When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

One of the most energetic people I know is my best friend Khushbu. I first met her during high school and from the very beginning, I was amazed by her enthusiasm and positive attitude, whether it was in academics, sports, and extracurricular activities. Khushbu always had an incredible amount of energy and motivation. I believe she is energetic because of her ability to juggle multiple tasks effortlessly. For instance, during school, she managed to excel in her studies while actively participating in sports, volunteering, and organizing events. No matter how busy or stressful the situation was, Khushbu always remained cheerful and full of life. Even now, she continues to inspire me with her determination and passion for everything she does. I truly admire this quality because being around such a dynamic and optimistic person is incredibly motivating. It encourages me to stay positive, work hard, and embrace challenges with enthusiasm. I feel lucky to have someone like her in my life as her energy is truly contagious and uplifting.

He is a really hardworking person. What I really love about him is he even travels from Delhi to Jaipur constantly and even when he gets back to home, he does a lot of work without pawning the work over to anyone and he never gets tired and never complains that I am tired. Most of the people around me are very energetic, but when hearing the term energy, the phase that comes into my mind is of one of my friends, Pooja. I met her in college and at first I judged her for being so calm, at ease, polite, but when I got to know her, it was not the case. She is a super energetic and the most or I can say the loudest person I have ever seen. Whenever she talks, it's just above a frequency than all the others. We don't need phones to communicate from the ground floor to the 10th floor because her voice will reach there. She is ready for anything, dance, whether it be dance, song, going on a trip, she may not be packed, she may not be ready, but if you ask her, she will say yes to anything. She is my best friend, my secret keeper, even though she was my neighbor since grade 5, I came to know or meet her at college after so many years. She also has this charisma around her which makes people fall in love with her. She is a beautiful person.

Well the energetic person that I know is David Coggins, well I don't know him personally but I have read his biography through his book that he wrote few years back. So talking about him, he was a ex-militant, he served in the military of USA, he was in special forces and the reason why I admire that guy is because back when he was young he used to be obese, like he was not able to run properly, he had so much fat all over his body. But throughout his career he gained so much confidence within himself, he started working out everyday, he wasn't stopping at all, he was going all in to achieve his goals and he did achieve his goal. And nowadays he is considered to be the most hardest personality ever to step onto this world. When I read his biography, it gave me so much motivation that it pushed me forward to become more productive in life and to work upon myself to reach a certain goal that I want to be, physically as well as mentally. Although he faced several rejections throughout his career, but the thing that kept him moving forward was his determination which was unbreakable. He even holds the world record of the highest pull-ups a man has ever done and I would love to meet him in person to get to know him even much better, he is an influential figure to me.

My uncle's the most lively person I've ever met. Though he may look a bit shrewd on the outside, once you get to know him, you understand that this man has lived life the way it is supposed to be experienced. He's had a rough childhood and despite all the difficult things he's been through, he emerged well as a person. He makes sure that the people around him are comfortable and happy in his presence. He chooses words wisely and it is a skill that most people lack. Words, when chosen wisely, can make or break a person. He understands that on a different level. He's an outdoorsy person, hates it when he is locked in his house for more than at least two days. He keeps travelling to avoid facing that suffocating feeling of being stuck in a place.

    Band 7

I have a friend who is always energetic when I see him and I often wonder what is the reason behind his energy. I observed him for a few days and then I realized the first thing that struck me that he is extremely disciplined. What he does with that discipline is that whatever interests that he has he's able to give his best to that area of interest. He is always inquisitive, he likes to socialize, he likes to talk to people and convey his interests to his friends and the community. He's very passionate about his interest. For example, he likes organizing parties and when there is an occasion to organize such parties he will plan the event, he will contact people, he will write out beautiful invites, he will organize and plan the event in such a way that everybody who comes to the event will have a very good time and he will be able to cherish those moments and make new friendships with such events. Because of his discipline and because of the variety of things that he has he never seems to be bored because he has a lot of variety in his interests.
