    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    I got experience in member of my team, with my friends and colleagues. They have over 14 members available in my team. They are different kinds of people, they have different kinds of skills here. So, we can talk in friendly each other, and we have to focus on the job. We can talk and chat with each other, and sometimes we can fight with each other. It's very friendly. Then we have to go to cafeteria to eat snacks and eat for dinner time. We have to spend time with each other. Sometimes we can go in for the movies to watch the films, and we can chat with each other. Afterwards, we have to discuss about the work. We have to clearly understand the work properly. We cannot do any more mistakes at all. We have to clearly understand the rules and regulations in the process. And doing further cases, we need to further achieve our goals.

    The experience that I would like to describe was when I was working as an intern in one of the brand called Jacqueline Jones and I am majoring in fashion designing so we usually have to do internship to gain the knowledge. So I was working in Jacqueline Jones for some months we were having a normal learning process then there was one training section where each store people used to or the staff used to come for the training so it was held in our store in Pune and there were almost 100 people for the training section and we were allotted to sit and there was this green people who were the person. I was working as an intern in one of the brand called Jacqueline Jones in Pune while I was doing my graduation so it was a mandatory thing of college that you have to do an internship so it was almost 2-3 months I started working there and every month every 2-3 months they were hailing on. The experience that was very memorable and very proud moment for me was I was working in Jacqueline Jones as an intern so it was a mandatory thing while I was graduating that you have to do an internship to gain knowledge about the fashion industry so I was working in Jacqueline Jones and it was almost 2-3 months that I started as an intern over there. I was already getting appreciated by my managers and every year at least after a interval of 6 months we used to have a training section so there was a training section held by our area manager to be precise a visual merchandiser. He had this training section where we used to learn about the season or the current trends that are going in the fashion industry. So he was explaining the process how to visually attract the customer and there were some fashion terms he was explaining. He used to ask certain questions which there were hardly anyone who was getting or responding to the question so he asked me one and I responded very quickly without thinking anything because I was learning the things and apart from all the 2-3 months internship I had a great knowledge of what that term is called so I quickly answered that question and he was so happy and proud that without a second thought she had the knowledge and she shared with us. So he asked me another question and I was repeatedly giving the quickest answers or the best answers. After some day my senior manager appreciated and he gave me the job.

    Good morning, so I wanted to share an experience that I had when I was working as an assistant professor back in 2021. I was a new joining the college, so college sent me to this workshop where I'll be given training to how to handle students, how to improve their communication skills, how to improve their soft skills skills. So this was a very interesting workshop. So as a person, as a new joining, I was having some reluctance in participating in work. So they put me in a group. This group had four members, including me. Two of them were already in the business for like two years. And another one was like me. She was an amateur, a new joining. And I wanted to stress on how these experienced candidates made

    So, I was part of a team that was working on a growth strategy project for a client. I was part of that team from the New Delhi office, whereas the other members from the diverse offices of our company, one was from the Spain office, two were from London office and one was from the Mumbai office. So I think it was a pretty diverse team all together where people have different thought processes, different ways of working and different timelines as well, time zones. So I think that was pretty challenging in some sort, but having said that, it was a really nice experience for me because I got to learn how things function in different offices within the same company obviously and how people react to the problem or the solution to the problem. That was really nice for me. It was also a nice experience because I was given the opportunity to directly present to the client the strategy that we have built and the partners in that case gave me the responsibility to prepare a tableau dashboard that showed which places to enter into the market. So I think overall a little challenging, but a very nice experience for me when I was part of this team and I think in the future would love to explore more such opportunities where I can shine myself, keep myself on my toes to give a better result than what I did in the past.

    So, if I begin with my experience which I had as a member in the team, I was a major role player in that team and the plan or the initiative plan which my team took was a competition which was held in IIT Kharagpur, 2023, as named as Young Scientist Award Program and my team as a solitary member of my school and with my teachers, with my colleagues, with my friends, we made a team for a topic known as seed education or seed determination without infertile ratio, less infertile ratio. So, I was a role member, I was a leader of the team and I had to lead the team in a great direction with my help of teachers and the team comprised of many personalities and it took 6 months of time for accomplishment of the same task and I had a great experience with my team, we won, we won the program which was Young Innovation Scientist Award Program and we were the winners as our project was affiliated by President of India and we were given a lead of something 30 points in the final and returned Uttarakhand where I live and we enjoyed a lot, the process which was there was objectionable and was not that good but as a result, it was the best moment I felt and all the moments were scattered, I am highly accomplished with that.     I would like to share an experience of me as a team member during my undergraduate project named Rural Agricultural Work Experience. During that project, I am also a member of team and a team leader. I guide my teammates and share my ideas, thoughts, which help them to gain knowledge. Furthermore, I am also able to gain knowledge from others. As a teamwork, me and my friends are mutually benefited. This project was done by me and my teammates in Gandhagiram Rural Institute, Tamil Nadu, India. And I really enjoyed, I felt like a person who was on cloud nine because I think that I was the one who has been there and learnt a lot of things which I have never learnt earlier. Though I tried my level best to learn the things from every perspective of my life because I grasped the things and I think that everyone is a learner till the day. Cold blue team are responsible for responding with the patients who is between life and death or needing a cardiopulmonary. As a professional nurse for the past 20 years, I was able to experience to be a member of a team, which is the cold blue team committee, and this team are responsible for responding to the patients who are needing a cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The member of this cold blue team committee are different nurses, and it is a fulfilling job in a way that you are saving a patient's life, though that most of the time we will be feeling nervous, tense, and being anxious during the resuscitation period. Well, when you do the cardiopulmonary resuscitation with the patient, you are doing chest compressions, airway management, and, of course, giving certain emergency medications which need to be followed the correct dosaging of the medications. And, of course, you have to make sure that in this emergency situation, you are giving the right treatment to the patient. Well, during this period, there is a so-called team leader who is leading the team, and as a member, you have to follow your assigned role. If you are the first responder, you are responsible for the chest compression, and if you are the second responder, you are responsible for the airway management. That means you are giving breathing to the patient by using the AmbuBag. And as a third responder, you are responsible to manage the defibrillator or the cardiac monitor, and the fourth responder is a help which you are giving extra management to the patient.

    Being a part of the group with Maryam Ahmed and Maryam Abdullah was actually a pretty interesting experience. At first, I wasn't sure how they would come all together, especially with different personalities and ideas. But once we started brainstorming, things began to click. We chose to focus on teenager problems, which felt important and relevant, and each of us had a role beyond just speaking. That was something I really wanted everyone actively contributing, not just reading off slides. I took charge of making the PowerPoint, but I didn't want that to be the center of everything. The goal was for us to make the best PowerPoint presentation ever done. So, I made the presentation to be elegant, and Maryam Ahmed was responsible for telling them about the problems and what are they. Maryam Abdullah was responsible for saying or giving them advice on how to solve these problems.

    I think it was the team project that we had to do in our school. It was consisting of my friends and the seniors, a few seniors. It was quite a nice experience which I got from the project. And I was the group manager of the team which helps to manage the work of the people to arrange the projects and giving assignments to the tasks to each person about different or any kind of situation they face, they need to ask me, like that kind of thing. And yeah, they were mostly of my friends. When I met the seniors, they helped me a lot in my problems that I faced in leadership qualities or any kind of things, they helped me a lot and it was quite an experience. All the members were my friends, mainly my best friend Srinivas and others like Kashyap, Santosh, Santoshi and Rahul is my senior and other friends of his, I don't know many of their names. But yeah, after the project, I grew more closer to them. It was quite a good experience and made me very proud of myself due to leadership qualities that I have developed in taking part in the project, I suppose.
