When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

The energetic person I've seen is my younger sister. I know her right from the birth. I feel her energetic because she has always been a lively person, no matter whatever the situation is. When we travel so long or we are doing any exhausting work, all the people who are involved in that will be exhausted, but she will not be. She will make us entertained and keep us happy anytime. She also does all the things which will make us happy. She has never been exhausted.

The most energetic person that I know in my life is my two-year-old son. I birthed him but he is so different from how I am. I am not an early bird. I am the most grumpy person you will ever meet in the morning and he's the most cheerful one. He wakes up and his battery is full always and he'll always be just running around. I am not sure how can a person just run up run around after just waking up in the morning. He'll go to his grandfather, grandmother. He'll drag everyone to the living room and he'll ask them to play songs. He'll ask his grandmother to get him some food and he'll just dance. It's really surprising for me to see how energetic a toddler can be in the morning because I am complete opposite of what his mornings look like. If someone even wishes me good morning, I am always very angry and say good morning because I know that I have a long day ahead. I didn't have good night's sleep. I have to work the whole day. Then I have to take care of my kids. I really wish that I can get energy of this toddler.

Usually I consider myself to be the most energetic among my friends in my group, but one of my friends whom I would not be wrong to say energetic is Harsh Debsingh Sarbara. He's basically from Manimajra and we are friends since we were in our school days from class 5th, I think if I'm not wrong. He's always ready for extra activities, especially amusement activities. We have been going to do swimming, cycling and other activities. In recent past, he asked me to go for amusement park, that's the time I knew that he'll be just very aggressive with it as I'm not that energetic as he is. We went to the amusement park and we started taking rides. It was almost 30 to 40 minutes when I was exhausted, I wanted to sit and I wanted to just have a coffee, but he was still very energetic, he told me that it's just starting and I knew he will spend almost 5 to 6 hours in that amusement park as they didn't had any limit of time and he just held my hand and started pulling me to go on another ride. I went to that ride. He was...

Back in 2012, there was a kid admitted in my school whose name was Nathan Ford. Nathan is an African-American who just admitted because his father was transferred from America to India. He was tall and skinny. He used to wear glasses. Once in a blue moon, we used to visit him in my nearby local area. Over the time, we became good friends and we started going out together. In the morning, we used to jog together in our local park. And in the evening, we used to go to classes together. However, I feel little tired after jogging but he was very fit as a fiddle and he never get exhausted. He told me that the reason of his fitness is he drinks a lot of water and always believe to be hydrated.

Yes, I know a person and her name is Ms. Abha Raghav. So she, right now she is the principal of Sharda International School. I know her because few years back I was a teacher in the same school and I was working under her guidance. Yes, she is very energetic because she regularly practices yoga, meditation and also updates her knowledge so that she is becoming more confident. She is a good speaker also. I feel very proud because she has such an aura that she can attract anyone. I feel very happy when she is around me. She is a good person. She always motivates us to do better. She is very charming. She is an idol for me.

    Band 6-7

Yeah, I know about I am an energetic person that none other than myself because I am very energetic as well as work, as well as reading or writing or very much in talking itself. While we are having a small conversation barrier, they are having a thought what will be taught if we say this thing or they have some confusion how to start or any barrier like that. Regarding myself, I don't take any barrier like this in my consideration. Instead of that, I start talking whatever I want to talk to them and I was feel very comfort while I was with my friends and instead I was saying we don't have that much energy like that in talking like you. So, they are say always say tell me, tell me whatever in your mind like that. My friends and we started a conversation like the side of myself.

Talking about an energetic person, I think my mom is the best example for this because she has always been so energetic throughout her life, being a mom, being a sister, being a daughter. She has always been a role model in our life. She never sits. She sleeps only a few hours and she works so hard and that makes everyone in the family think of how can a person be so energetic because the rest of us are very lazy and looking at her just makes us so feel positive and makes us also live in a way like she is living.

    Band 6-7

Today I would like to talk about an energetic person that I know personally, which is my friend. His name is Umar Veer Singh. We have been friends from a long time. We know each other from because we studied in the same school, in the same class as well. We met for the first time when I was in first standard. Since then he was very energetic. He is really into sports. He was the captain of our cricket team in our school. All the teachers knew that sports is his passion. So he was very energetic throughout the day. As other children, after two or three hours in our school, used to get kind of tired. He never got tired. He was always engaged in some type of work. I remember that one time I went to his house at around 7 p.m. He was still playing cricket and it felt like he had just started it even though the other members of the team were really tired. So as it was his birthday, we then went to a party. So from there I know that that person is really energetic. He could spend his whole day working something and he would still be energetic and he would not get tired. Just being with him, it gives me positive vibes as I personally am type of introverted person who gets tired quite easily. So he kind of gives me motivation to work more. Because of him, I recently started doing gym as well. So just being near him gives me positive vibes.

One of the energetic person that I know is my classmate Arjun. We were classmates from 5th standard to 10th standard. At the same time, we were benchmates too. Moreover, he was my neighbor. And why I felt he was such an energetic person is because he took leadership for every matter. Even if the teacher gives us any project, he is the one who take initiatives for that. And whenever I still remember, Piyun comes to our class for announcing any programs, he'd be the first to raise the hands. And even if he is absent in the class, his absence will be known. Why? Because the class feels very silent. Moreover, when teacher asks a question, he is the first person to raise the hand. So, that is the reason.

    Band 6-7

A person I know who is extremely energetic is my friend Navjot, who is just 18 years old. He recently passed his 12th class and is now preparing for medical entrance exam. We know each other from our childhood and he is my best friend. Navjot is full of energy from the moment he wake up, as he having a hectic schedule and he manage all things in a row and he spread the positivity among all friends and he manage his all routine.
