When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

One memorable experience I had as a team member was during a college project in my final year of mechanical engineering. We were assigned a group of project to design and prototype a small-scale wind turbine and that could power a few household devices. Our team had four members including me. Each of us brought different strengths to the table. I was responsible for the CAD modeling and simulation part. While another teammate worked on materials and fabrication, one member handled the electrical aspects and the last one coordinated the documentation and presentation. We had a few disagreements in the beginning about the design approach. But over time, we learned how to communicate better and divide tasks based on our skills. I spent long hours working on the simulations ensuring our design was both efficient and feasible. In the end, our wind turbine worked well and we even received appreciation from our professor for our teamwork and innovation. Being part of this team made me realize how important collaboration and patience are when even working toward a common goal. It was challenging but I felt proud and more confident after the experience.

During my B.Tech, I became the president of arts club in our college. Our college name is Srinidhi Institute of Science and Technology located at Ghatkeshwar, Hyderabad. During those times, me and my team, we both worked together to do many fests and events in our college. The members of my team were like my family and close friends. Eventually, we worked very hard to get into that team and became board members. Our team consists of President, Vice President, General Secretary, Marketing Head, External Affairs Head, Internal Affairs Head, Documentation Head, Designing Head. Some more members were like into arts and they were the platform heads like Dance, Music, Drama and moreover. The experience was very great because being in the position of a President, I grew a lot. A few months ago, I represented my college at the International Economics Convention that is organized by the HSNC board. It was held at MMK College that's located in Bandra. We were a team of 5 people and although we were strangers at first, eventually we became close and now we are best of friends. Although we did not win the convention, I felt extreme gratitude to represent my college at such a high level. I even wrote a research paper that got an ISBN number. Overall, I am exhilarated and grateful for the experience that I got as it has now enhanced my resume and I am doing well in my career.

One of the fondest group experience that I remember is when I was doing an interior design project with my friends and it was it was majorly dependent on Bali style interiors in a residential space and it was a group work that was allotted to a particular class. So the group members were my fellow students out of which four of them are my friends and the remaining two were people that I did not interact much with. The most important part of this aspect was to make sure that our audience that is the remaining part of the class understood the main aspects of design with respect to the Bali style. So what we had done is we had prepared an extensive an extensive number of slides explaining the key aspects as well as providing them with tips on how to incorporate such design styles into the projects that were going to be handed out or the upcoming projects and the main work that was allotted to me was to collate different kind of was to collate different kind of materials and to create a mood board and in that furthermore what I had added was not only textures but colors, styles, the history of Bali architecture, how exactly have we come to a certain template which defines Bali architecture in the current scenario. So I was given the task of preparing a mood board as well as a historic timeline and I found it very helpful with the help of my close friend. So both of us divided and split works accordingly and then carried out the task as assigned. The remaining people of the group were focusing more on the interior aspects of it and that helped us provide a really good presentation to the class.

Teamwork is the essence of healthcare profession. This I learned when I worked as an intern in my hospital last year. During my casualty shifts, the collaboration between the nurses, doctors, interns and junior residents was incredible. I remember distinctly how we used to solve emergency cases within minutes. I specifically want to mention nurses and their commendable hard work, which is often underappreciated. As an intern, I learned a lot of things. Moreover, my junior doctors were very respectful towards me even though they were my superiors. They used to hint me to call them by their names. I remember fondly how beautiful that period was and I cherish every second of it.

Long back, I became a volunteer member during FIFA World Cup 2022 Qatar and I was a part of a museum guide team where I met many new people, got an opportunity to socialise myself around new people and learn new skills, how to work in a team. Personally, my role was to guide the spectators of the World Cup who came here as visitors, to tell them about the museum, what is the context, what is the content in the museum, what are the artefacts, everything around the museum. I had a very nostalgic experience of me expressing myself to others about the work I did there. Overall, I worked as a volunteer for a period of 2 months and it was a wonderful experience. I gained a lot of skills. Firstly, I learnt how to speak to people, how to work together. Secondly, time management and how a museum guide works. Lastly, I got to meet amazing people like some footballers and visitors.

I would like to speak about my wonderful experience during my internship period when I was posted in Hamsa Rehabilitation Center. To be honest, that was my first time to see all the interdisciplinary teams working in one same sector. I am an audiologist and speech-language pathologist. So, we do have connections with occupational therapies, physiotherapies and particularly psychologists, even special educators. In my hometown and as well as in my hospital, we often refer for the other professionals outside. But in this particular center, they have all the professionals nearby. So, it is so helpful and it also makes the patient to easily accessible all the professionals within our same place. Apart from that, we can set a common goal. So, we can discuss about the patient during the interval time. If this is not working, then we can go with some other task. So, it's quite easy. More than that, this kind of experience will not be there in all the sectors. So, I mingled with all the staff and learned many things. Particularly, in psychology department, I learned about cognitive behavioral therapy. These are the experience I got from there and I am utilizing in my clinic sector in Pondicherry. However, I also recommend parents to choose speech therapy where they can.

I would like to narrate an anecdote from when I was in high school. It was an inter-school quizzing competition which was organized by the American Embassy in India. Basically, the quiz was about American culture, American heritage, history, etc. There were several teams from our school that had participated. I was in a team of three members. It consisted of me and two other boys from my class, namely Mrill and Harshad. It was a wonderful experience. We prepared for the quiz together on a Zoom call. We divided several topics between us. I was in charge of American pop culture, so basically I had to remember points about several American sitcoms, American rappers, singers, etc. Then came the quiz day. Even though we were nervous, we managed to excel and managed to perform very well on the quiz. There were several rounds in the quiz and I thoroughly enjoyed each and every round. At the end, we won the quiz and competition and all the three of us gave each other credit which was the best part of the whole experience.

I was a member of the graduation committee of my school that in 2025. In our group, we have Miss Shadia, Miss Shumeya, Miss Zeba and Shaista. They are all members of the group as well. So we shared our responsibilities on how to prepare the students for the upcoming graduation ceremony. And I took up the responsibility of training them in dance sessions for grade 6, 8, grade 6, 9 and the KG. Songs were practiced properly and the students performed excellently on the graduation day. It was indeed an amazing time participating with the team, working together and ensuring that the ceremony was fruitful. Parents who were in attendance, who graced the occasion, were pleased and elated with our activities. It was such a wonderful opportunity to showcase what I have and what I can do, at the same time applying excellence in all that I did.
