazing it's a physical activity. It is the good way to exhaust our energy. With this we get exercised and we feel it more enthusiastic. Well I like to see or watch cricket a lot to cheer up to motivate them. Another reason is beginning I used not to like the cricket but after seeing my brother watching it I also started liking to watch. Later on after marriage even my husband also is very much fond of watching cricket and playing cricket. So in between I lost the interest again developed and I started giving company to him while watching the cricket and it is not like particular team we support. We support the players who are playing really a good game and it is good entertainment than watching another program.

The most favorite sport I like is badminton. I usually love watching and playing it because it's a very calming sport. It also increases our ability of focus. Then I would like to say that usually I play this in the evening usually with my friends and family. I started playing badminton during my young age at the level of first standard something. At that time my teacher introduced me to such a great sport during a sports period. At first I wasn't clear about the movements and initiative that you should introduce to take such a great sport. Then on further practices and advices given by my friends and teacher I learned the tricks and the need of the sport. Then I think badminton is a game that needs both focus and intellectual memory. We should notice the movement of cork and we should make movements with the paddle with the movement of cork. So I think everyone will be interested to study and play such a sport and it was a great opportunity.

I really like playing football because football is a game we are physically very active, engaged, a lot of communication going on. Everything, every element of football I love it. It is very special for me, it's a very special sport for me because I used to play football since I was a kid and my favorite part is that passing ball, securing a goal of course. That gives me immense pleasure and happiness when I secure a goal when playing the sport and we will be more confident and playful and physically fit while playing the sport, this particular sport.

    Band 6-7

To be honest, I'm not someone who enjoys watching any sorts of sports, but if I am to talk about one particular sport that I watch, it's definitely going to be football. I don't know much about the game itself, I'm not very aware of the rules of the game or the number of players in the game, but I do watch it live on television with my friends. Watching football on TV is something I do with my friends whenever we hang out, so I often associate watching football on TV with happiness and memories and time spent with my friends. I do love it, even though, like I said, I do not know anything about the game itself. Why that is so special to me is because, other than the sport itself, it is the quality time I spend with my friends and family while I watch it. And yeah, that's it.

    Band 6-7

The sport which I really like is cricket because in our country cricket is very much fascinating and many people are attracted towards them and it's like people are crazy about cricket in our country and I usually watch cricket during the world cup times like tournament or sometime during IPLs also and I really like about cricket is that it always a kind of mystery box like you never know which team is winning or not or which are not and it's also kind of like you can say a puzzle or you can say a maze type and cricket is so much important for me because in our country specifically our country is known for cricket although it's not a national game but it's quite popular among our country and our country have a different kind of love for that sport.

A sport which I like the most is obviously Volleyball. I have been playing Volleyball since I was in class 3 or 4. I started it because we had to do something extracurricular back then and my mom insisted me to join Volleyball. Well, it's actually a very unique sport. You need both discipline and skills in order to play it. You need to be long enough also, but I'm very short. But I used to play it very good back then. I even played in inter-state, inter-districts from Volleyball. It was a very good experience. What I like mostly about Volleyball is its sense of sportsmanship. Like, if you even miss the ball, nobody used to blame you. They used to teach you how to become better, how to be a better player. Nobody used to say that you are a bad player, you are a very bad ball tackler. Everybody used to encourage me a lot. And it was back then a very encouraging thing according to me. Volleyball is much better than football or cricket according to me. This is because it includes skills and patterns in which you play. The rules are much more stricter. In football, you can just push someone and you can just get a great car or something. There is no such thing in Volleyball. Volleyball doesn't include fighting and all that stuff. So, Volleyball is my true sport. Now, recently, I don't get the time to play it. But in future, I hope that I am able to manage some of my time and begin practicing Volleyball with my friends who used to play back then. It was a very wonderful time.

The sport that I admire is badminton. I have been playing badminton since my 6th standard. I have participated in various competitions like the Open Zonal Delhi competition where I had qualified till the 2nd round and I have also participated in a mixed doubles event where my partner was a 10 year old child and we were the weakest team at that time. But we managed to win the competition and after my 10th standard I stopped playing badminton because I had to concentrate more on my studies which made me not play badminton for over a period of 2 years. Now even if I try to play, I don't have a grip in my game so I have stopped my game from that.
