When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

So, here I want to recount an experience I had on visiting a place, it was named the Monroe Islands. It's actually situated on the confluence of the Ashtamudi Lake and the Kallada River. I went there a year back with my friends and family. It's a place of extreme serenity and tranquility, therefore the nature is one of the most exquisite thing that I was very fond of. There, we had a ride on a boat, we went through the mangrove forest as it is well known all over the place. I enjoyed the ride, not only the ride but also the food was also very delicious. There were a number of toddy shops nearby the lake and they provided yummy and tasty aquatic dishes. Moreover, the journey or the beauty of the nature really caught my eyes. We had a whale of a time there, we enjoyed various activities, having a dinner and furthermore we also enjoyed the beautiful sunset. It was very delightful and it actually lifted our spirits. We all must have some time reconnecting with the nature that really lifts our spirits and

My native place is near Tirunelveli, that is within Tamil Nadu in India. My native place is a very clean and non-polluted area compared to where I currently live, which is in a city. I've been there several times and every time I go there it is full of lush green landscapes, hills and streams of lakes. It's also full of very organic farmers and people who take care of their health extremely well. I've had really good memories in that little town. There's a lot of interesting birds and animals over there. There's peacocks and there's deer sometimes. They appear in the fields. Also, the people I get to visit who are relatives are very welcoming and lovely to be around with.

Two years back, I was fortunate to get a chance to visit Scotland along with my family. Scottish Highlands, as they are called, are world famous for their famous green pastures and amazing weather. In these areas of Scotland, me and my family camped out in different parts of the Highlands. We had a chance to immerse ourselves in nature and reconnect with it. For me personally, this experience was humbling as well as relaxing. It was humbling because I got a chance to reconnect with the nature and spend time with myself, which I hardly can do because of the busy schedule that I follow in college. The experience proved to be therapeutic and I wish I can do it again soon.

This is an interesting question. I recently visited the Kodanadu estate which is present in the Udhagamandalam district of Tamil Nadu in India. It is by far one of the best experiences I have ever had in my life. The place is situated where the sea, the land, the air meet together in a big beautiful bio reserve which one can describe as divine. I travelled there along with my family members who also seemed to enjoy this beautiful scenery. I distinctly remember having a cup of tea and a few snacks while sitting and enjoying the cold air and mist flowing through my face. The reason why I call it as one of the best experiences in my life is because it made me think. It reinforces my idea as the nature is one among the beautiful things on earth and it is worth visiting and relaxing once in a while in my life.

A place that I have visited and really enjoyed it in my countryside is Adirathi waterfalls located in Thrissur district. I went there recently on June 2025. It was actually a tour for taking a break from my academic stress during my master thesis. I always liked to play with water. I like beaches, waterfalls, pond, bridges, etc. So when I went there, my goal was to play like a child, fully getting all drenched over my body. That's why when I get there, quickly I entered into the water and completely drenched over. It actually drenched my body and my mind. It was such a refreshing visit. I really liked the peace of that area, the balls of birds, leaves and everything.

I went to Udaipur last year and it was a very fun experience. I like that place because the culture is very beautiful. It is situated in Rajasthan and it is covered by hills. The road to Udaipur is also very beautiful which passes through the small hills and leads and that led us to our stay. Our stay was very beautiful with breathtaking view across the city. In my room, there was a special balcony area where I could sit, relax and read books. On the next day, we went on trekking. That was quite an overwhelming experience for me because I haven't had done trekking. But overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. The next day, we went for a boat ride. It was very pleasant with winds blowing off our faces. The sunset from the view was very beautiful. We reached at a restaurant which is a very upscale restaurant with exquisite cuisine known for its view and breathtaking view of the sunset. It is a sundowner restaurant which serves pizza as its main specialty. We had dinner over there, clicked some pictures and then came back to our hotel. The last day, we went for shopping. I bought many things like dresses and accessories which I gave to my friends. So overall, I loved visiting Udaipur.

I recently visited a place known as Varda near to my hometown Nagpur. It is a small town approximately 60 km from Nagpur. I went there for 3 days for a friend's wedding. This town has a population of almost 50,000 and is beautifully located in a valley known as Harshal. My friend's wedding was supposed to happen on 16th of December, so I went and travelled to the place on 14th. The food of this place is really tremendous and I would really love to try that again. I met few of my friends in the wedding and really had a good gala time. We shared some of our older memories and relived those moments. Overall, the time spent with my friends was pretty refreshing and has given me enough energy to get back to my corporate journey. As it is said that friends are your backbone, I really realized through those moments that yes, your friends definitely help you nurture and make your life more joyous.

The place that I visited and loved the most is Andaman and Nicobar Islands. These islands are located in the Bay of Bengal Ocean. I went there with my wife for my honeymoon. We did a lot of activities in the islands. For example, snorkeling and scuba diving. This is the first time I did some underwater activities. It is so special to me because I was amazed to see all the corals and the bright marine life. I was lucky enough to see shark and other exotic fishes. Till date, this scuba diving activity is still afresh in my memory. I would love to visit the Andaman and Nicobar Islands again. Moreover, the place is not that expensive making it all the more special.

Last year I had the privilege to go to Sundarbans when I was mentoring a few kids for teaching them astronomy in Olympiad. That Sundarbans is a beautifully decorated area just out of the countryside. It is a land where dense mangrove forests are beautifully surrounded and our beautiful Bay of Bengal is waving their hands to us. There we had a sky watching show at night where we could witness our beautiful Milky Way galaxy. Whole night we used to gaze the stars, moons and all the other planets through the telescope. It was a wonderful and beautiful experience. It was a two days trip and I felt really good motivated. Even during that time I also had the privilege to call a few poor and less educated children from the villages and teach them about astronomy. Sitting beside the beach of Bay of Bengal and teaching the kids in a board was really a good experience to share with all of you. I believe that this experience has truly led me through a memorable journey and I wish to continue this journey once more again in this time of the year during next session.

One of the most unforgettable trips I have ever taken was to Manali, a picturesque hill station nestled in the Himalayas. I went there one year ago with a group of close friends during our college winter break. We took a traveller from Delhi, which was a long but scenic journey. Upon arrival, the landscape took my breath away. Snow-capped mountains, lush pine forests, and quiet little cottages lived the loads. We spent our days indulging in adventurous sports like paragliding and skiing, and our evenings around bonfires sharing stories and sipping hot chocolate. What made the trip truly memorable was the sheer sense of freedom and connection we felt with nature and with each other. It was a much-needed break from our stressful academic lives, and it felt a lasting impact on my mental well-being.
