When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Talking about an energetic person, I think my mom is the best example for this because she has always been so energetic throughout her life, being a mom, being a sister, being a daughter. She has always been a role model in our life. She never sits. She sleeps only a few hours and she works so hard and that makes everyone in the family think of how can a person be so energetic because the rest of us are very lazy and looking at her just makes us so feel positive and makes us also live in a way like she is living.

    Band 6-7

Today I would like to talk about an energetic person that I know personally, which is my friend. His name is Umar Veer Singh. We have been friends from a long time. We know each other from because we studied in the same school, in the same class as well. We met for the first time when I was in first standard. Since then he was very energetic. He is really into sports. He was the captain of our cricket team in our school. All the teachers knew that sports is his passion. So he was very energetic throughout the day. As other children, after two or three hours in our school, used to get kind of tired. He never got tired. He was always engaged in some type of work. I remember that one time I went to his house at around 7 p.m. He was still playing cricket and it felt like he had just started it even though the other members of the team were really tired. So as it was his birthday, we then went to a party. So from there I know that that person is really energetic. He could spend his whole day working something and he would still be energetic and he would not get tired. Just being with him, it gives me positive vibes as I personally am type of introverted person who gets tired quite easily. So he kind of gives me motivation to work more. Because of him, I recently started doing gym as well. So just being near him gives me positive vibes.

One of the energetic person that I know is my classmate Arjun. We were classmates from 5th standard to 10th standard. At the same time, we were benchmates too. Moreover, he was my neighbor. And why I felt he was such an energetic person is because he took leadership for every matter. Even if the teacher gives us any project, he is the one who take initiatives for that. And whenever I still remember, Piyun comes to our class for announcing any programs, he'd be the first to raise the hands. And even if he is absent in the class, his absence will be known. Why? Because the class feels very silent. Moreover, when teacher asks a question, he is the first person to raise the hand. So, that is the reason.

    Band 6-7

A person I know who is extremely energetic is my friend Navjot, who is just 18 years old. He recently passed his 12th class and is now preparing for medical entrance exam. We know each other from our childhood and he is my best friend. Navjot is full of energy from the moment he wake up, as he having a hectic schedule and he manage all things in a row and he spread the positivity among all friends and he manage his all routine.

    Band 6-7

When I hear the word energy, I instantly think of my dad. Every day he wakes up at 6 am in the morning and goes on to work all day with two sets of meals to prepare after doing all the household chores. He comes back home at 10 pm and even in that time of the day, he doesn't bat an eyelid and helps my mother with the household necessities and essentials. The person brings into the room a row of enthusiasm and energy which is rarely found in urban societies in my presence or in my experiences. It is because of this reason that my father for me symbolizes a person filled with enthusiasm, passion and energy in whatever event or work he partakes in. At the same time he makes sure of it that his work or personal experiences don't triangulate into each other and also ensures that family gets quality time apart from his professional duties. It is because of these very reasons that I look forward to him as a role model by partaking and managing my professional personal life and drawing a good row of balance between whatever events or tasks I partake. In addition to this, I look forward to becoming a person as closely as I sit with him with regard to time management and I look forward to becoming a person who even has a spark of who he is right now at the ripe age of 55.

    Band 6-7

the energetic person that I know is one of my sister-in-law she is pretty good enough to do all the household chores and also she is very energetic while doing them as well so when when she's like when she's doing her household chores one after the other she don't feel I feel like that she doesn't hesitate to do all her effort without any laziness so I really appreciate her work in that way and so I recommend her

    Band 6-7

The energetic person whom I remember is my old friend named Sarita. She was with me in my B.Ed when I was pursuing B.Ed from Government Rehabilitation College Institute for Intellectual Disability. She was way too energetic among our whole class. I mean when others feel tired after the whole day, she still seems to be very much energetic and ready to complete and ready to do the task what the teachers assign us to complete. And when it comes to physical activities, she was always the first person to participate in the activities and not only she participates, but she always wins the physical task because I think due to her physique and her motivation and enthusiasm to complete the task, she always remain an energetic person. I get very much inspired from that person. Firstly because the way she completes the task and besides this she was very much helpful also which inspire, her nature inspires me to help people. Whenever I am in trouble, she helps me very politely and she never says no to help someone. So I think that she is the most energetic person that I know.

    Band 6-7

One of the energetic persons in my family is my grandfather. See, I know him from my childhood. He was such a hard worker. From his childhood, he worked hard for his family and now he is working for us. He goes through a lot of toughest things and he faces many challenges. From his history, I get to know something interesting. After his marriage, he left his wife and children in the village and came to China. After some person's help, he invested in a business. During the time of the business, he did hard work and raised his family and grew faster and harder. During his hard working time, he didn't get enough food. On his day off, he only had a cup of tea and a biscuit. From this, I can know that hard work never fails. Now, they are successful partners and living a successful life. From my grandfather, I learn that the energetic and hard working person never fails in his life. So, I love my grandfather always and one of the energetic persons is my grandfather. Thank you.

In this May he turned 38 years old but he has energy like 20 years old. 20 years old he plays so perfect match. Without him his team is nothing. Of course he is the captain of his team. He is so passionate about cricket and I like his passion. I love his passion about cricket. You know what he loves more than me his cricket. Sometimes I feel jealous about it but it's okay. It is his passion. So I can handle with it. He does his exercise regularly. He takes his sleep properly. He eats his food properly. I think this is the reason he is still energetic at the age of 38. He is more energetic person in our classmates. He is still a perfect slim and trim boy and still looks like a 25 years old.

    Band 6-7
