When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

So, the most recent time in where I gave a speech was at my own restaurant, I gave the speech to my staff and it was mainly regarding the delays that we faced in the service department as well as the kitchen department. So the main reason which I found for the delays was that it wasn't being taken as seriously by the staff as they should have because of the low restaurant walk-ins we faced recently. So what that makes is, it makes you lazy and I also gave it because I felt that if I didn't, it would lead to more and more higher repercussions as we move forward when we actually start getting more and more customers in the restaurant. And after that, I felt like the staff agreed, some of them did and some of them just nodded in agreeance just to keep me quiet for the night. But overall, I feel like teamwork is important in these aspects and I really don't care that much if they take me seriously or not, but I care about the fact that they are taking their jobs seriously. So as long as that is in line, I don't care if they listen to me or not, as long as the customer is happy, I feel like that is what we are trying to achieve by the end of the day.

That's a very interesting question. The talk I gave to a group of people was the talk I gave to my team, Yeti Racing. And this happened to be on the last moment of the competition which we were going to participate. Since we were struggling on finance and my team lacked motivation and everyone was kinda exhausted because of the efforts they are putting into the competition building vehicle. So it was my responsibility as a team captain to motivate my team to keep their spirits up. So I arranged a meeting, I stood up and I talked about my past experiences and my stories and other stories related to the other teams. After that meeting, I am pretty sure that I made my team feel motivated and we finished that work within two days after that speech. So I strongly believe that speech made my team go up and we won the championship of that event.

So I remember one day in my college, we had no classes and that day we were chilling in the playground. And I had seen like one of my friend was very sad that time, I asked her like what is happening and she told me like, you know what, I do a lot of manifestation, I write things in present tense and also I stand in front of mirror and like speak what I want, but it never works. I want to be top in the class, but it's not going that way. So I firstly laughed and then I told her like with only writing things, you can't achieve what you want. You have to focus in class and you have to hard work for these things. So there also one of my friend, her name is Bose Dilshad, sitting nearby me and I asked her like how you top in class, do you also spiritual person and how much time you do prayer. And she is from, she was from Sikh community, she is from Sikh community and she told us like whenever she go, she went to home after classes, she take one hour like for just to be fresh and after that she started study and most of the time she fully concentrate in the class. Sometimes she left her like visit to Gurdwara due to her study pressure. So that's how we convinced my friend.

Last year on my graduation ceremony, there were a group of juniors to whom I was their favorite senior. They asked me for one advice which they wanted to carry in their college life. So I talked with them about the college life that no matter what, never compromise in your college life. Always enjoy your college time because this time will not come back again. I was graduating at that time. That's why I got to meet so many juniors. Before that I have not been introduced to so many. I was a group captain in my college. Because of that responsibility, I couldn't enjoy my college life much because I had to, you know, roam here and there and talk to professors for some events and works. That's why I didn't get much time to hang out with my friends in college and enjoy my college life. I didn't want to have that same experience to my juniors. That's why I suggested them to live their life fullest because this time you will remember in future and if you will not enjoy now, you will regret in future. So it's better to do the best and enjoy your life. I really felt very nice after giving that speech to my juniors. They were like siblings and cousins to me.
