    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    According to myself, when I was studying in my standard 12th, there was a group competition of cricket in that I was a member of that team in which I played a semi-final with that team and I scored 50 runs in just 20 balls. I was the leading run scorer in that match. After winning the game, my team members have appreciated me to scoring that run and my one of another partner was scored just 15 balls of 30 runs. So, we have great partnership in the middle overs of the game in the crucial condition because we have lost our 7 wickets in early rolls. So, me and my friend decided to play a destructive inning so that can lead the winning of my side. I can enjoy that moment very well and I never forget that moment in my life because it has such a great experience that I have experienced in my life through school. So, recently I memorized that thing and I feel very happy about that moment and at that time I don't have words to say because we feel very great at that moment and I proud myself and my parents also proud of me that I have batted so well and qualify for the finals. Thank you.

    Two or three years back, while I was studying in my school, there was a project called Soch Bharat, that was to clean our surroundings. I was part of it. My professor made a team and we were 10 out of them. It was a wonderful experience. I was the leader. While I was leading, I really felt like an alpha male. My confidence level got high. It was a great experience to work with them. They are so cooperative. I really felt happy to be part of the team. At that time, we were almost like a family. I really loved them. I am still in contact with them. The main thing was while cleaning the surroundings that made me over the moon. It was a good memory to me, a good thing to remember. That was a great time.

    While doing my doctor of pharmacy degree at Andhra University, I joined a cricket team because I like to play cricket. So while playing in the team, I feel motivated by my team members and all teammates are my friends now. Also they all are from middle class family as I am. At the beginning of their career, they struggled a lot and they know what's the real pain. Even while we playing cricket matches, we have very tough situations. But I got inspired by one person in my team. He is the captain of the team called Rahul. I inspired by this person especially under pressure that taught me to be more understanding and never give up in tough situations. This team always inspires me to be the more and I would always love to play for this team. So even if we got injured, the team support will be very good and the team that I had is the best team in the world. We participated in a lot of competitions and we won a lot of competitions. I definitely want to meet my team again in future. My fellow friends and everybody have some get together and meet in future. So my experience in the team, I feel blessed to be a member of the team. So I love to be a part of the team.

    It was a science exhibition which was held in my school, and my colleagues were the team members. We have organized it very well and most of the people appreciated our hard work. We helped each other for organizing the exhibition and I felt overwhelmed and confident because of the help of my peers. I felt great when I received the feedback from my audience and the appreciation of organizing such an event. By giving chance to all the team members, I wholeheartedly can say that it was not possible for me to do it alone. If my team members would not have helped me, it was a great experience. I learned so many things from my colleagues.

    Recently, I had a interview with my manager, with my colleagues. So my colleague is recently joined as a program officer. So we interviewed them. After the interviewing, we had a debrief call with manager. She gave the commendable suggestions to have the interview in the next round. So she gave us to interview the team members like their ability and their strength and their weakness. Adding to that, she gave the framework of interviewing with the team members and how we can connect to the person who we are interviewing, explaining our organizational aim and vision and the mission and also describing the J.D. for them and also expectations from the team member how he or she can help our work and previous experience, additionally previous experience how it is going to be contributed to our work.

    A recent experience of teamwork was when I led a team during a resuscitation procedure in the hospital. The team consisted of junior doctors, nursing staff, paramedical staff and ICU technicians. I was the senior most member of the team, so I was supposed to lead the team. The feelings were quite mixed on this as I had doubts in my mind whether I would be able to get the task done properly, not hurting anyone during the procedure. Also I was a bit elated that I have got a chance to play a leadership role in my team and it was a thrilling experience for me because it was a life-saving procedure. At the end, we were able to achieve success and resuscitated the patient along with a proper return of circulation, spontaneous circulation, but the entire experience was a bit chaotic. Next time when such a situation happens, I would like to do everything in a stepwise manner.

    It so happened that my manager had to take an emergency leave for 10-15 days due to medical emergency in his family. So suddenly where I was working in the shadow of my manager, the entire responsibility of an urgent deliverable was put on me. So suddenly leadership was provided to me and I had to work along with some new trainees or freshers that were provided to me. So first of all as leader, I had to think that what tasks need to be provided on the basis of experience that they have in the project so that I can ensure and expect productive output from the new trainees that I had working under me. So first of all I gave at least a day to decide what tasks to be assigned to the new trainees because the new trainees had different experience level. Some were very new, some had experience of working for 2-3 months and some were working for nearly 1 year. So on the basis of that I provided the tasks and divided the tasks and with the efficiency of leadership and management, I was able to deliver the tasks that was expected of me and it was really a good experience and it allowed me to improve my leadership skill.

    When I was a child, I was always taught that teamwork is really necessary and being a team teaches a lot. Either we are a member or we are a leader. Yes, I remember an experience when there was a football competition in our school. We all were gathered to be selected for the team of our school football, which would represent our school in the match. Some of the really good players were appointed and I was the one. We were a team of seven members which had one leader, one co-leader and other member and I acted as a member of the team. Being a member of team, I didn't feel inferior to the leader but the leader was really guiding to us. I really developed various qualities such as togetherness, brotherhood and even developed in me some patience and know how to deal with various conditions such as you are in pressure condition and how would you be treating them. How would you handle that? So it really benefited me not only just for the sports but also in my far life and today I am being adopting that principles and I really enjoyed that life and would be further looking towards being a member of a team. I really felt overwhelmed to get such an opportunity to know how teamwork really works.

    Once, I was in school and we had a competition, sports competition. We were all supposed to play cricket against the other sections of the classes. And our team was average, not too strong, not too weak, just modest. I was one of the better players in the team. I could bowl and bat and I was good in running also. So, we started playing. We won one match against one of the teams and we lost the second. So, now the third match was a decider. It was a very important, pivotal match because if we had lost the match, we would be out of the competition. Two of our batsmen were out and the score was very low. So, I got into the batting and I scored well around 40-50 runs. It was a fast-paced batting and I quickly scored a lot of runs. And I pushed the team to a respectable score where we could have defended. We could think that we could defend that score because the other team was also very prepared. Then, we started bowling. So, we had a bat first and now we are bowling. We bowled not so good because the first three overs we went for around 30-40 runs. And now we had to control. So, I started bowling. I bowled my two overs and I took three wickets in that. So, that was the overall performance. It was a very pleasant and enthusiastic, energetic performance.

    while i was posting in my internship i had a chance to do physiotherapy to the football team and i went to kerala for this experience where kerala blasters was my team and i was a head physiotherapist of the team mat so basically my work was to do a physiotherapy treatment to whoever he needs and that was a great experience for me because before that i have never experienced my hand on the on field players or never i have treated on field patients so that practice have taught me a lot of things in my career and i have come out with a strong resilience that i can do anything on the field and off the field so with this with this project i get to know about a lot of things and i have learned from the different team members also that if you are in this marking area you have to work
